ASSISTANCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN THE FIELD OF CREATIVE ECONOMY

В статье изложены тенденции развития бизнеса в креативной экономике. Описан опыт реализации проекта «Создай свой бизнес в креативной экономике», в рамках которого организованы и проведены обучающие курсы в направлении продвижения идей креативной экономики. Результатом обучения стали готовые проекты участников по созданию бизнеса в креативной экономике. Проекты были представлены на Пинск-Инвест-Уикенд. В ходе обучения в рамках проекта слушатели получили знания по поиску источников финансирования. Полученное образование поможет генерировать и реализовать бизнес-идеи в креативной экономике. В статье обоснована необходимость содействия со стороны органов управления представителям творческой сферы в получении дополнительного бизнес-образования. Продвижение креативных проектов способствует изменению городской среды и обеспечивает повышение социально-экономической устойчивости региона.The article presents the trends of business development in the creative economy. The article presents the trends of business development in the creative economy. The article describes the experience of the project "Create your business in creative economy", which included organization and holding of the training courses in the direction of promoting the ideas of the creative economy, and which implementation resulted in ready-made projects of the participants creating business in the creative economy. State of the internal debt of the Republic of Belarus at the modern stage

The article examines the state of the internal public debt of the Republic of Belarus. The subject of the study is education, financing and servicing of the internal public debt of the Republic of Belarus. The state budget is the most important link in the financial system of the Republic of Belarus, and it is closel y interconnected with all links in the financial system of the country. Considerable place in the work is the consideration of the state of domestic public debt. Immunochemical studies on a laminaribiosyl-azoprotein conjugate

Laminaribiose () was coupled to bovine serum albumin (BSA) by an azophenyl linkage to provide the synthetic antigen BSA-p-phenylazo-[beta]-laminaribioside. The behavior of antisera prepared in rabbits immunized with the [beta]-laminaribiosyl conjugate was examined by immunodiffusion, quantitative precipitation and hapten inhibition. Anticonjugate absorbed with carrier protein showed the greatest reactivity with the homologous [beta]-laminaribiosyl-BSA antigen, but also showed some cross precipitation with [beta]-cellobiosyl, [beta]-sophorosyl and [beta]-gentiobiosyl-BSA conjugates. Glucobioses linked through the [beta]-(1 --> 2), [beta]-(1 --> 3), [beta]-(1 --> 4) and [beta]-(1 --> 6) positions, as well as laminaridextrins and tri and tetrasaccharides of [beta]-linked glucose possessing a laminaribiose moiety either at a nonreducing end location or at a subterminal location, were assayed for their ability to inhibit antilaminaribioside precipitation. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the integration processes at different levels

The article considers the problems of assessing the effectiveness of integration processes at the country, region, enterprise. Currently, there is a strengthening of economic integration with the level and pace of financial integration, in which processes of economic actors union and centralization of capital are most important . This article discusses the main theoretical approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of the integration processes in the retrospective period, and the results of empirical studies of foreign scholars in this field. On the way of real synergies among all enterprises to improve management at different levels, rise issues of growing relevance of strengthening relations with the integration processes that determined the choice of the theme. Evaluating the effectiveness of the integration processes carried out by the market approach based on synergies. There are represented the basic positions of synergy evaluation from the associations of enterprises.В статье рассмотрены проблемы оценки эффективности интеграционных процессов на уровне страны, региона, предприятия. В настоящее время происходит усиление процессов экономической интеграции с увеличением уровня и темпов финансовой интеграции, в которой важнейшим направлением являются процессы объединения экономических субъектов и централизации капитала. В статье рассматриваются основные теоретические подходы к оценке эффективности интеграционных процессов в ретроспективном периоде, а также результаты эмпирических исследований зарубежных ученых в данной области. На пути реального объединения усилий всех предприятий для совершенствования управления на разных уровнях растущую актуальность приобретают вопросы усиления взаимоотношений с интеграционными процессами, что предопределило выбор темы.
