Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Jajaran Polres Boyolali

This Research is to analyze how head of police Boyolali in leading all personnel, knowing influence of discipline work, and know environmental influence work to all the personnel to performance of the police personnel Boyolali. Variable of Research used in this research variable dependent (Y) in the form of performance of independent personnel variable and (X) in the form of leadership style (X1), discipline work (X2), and the environment work (X3). Population in this research entire personnel exist in police Boyolali. Where method of determination of sample use technique of random of random sampling or sampling modestly. So that from population as much 380 personnel obtained 100 personnel as sample. Data of this research use data of primary obtained direct the than 100 people of sample as responder. examination of Hypothesis in this research use technique test doubled linear regression, test t and test F constructively software SPSS 16. Where examination of hypothesis use level of signifikansi equal to 0,05. Pursuant to result of examination statistically can be seen clearly that by partial all free variable have an effect on to variable trussed. Influence given third the free variable have the character of positive meaning excelsior of leadership style, discipline work and the environment work hence result excelsior also performance of yielded personnel. The result as according to raised hypothesis. This matter shown with the result test doubled linear regression that is equation Y = 2,628 + 0,191 X1 + 0,299 X2 + 0,368 X3 e. Where matter [of] this means that if [there] no leadership style, discipline work, and the environment work, hence the performance [is] equal to 2,628

Pengembangan Kedelai di Papua : Potensi Lahan, Strategi Pengembangan dan Dukungan Kebijakan

Soybean is one of startegies and important food crops in Indonesia. Soybean products are used for human consumption, animal feed, and a variety of non-food consumer and industrial products. They are considered a complete source of plant base protein because all of the essential amino acids are supplied. Soybean can be grown in a wide variety of soil and climate. More than 60% of Indonesia's soybean consumption still needs to be imported from a broad in case of Papua, about 25% soybean demands is originated from Java island. To meet the needs that important to enhance domestic soybean production. There foreadditional plantations will have to be develop outside Java island such as Papua. Papua hasmany assets favouring soybean growing. Notable among these are significan 2,75 million ha land area. A highly favorable climate with abundant rainfall, farmers with ample know-how, availability high yielding varieties, existing market potential and a satisfactory economic and government institutional support. In the utilization of land farmer's need to get coaching and accompanied by an intensively both in land preparation, cultivating maintenance harvesting and post-harvesting by agricultural extension by implementing a specific technology innovation particularly good or sertified seeds of high yielding adapted soybean variety. In line with those, the strategy priorties are development of a seed sector, rehabilitation of all the site previously developed for food crops growing areas, agricultural advice, mechanization at production and technology transfer, support for processing and marketing local price

Performance Evaluation on PDAM Tirtawening of bandung City Based on Balanced Scorecard Method

Abstract— Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirtawening is a local company engaged in the provision of drinking water in the Bandung city. PDAM Tirtawening has not used any method to evaluate their company’s performance.The aim of this study is to design a performance monitoring and evaluate the performance of PDAM Tirtawening from 2011 to 2013 using the Balanced Scorecard method to propose the alternative strategy for them. Results from this study indicate that the performance of PDAM Tirtawening based on the Balanced Scorecard method is bad and under perform. Financial perspective performance have low revenue and  not good recording system. The performance of the customer's perspective in general has been good but its targets too low. In the internal business process perspective, the production and distribution is not efficient and effective. In the perspective of learning and growth have no plan for employee quality growth. ABSTRACT Susilo, Muhammad Garuda. 2020. “Representasi Makna Empat Musim Dalam Antologi Kodomo No Uta Daihyakka Karya Matsuyama Yuushi (Kajian Semiotika)”. Thesis, Department of Japanese Language and Culture, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University. The Advisor: Nur Hastuti, S.S., M.Hum. This study aims to describe the representation of the meaning of the four seasons in Japan through the lyrics of children's songs contained in the anthology Kodomo No Uta Daihyakka by Matsuyama Yuushi. The method use to attain the material object was Library Research. The approach used in this research is the semiotic approach. Semiotic approach was use to analyze icons, indexes, and symbols in children's song lyrics in the anthology of Kodomo No Uta Daihyakka, then continued by analyzing the representation of the meaning of the four seasons contained in the children's song lyrics. The results of this study indicates that in the sixteen children's songs that the authors have researched there are 18 icons, 24 indexes, and 71 symbols. Furthermore, from the sixteen songs have meanings that describe the situation / atmosphere and culture that exists in Japan in each season. Keywords: Representation, song lyrics, season, semiotic

ELIMINATION OF NON-TARIFF BARRIERS OF TRADE IN GOODS IN THE ASEAN REGION: WILL IT EVER WORK?

Within the framework of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), there is a mandate to promote trade liberalization with the aim of increasing intra-ASEAN trade. The realization of the AEC includes the existence of the free flow of goods, services and investments within the ASEAN region. In terms of trade in goods, the regulations within the AEC framework are intended to promote the establishment of single markets and production bases in the ASEAN region that does not only require the elimination of tariff barriers, but also non-tariff barriers.This article concludethat the NTB Regulations in the AEC 2015 are not very well implemented proven by the increase amount of NTMs imposed by ASEAN countries. It was found that several initiatives have been formulated in the AEC Blueprint 2025 in order to further eliminate non-tarrif barriers

ANALISIS SENTIMEN BERDASARKAN ULASAN GOOGLE PLAY STORE PADA APLIKASI DANA MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE (SVM)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen dari ulasan pengguna terhadap alikasi DANA yang diperoleh dari Google Play Store menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik web crawling dan diproses melalui tahapan preprocessing seperti case folding, tokenisasi, filtering, stopword removal, dan stemming. Ulasan kemudian dikonversi menjadi representasi numerik menggunakan metode TF-IDF dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam dua kategori sentimen: positif dan negatif. Evaluasi model dilakukan menggunakan metrik accuracy, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SVM memberikan performa klasifikasi yang tinggi dengan nilai accuracy sebesar 88,5%, precision 90,2%, recall 95,1%, dan F1-score 92,5%. Visualisasi hasil dilakukan melalui hitogram distribusi sentimen dan WordCloud untuk menampilkan kata-kata dominan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan terhadap persepsi pengguna serta dapat dijadikan dasar pengembangan layanan aplikasi DANA.
