El presente trabajo de investigación intitulada “ARRENDAMIENTO FINANCIERO Y LA RENTABILIDAD EN LA EMPRESA INVERSIONES PUQUIN SAC PARA EL PRODUCTO GASOHOL 90 – CUSCO DISTRITO DE SANTIAGO, PERÍODO 2018”, surge del problema:¿Cómo son el arrendamiento financiero y la rentabilidad en la empresa Inversiones Puquin SAC para el producto GASOHOL 90, en el Período 2018?,y tiene como objetivo el describir cómo es el arrendamiento financiero y la rentabilidad en la empresa Inversiones Puquin SAC para el producto GASOHOL 90 en el Período 2018. El trabajo de investigación viene desarrollado en 5 capítulos; de tal manera en el capítulo I se expondrá las generalidades del trabajo de investigación, esto es, el planteamiento del problema, los objetivos que se cumplirán en el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación, justificación y delimitación de la investigación. El capítulo II, marco teórico, presenta los antecedentes estos están constituidos por los estudios que otros investigadores han ejecutado y que son similares al de trabajo de investigación; bases legales, que sirven de testimonio referencial y de soporte a la investigación; bases teóricas dado por los conceptos básicos, que sirven de fundamento para realizar la investigación, así mismo se ha desarrollado el marco conceptual y las variables del estudio. Capitulo III, método de investigación, contiene el tipo, enfoque, diseño y alcance de la investigación, así mismo la población y las técnicas que se usaron para la recolección y procesamiento de datos. Capitulo IV, resultado de la investigación, se desarrolla buscando resultados de acuerdo al objetivo general y los objetivos específicos, como primer punto se analizarán los datos de arrendamiento financiero haciendo un análisis del contrato, seguidamente se analizarán los datos de la rentabilidad de la empresa para lo cual que se utilizó la información de los registros de compras y ventas del año 2018. Capítulo V, discusión, en este capítulo se presenta la descripción de hallazgos más relevantes y significativos, las limitaciones que se tuvo al realizar la investigación, se realiza una comparación con la literatura existente y las implicancias del estudio. Seguidamente se expondrán las conclusiones y recomendaciones, por último, se presentará las referencias bibliográficas y los anexos.The present investigation titled "FINANCIAL LEASE AND PROFITABILITY IN THE COMPANY INVERSIONES PUQUIN SAC FOR THE PRODUCT GASOHOL 90 - CUSCO DISTRICT OF SANTIAGO, PERIOD 2018", arises from the problem what are they like the financial leasing and the profitability in the company Inversions Puquin SAC for The GASOHOL 90 product, in the 2018 Period ?, aims to describe how financial leasing and profitability are in the company Inversions Puquin SAC for the GASOHOL 90 product in the 2018 Period. The research work is developed in 5 chapters; in such a way in chapter I the generalities of the research work will be exposed, that is, the approach to the problem, the objectives that will be met in the development of the research work, justification and delimitation of the research. Chapter II, theoretical framework, presents the antecedents, these are constituted by the studies that other researchers have carried out and that are similar to the research work; legal bases that serve as referential testimony and support to the investigation; Theoretical bases given by the basic concepts that serve as the foundation to carry out the research, as well as the conceptual framework and the study variables have been developed. Chapter III, research method, contains the type, focus, design and scope of the research, as well as the population and the techniques used for data collection and processing Chapter IV, the result of the investigation, is developed looking for results according to the general objective and the specific objectives. As a first point, the financial leasing data will be analyzed by analyzing the contract, then the data on the profitability of the company will be analyzed to which used the information from the records of purchases and sales for the year 2018. Chapter V, discussion, this chapter presents the description of the most relevant and significant findings, the limitations of the research, a comparison is made with the existing literature and the implications of the study. Design and evaluation of an osteogenesis-on-a-chip microfluidic device incorporating 3D cell culture

Microfluidic-based tissue-on-a-chip devices have generated significant research interest for biomedical applications, such as pharmaceutical development, as they can be used for small volume, high throughput studies on the effects of therapeutics on tissue-mimics. Tissue-on-a-chip devices are evolving from basic 2D cell cultures incorporated into microfluidic devices to complex 3D approaches, with modern designs aimed at recapitulating the dynamic and mechanical environment of the native tissue. Thus far, most tissue-on-a-chip research has concentrated on organs involved with drug uptake, metabolism and removal (e.g., lung, skin, liver, and kidney); however, models of the drug metabolite target organs will be essential to provide information on therapeutic efficacy. Here, we develop an osteogenesis-on-a-chip device that comprises a 3D environment and fluid shear stresses, both important features of bone. This inexpensive, easy-to-fabricate system based on a polymerized High Internal Phase Emulsion (polyHIPE) supports proliferation, differentiation and extracellular matrix production of human embryonic stem cell-derived mesenchymal progenitor cells (hES-MPs) over extended time periods (up to 21 days). Cells respond positively to both chemical and mechanical stimulation of osteogenesis, with an intermittent flow profile containing rest periods strongly promoting differentiation and matrix formation in comparison to static and continuous flow. Flow and shear stresses were modeled using computational fluid dynamics. Primary cilia were detectable on cells within the device channels demonstrating that this mechanosensory organelle is present in the complex 3D culture environment. In summary, this device aids the development of ‘next-generation’ tools for investigating novel therapeutics for bone in comparison with standard laboratory and animal testing

Identification of de novo Mutations of Duchénnè/Becker Muscular Dystrophies in Southern Spain

Background: Duchénnè/Becker muscular dystrophies (DMD/BMD) are X-linked diseases, which are caused by a de novo gene mutation in one-third of affected males. The study objectives were to determine the incidence of DMD/BMD in Andalusia (Spain) and to establish the percentage of affected males in whom a de novo gene mutation was responsible.Methods: Multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) technology was applied to determine the incidence of DMD/BMD in 84 males with suspicion of the disease and 106 female relatives.Results: Dystrophin gene exon deletion (89.5%) or duplication (10.5%) was detected in 38 of the 84 males by MLPA technology; de novo mutations account for 4 (16.7%) of the 24 mother-son pairs studied.Conclusions: MLPA technology is adequate for the molecular diagnosis of DMD/BMD and establishes whether the mother carries the molecular alteration responsible for the disease, a highly relevant issue for genetic counseling.CGLL has a postdoctoral fellowship from the Plan Propio of the University of Granada

Spatial control of neuronal adhesion on diamond-like carbon

This study reports a route to spatial control of neuronal adhesion onto Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) by surface functionalisation by poly (oligo-ethyleneglycol methacrylate) (pOEGMA) and consequent laser ablation to produce cell adhesive tracks. DLC can be deposited as a tough and low friction coating on implantable devices and surgical instruments and has favourable properties for use as a biomaterial. The pOEGMA surface coating renders the DLC surface antifouling and the laser ablation creates graphitised tracks on the surface. The surfaces were coated with laminin, which adhered preferentially to the ablation tracks. The patterned surfaces were investigated for neuronal cell growth with NG108-15 cells for short term culture and rat neural stem cells for longer term culture. The cells initially adhered highly selectively to the ablation tracks while longer term cell culture revealed a more uniform cell coverage of the surface

Subclinical hypothyroidism in childhood, treatment or only follow-up?

Subclinical hypothyroidism (SH) is defined as serum levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) above the upper limit with normal concentrations of free T4 (fT4). Its management remains challenging. The aim of the study was to evaluate clinical and laboratory findings as well as the clinical course of children with SH followed in a third level hospital. Sixty-five patients aged between 2 and 18 years old were retrospectively studied. The patients were followed for a median period of 9 months (range 6 months to 24 months). Those who normalized TSH levels were discharged (Group 1). If TSH persisted mildly elevated (5-10μUI/mL) with normal fT4 and negative TPOAb/TgAb, they were classified as Group 2 and followed semi-annually without treatment. Those patients whose TSH raised ≥10μUI/mL or who maintained TSH 5-10μUI/mL and positive TPOAb/TgAb were considered suitable for thyroxin therapy (Group 3, G3). In 89% of our patients, TSH concentrations spontaneously reverted to normality or remained stable without treatment (Groups 1 and 2), whereas less than 11% progressed to clinical hypothyroidism (Group 3). Baseline TSH was significantly lower in group 1 than in group 3. In group 3 the prevalence of female sex (71%) was higher and TPO antibodies were present in 85% of patients. The risk of developing overt hypothyroidism in patients with positive anti-thyroid antibodies respect to those who normalized TSH was 45 (95%CI 6.5-312.5). Baseline TSH, female sex and the presence of thyroid autoimmunity were the best predictors of the evolution to SH over time
