    El presente proyecto presenta el estudio de viabilidad de restaurante de Poké, que tiene como objetivo a largo plazo ser una franquicia. La restauración en España es un valor seguro. En un mercado que siempre está creciendo, como así demuestran sus datos. Para la creación de una empresa debemos tener en cuenta varios puntos. En primer lugar, debemos tener clara una idea que ejecutar. Luego, analizar la competencia y el entorno. El Plan de Empresa es una herramienta que sirve para determinar con gran certeza la viabilidad económica, así como para desarrollar las estrategias necesarias en cada área para cumplir los objetivos previstos por el plan. De forma interna ayudará a evaluar la marcha de la empresa y desde un punto de vista externo, como presentación del proyecto ante terceras personas. El éxito de la empresa dependerá de las previsiones que se lleven a cabo sobre los factores que se verá influenciada, como el mercado y su evolución, la competencia, la política empleada, entre otros. Así este proyecto aborda un análisis minucioso de todos estos factores y variables que se puedan dar, con el objetivo de sacar el máximo beneficio posible, evitando el desconocimiento y situaciones indeseables. Con respecto a los objetivos, en este proyecto de empresa se tiene como objetivo averiguar si la idea de montar este negocio es rentable o no, analizando detadallamente cada uno de los puntos descritos a continuación. Otro de los objetivos de este proyecto es presentarlo ante posibles inversores para demostrar que la idea empresarial tendrá éxito, identificando las necesidades del sector de restauración y fitness, para así dar las soluciones antes esas necesidades a la sociedad.Universidad de Sevilla.     Non-Markovian Quantum Dynamics and Classical Chaos

    We study the influence of a chaotic environment in the evolution of an open quantum system. We show that there is an inverse relation between chaos and non-Markovianity. In particular, we remark on the deep relation of the short time non-Markovian behavior with the revivals of the average fidelity amplitude-a fundamental quantity used to measure sensitivity to perturbations and to identify quantum chaos. The long time behavior is established as a finite size effect which vanishes for large enough environments.Comment: Closest to the published versio

    Sulfonate-terminated carbosilane dendron-coated nanotubes: a greener point of view in protein sample preparation

    Reduction or removal of solvents and reagents in protein sample preparation is a requirement. Dendrimers can strongly interact with proteins and have great potential as a greener alternative to conventional methods used in protein sample preparation. This work proposes the use of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) functionalized with carbosilane dendrons with sulfonate groups for protein sample preparation and shows the successful application of the proposed methodology to extract proteins from a complex matrix. SEM images of nanotubes and mixtures of nanotubes and proteins were taken. Moreover, intrinsic fluorescence intensity of proteins was monitored to observe the most significant interactions at increasing dendron generations under neutral and basic pHs. Different conditions for the disruption of interactions between proteins and nanotubes after protein extraction and different concentrations of the disrupting reagent and the nanotube were also tried. Compatibility of extraction and disrupting conditions with the enzymatic digestion of proteins for obtaining bioactive peptides was also studied. Finally, sulfonate-terminated carbosilane dendron-coated SWCNTs enabled the extraction of proteins from a complex sample without using non-environmentally friendly solvents that were required so far

    Contribution of P2X4 Receptors to CNS Function and Pathophysiology

    The release and extracellular action of ATP are a widespread mechanism for cell-to-cell communication in living organisms through activation of P2X and P2Y receptors expressed at the cell surface of most tissues, including the nervous system. Among ionototropic receptors, P2X4 receptors have emerged in the last decade as a potential target for CNS disorders such as epilepsy, ischemia, chronic pain, anxiety, multiple sclerosis and neurodegenerative diseases. However, the role of P2X4 receptor in each pathology ranges from beneficial to detrimental, although the mechanisms are still mostly unknown. P2X4 is expressed at low levels in CNS cells including neurons and glial cells. In normal conditions, P2X4 activation contributes to synaptic transmission and synaptic plasticity. Importantly, one of the genes present in the transcriptional program of myeloid cell activation is P2X4. Microglial P2X4 upregulation, the P2X4+ state of microglia, seems to be common in most acute and chronic neurodegenerative diseases associated with inflammation.     Modelo de función de transferencia para pronosticar el precio del huevo blanco, 2000 – 2017

    Egg is one of the most accessible and widely available protein sources in the market. The objective of this study was to develop a time series model to predict monthly nominal average white egg prices paid to the producer (AWEPP) in Mexico using transfer function models (TFM) and to evaluate their relation with nominal average rural sorghum prices (NARSP). The parameters and the predictions were estimated with the maximum likelihood method and were statistically appropriate and significant. The best TFM that represented the behavior of AWEPP was that of two autoregressive coefficients, three of moving average, two degrees of denominator r, one degree of numerator s, and one coefficient b. It was found that the NARSP has an influence on the AWEPP one month later, decreasing the original variance of the AWEPP from 0.01036 to 0.009771 with the transfer model. The TFM generates better predictions of the AWEPP than the SARIMA model, because it takes into account the temporal evolution of the NARSP obtaining estimates that are closer to reality, useful for planning and for decision-making in the poultry sector in the short and medium term.El huevo es una de las fuentes de proteína más accesible y con disponibilidad amplia en el mercado. El objetivo de este trabajo fue desarrollar un modelo de series de tiempo para pronosticar los precios nominales mensuales de huevo blanco pagados al productor en México (PPHBP) mediante modelos de función de transferencia (MFT) y evaluar su relación con los precios promedios rurales del sorgo (PPSRG). Los parámetros y las predicciones se estimaron con el método de máxima verosimilitud y fueron estadísticamente apropiadas y significativas. El mejor MFT que representó el comportamiento de los PPHBP fue el de dos coeficientes autorregresivos, tres de media móvil, dos grados de denominador “râ€, un grado de numerador “s†y un coeficiente “bâ€. Se encontró que el PPSRG impacta  un mes después en los PPHBP, disminuyendo la varianza original del PPHBP de 0.01036 a 0.009771 con el modelo de transferencia. El MFT genera mejores pronósticos de los PPHBP que el modelo SARIMA, debido a que el primero, toma en cuenta la evolución temporal del PPSRG logrando estimaciones más cercanas a la realidad, útiles para planificar y tomar decisiones en el sector avícola a corto y mediano plazo

    Responsive inclusive design (RiD): a new model for inclusive software development.

    The design and development of technological solutions based on software for all types of people, including people with disabilities, is still a pending issue in most software application development projects today. Situations like the 2020 pandemic drastically reflect how people with disabilities tend to be left outside the application design and construction guidelines. There are multiple initiatives and previous works that advocate user involvement from the beginning of the project; however, in this work, we go a step further by presenting a model for designing and constructing software applications (RiD—Responsive inclusive Design) defined for inclusive software. RiD extends the involvement of the user with disabilities to the entire software life cycle, in different roles, and taking into account the changing nature of the user profile in the evolution of the product. This article also presents the EDICO case study, an accessible and inclusive scientific editor for the Spanish National Organization of the Blind (ONCE), which was successfully implemented applying the RiD principles.post-print1229 k

    Competitividad de la producción de carne de bovino en la región norte de Veracruz

    Knowledge of the competitiveness of bovine meat (beef) production in the northern region of Veracruz is important because it allows to know the level of profit obtained by the producers and their chances of survival within a free trade environment. In order to know if Governmental intervention has favoured the level of competitiveness in beef production in northern Veracruz to recommend the granting of subsidies, a Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) was constructed for the following groups of producers: conventional, in transition and in business. Results indicated that private profit was positive, and the ratio of private cost was less than one, indicating that the activity is competitive. Similarly, the economic gain was positive, and the resource cost ratio was less than one, indicating that all three systems have comparative advantages. The value of the effective protection coefficient, less than one, indicates that the activity has no protection over the price of the product, or the price of inputs. Finally, the subsidy equivalent to –510, –688 and –538 for producers in groups 1, 2 and 3 indicated that the intervention of the Government through economic policy has not favoured the competitiveness of the livestock sector. Considering the results, the granting of subsidies is justified to counteract the negative effects that the current economic policy has on beef production.El conocimiento de la competitividad de producción de carne de bovino en la región norte de Veracruz es importante porque permite conocer el nivel de ganancia obtenido por los productores y sus posibilidades de supervivencia en un ambiente de libre comercio. Con el objetivo de conocer si la intervención del Gobierno ha favorecido el nivel de competitividad en la producción de carne de bovino en el Norte de Veracruz para recomendar el otorgamiento de subsidios se construyó una Matriz de Análisis de Política (MAP) para los siguientes grupos de productores: convencionales, en transición y empresariales. Los resultados indican que la ganancia privada fue positiva y la relación del costo privado fue menor a la unidad, lo cual señala que la actividad es competitiva. De manera similar, la ganancia económica fue positiva y la relación del costo de los recursos fue menor a la unidad, lo cual indica que los tres sistemas cuentan con ventajas comparativas. El valor del coeficiente de protección efectiva, menor a la unidad, indica que la actividad no tiene protección sobre el precio del producto, ni sobre el precio de los insumos. Por último, el subsidio equivalente a –510, –688 y –538 para los productores de los grupos 1, 2 y 3 indicó que la intervención del Gobierno a través de su política económica no ha favorecido la competitividad del sector pecuario. Al considerar los resultados, se justifica el otorgamiento de subsidios para contrarrestar los efectos negativos que tiene la actual política económica sobre la producción de carne de bovino

    PolaritySpam: Propagating Content-based Information Through a Web-Graph to Detect Web Spam

    Spam web pages have become a problem for Information Retrieval systems due to the negative effects that this phenomenon can cause in their results. In this work we tackle the problem of detecting these pages with a propagation algorithm that, taking as input a web graph, chooses a set of spam and not-spam web pages in order to spread their spam likelihood over the rest of the network. Thus we take advantage of the links between pages to obtain a ranking of pages according to their relevance and their spam likelihood. Our intuition consists in giving a high reputation to those pages related to relevant ones, and giving a high spam likelihood to the pages linked to spam web pages. We introduce the novelty of including the content of the web pages in the computation of an a priori estimation of the spam likelihood of the pages, and propagate this information. Our graph-based algorithm computes two scores for each node in the graph. Intuitively, these values represent how bad or good (spam-like or not) is a web page, according to its textual content and its relations in the graph.     Experiencia acumulada en el uso de Angio-Seal™ durante el procedimiento de retirada de balón de contrapulsación intraaórtico

    ResumenEl dispositivo de cierre de punción femoral Angio-Seal™ (St. Jude Medical, St. Paul, Minnesota) es actualmente el más utilizado en nuestro medio para el cierre de las punciones femorales en los que se utilizan introductores hasta 8F, con excelentes resultados, sin apenas complicaciones, y que permite una movilización precoz del paciente (incluso a las 3h del procedimiento).Dada la amplia experiencia en nuestro medio con dicho dispositivo, decidimos el inicio de un protocolo de retirada de los dispositivos de contrapulsación intraaórtica mediante el uso del Angio-Seal™ para la hemostasia. Todos los procedimientos se llevan a cabo en la unidad de cuidados intensivos cardiológicos. Desde el inicio del protocolo (junio de 2014 hasta septiembre de 2015) hemos realizado un total de 33 procedimientos de retirada de balón de contrapulsación intraaórtica con el dispositivo Angio-Seal™ 8F.Hemos incluido un total de 33 pacientes consecutivos (19 varones y 12 mujeres) con una edad media de 64,1 años (rango: 50-83) a los que se les ha implantado un dispositivo de contrapulsación intraaórtica por distintas causas.Como objetivo primario del estudio se ha incluido la ausencia de complicaciones mayores y únicamente una complicación menor (hematoma > 10 cm), siendo la efectividad en la liberación del dispositivo del 100.La retirada de los dispositivos de contrapulsación intraaórtica mediante el uso de Angio-Seal™ 8F para la hemostasia se considera un dispositivo rápido, efectivo y seguro, por lo que podemos recomendar su uso, aunque sería necesario un estudio con más pacientes y aleatorizado con respecto a la compresión manual tradicional para recomendar su uso rutinario.AbstractDue to the big experience with Angio-Seal™ Device (St. Jude Medical) in our center to close femoral puncture during cardiac catheterization, we investigated whether the Angio-Seal™ could be used safely and could achieve hemostasis fastly when removing an IABP.We prospectely studied 33 consecutive patients (Age: mean 64,1 years [50-83 years]) in which the Angio-Seal™ 8F device was planned to be used to achieve vascular hemostasis after removal of an IABP between January to December of 2015 in the Cardiac Intensive care unit of Cruces University Hospital. IABP was implanted due to several causes (cardiogenic shock due to STEMI, after cardiac surgery, high risk PCI...).The primary endpoint was a composite of any type of major (retroperitoneal bleeding, vessel occlusion, loss of distal pulses, vascular surgery and death) and minor vascular complication (hematoma, AV fistula or pseudoaneurism).IABP was continued for 1-7 days (mean 4 days). The device was successfully deployed in all of the patients. There were no major and only 2 minor complications (hematoma >10 cm). No patients required additional compression although most of them were treated with antiplatelet drugs.Removal of IABP with the Angio-Seal™ 8F device is a fast, effective and safe procedure that could improve the hemostasis and the confort of the patients compared with the manual compression or other compression decides. We need further randomized studies comparing Angio-Seal™ with conventional methods of compression to recommend routine use
