The thesis is devote to the temperature control of objects with lumped or distributed parameters. The problems of choosing the right value of regulator’s heater power and prediction period are discussed. The major attention is paid to the process of searching the minimum value of control quantities. It is shown that the approximated second-order plane has an exact accordance with the original data. It is concluded that algorithm of PWM-control with prediction filter provides good quality control

On the question of the taxonomical status of tribe Procleticini Pennington (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae)

Probable taxonomical connections of tribe Procleticini with others taxa of shielded-bugs are a subject of this paper. The parameres and aedeagi of Antestiella bequaerti, Antestiopsis cruciata, Arocera acroleuca, A. apta, Bolbocoris variolosus, B. inaegunalis, Dendrocoris contaminatus, Holcogaster exilis, H. longicornis and Thyanta custator are described in this paper. Aedeagi are described in completely straightened and inflated condition. The general features of a structure of genitals for the specified species are considered in paper. These features are characteristics of a structure of parameres, theca, phallobase, ventro-lateral and dorsal lobes of conjunctiva. Dorsal lobes of conjunctiva have not been discovered at representatives of Asopinae, Discocephalinae, Phyllocephalinae and Podopinae with Pentatominae, except for the representatives of tribes, which are considered in this paper. Probably, it is uniform for these tribes and features, or at least, for Procleticini and Antestiini. Possible taxonomical value of these features at definition of a place Procleticini in system of Pentatomidae is discussed

Принципи адміністративного – правового регулювання волонтерської діяльності в Україні

Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань щодо дослідження основних принципів адміністративно-правового регулювання волонтерської діяльності в Україні. Обґрунтовано, що одним із елементів громадянського суспільства, на розвиток та вивчення якого останнім часом звернено увагу держави та наукової спільноти, є волонтерство. В даній статті аргументовано, що адміністративно-правове регулювання волонтерської діяльності можна визначити як здійснення уповноваженими суб’єктами на основі норм права через спеціальні механізми закріплення, упорядкування, реалізації, захисту та охорони суспільних відносин у сфері волонтерства. Визначено, що волонтерська діяльність – це широке коло діяльності, включаючи традиційні форми взаємодопомоги та самодопомоги, офіційне надання послуг та інші форми громадянської участі, що здійснюється добровільно на благо широкому загалу без розрахунку на грошову винагороду. Аргументовано, що волонтерство – це добровільна діяльність, обрана свідомо особою і яка не переслідує комерційної вигоди. Волонтерство є проявом громадської активності та громадянської відповідальності, що сприяє формуванню позитивного іміджу держави та розвитку громадянського суспільства. Необхідність регулювання волонтерської діяльності зумовлена тим, що ця діяльність має велике значення для розвитку суспільства та вирішення соціальних проблем. Волонтери допомагають людям у складних життєвих ситуаціях, підтримують соціальні проекти та ініціативи, забезпечуючи належну якість життя для різних категорій населення. Проаналізовано основні принципи адміністративно-правового регулювання волонтерської діяльності в Україні. Відзначено, що відповідно і в умовах сьогодення волонтерство в нашій державі показує значні обсяги та залученість молоді до здійснення такого роду діяльності як в Україні, так і за її межами. Запропоновано під принципами адміністративно-правового регулювання волонтерської діяльності розуміти основоположні та керівні засади добросовісного виконання дій волонтерами покладених на них завдань, спрямованих на створення сприятливого правового середовища щодо функціонування та розвитку волонтерської діяльності. Обґрунтовано, що принципи адміністративно-правового регулювання волонтерської діяльності базуються як на загально-правових, так і на спеціально-правових принципах

Подано флористичну та фітоценотичну характеристики асоціації Brachythecio salebrosi-Amblystegietum juratzkanii (Sjög. ex Marst. 1987) Marst. 1989 та трьох бріоугруповань, їх синтаксономічне положення.
