    The boundary length and point spectrum enumeration of partial chord diagrams using cut and join recursion

    We introduce the boundary length and point spectrum, as a joint generalization of the boundary length spectrum and boundary point spectrum in arXiv:1307.0967. We establish by cut-and-join methods that the number of partial chord diagrams filtered by the boundary length and point spectrum satisfies a recursion relation, which combined with an initial condition determines these numbers uniquely. This recursion relation is equivalent to a second order, non-linear, algebraic partial differential equation for the generating function of the numbers of partial chord diagrams filtered by the boundary length and point spectrum.Comment: 16 pages, 6 figure

    On multicurve models for the term structure

    In the context of multi-curve modeling we consider a two-curve setup, with one curve for discounting (OIS swap curve) and one for generating future cash flows (LIBOR for a give tenor). Within this context we present an approach for the clean-valuation pricing of FRAs and CAPs (linear and nonlinear derivatives) with one of the main goals being also that of exhibiting an "adjustment factor" when passing from the one-curve to the two-curve setting. The model itself corresponds to short rate modeling where the short rate and a short rate spread are driven by affine factors; this allows for correlation between short rate and short rate spread as well as to exploit the convenient affine structure methodology. We briefly comment also on the calibration of the model parameters, including the correlation factor.Comment: 16 page

    This research discusses the implementation of the independent curriculum process in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Negeri 1 Depok Sleman. The independent curriculum is an educational initiative that emphasizes independence in learning. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the implementation of an independent curriculum in PAI subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Depok Sleman had significant changes in the teaching approach and the previous learning process. the independent curriculum facilitates the simplification of material from the previous to be short and easier and adapted to the needs of students and everyday life. teachers play an important role in the teaching and learning process to develop an understanding of religious and moral values. In addition, it was found that the implementation of the independent curriculum in PAI subjects provides opportunities for students to go deeper in their understanding of Islam and develop a strong moral character. This research provides important insights into the implementation of the independent curriculum in PAI subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Depok Sleman and can be an evaluation to develop the implementation of the independent curriculum and on how the independent curriculum can be well implemented in Islamic religious education in other schools

    Open String on Symmetric Product

    We develop some basic properties of the open string on the symmetric product which is supposed to describe the open string field theory in discrete lightcone quantization (DLCQ). After preparing the consistency conditions of the twisted boundary conditions for Annulus/M\"obius/Klein Bottle amplitudes in generic non-abelian orbifold, we classify the most general solutions of the constraints when the discrete group is SNS_N. We calculate the corresponding orbifold amplitudes from two viewpoints -- from the boundary state formalism and from the trace over the open string Hilbert space. It is shown that the topology of the world sheet for the short string and that of the long string in general do not coincide. For example the annulus sector for the short string contains all the sectors (torus, annulus, Klein bottle, M\"obius strip) of the long strings. The boundary/cross-cap states of the short strings are classified into three categories in terms of the long string, the ordinary boundary and the cross-cap states, and the ``joint'' state which describes the connection of two short strings. We show that the sum of the all possible boundary conditions is equal to the exponential of the sum of the irreducible amplitude -- one body amplitude of long open (closed) strings. This is typical structure of DLCQ partition function. Hingga semua gadisnya mengalami tekanan dan berujung pada tindakan tak terduga saat novel penari kecil menunjukkan egoisme orang tua untuk pendidikan yang baik bagi anaknya. Semua anak berada di bawah tekanan untuk semua aturan dan larangan di rumah, semua yang mereka lakukan harus izin kepada ayahnya berarti sementara ada kesenangan yang dia sia-siakan. Intan putra pertamanya atau Ibrahim dia mengalami tekanan dan paksaan dalam-dalam hingga perkembangan psikologi anak. Kesimpulan selanjutnya mengarah pada anak kedua Ibrahim (Ira), Ira memiliki pengalaman yang sama seperti Intan yaitu band yang tidak wajar bagi ayahnya untuk Ira seperti, jam pulang untuk Ira, membuat Ira ke fakultas ekonomi dan setengah senang bund ini di buat Ira depresi menyebabkan kecemasan dan ketidaknyamanan

    On balanced complementation for regular t-wise balanced designs

    AbstractVanstone has shown a procedure, called r-complementation, to construct a regular pairwise balanced design from an existing regular pairwise balanced design. In this paper, we give a generalization of r-complementation, called balanced complementation. Necessary and sufficient conditions for balanced complementation which gives a regular t-wise balanced design from an existing regular t-wise balanced design are shown. We characterize those aspects of designs which permit balanced complementation. Results obtained here will be applied to construct regular t-wise balanced designs which are useful in Statistics

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui status gizi sapi perah laktasi didasarkan pada konsentrasi NEFA (nonesterified Asam Lemak), albumin, kalsium, dan fosfor dalam plasma. Tiga puluh dua sapi perah kepala di periode menyusui kedua digunakan untuk up mengambil plasma darah. Uji t dan regresi sama digunakan untuk berbagai penentu dari konsentrasi. Hasil pengamatan yang berarti dan berbagai konsentrasi NEFA 0.17 mEq.L-1 dan 0,11-0,22 mEq.L-1, albumin 2.69 g% dan 2,51-2,87 g%. Kemudian, mean dan berbagai konsentrasi kalsium plasma 9.39 mg% dan 8,90-9,88 mg%, 8.60 dan 8,10-9,10 mg% dari konsentrasi fosfor plasma. Regresi sama berat plasma NEFA (Y) tubuh (X1), produksi susu (X2) adalah Y = 0,163 X1 + 0,215 X2 (R2 = 11,2%, P> 0,05). Regresi sama plasma albumin (Y), berat badan (X1), produksi susu (X2) adalah Y = 0,197 X1 + 0,006 X2 (R2 = 12,3%, P> 0,05). Regresi sama plasma kalsium (Y), berat badan (X1), produksi susu (X2) adalah Y = -0,099 X1 + 0,389 X2 (R2 = 11,9%, P> 0,05), plasma fosfor (Y), berat badan (X1 ), produksi susu (X2) adalah Y = 0.72 X1 + 0,394 X2 (R2 = 19,2%, P> 0,05).     Physical mechanisms generating spontaneous symmetry breaking and a hierarchy of scales

    We discuss the phase transition in 3+1 dimensional lambda Phi^4 theory from a very physical perspective. The particles of the symmetric phase (`phions') interact via a hard-core repulsion and an induced, long-range -1/r^3 attraction. If the phion mass is sufficiently small, the lowest-energy state is not the `empty' state with no phions, but is a state with a non-zero density of phions Bose-Einstein condensed in the zero-momentum mode. The condensate corresponds to the spontaneous-symmetry-breaking vacuum with neq 0 and its excitations ("phonons" in atomic-physics language) correspond to Higgs particles. The phase transition happens when the phion's physical mass m is still positive; it does not wait until m^2 passes through zero and becomes negative. However, at and near the phase transition, m is much, much less than the Higgs mass M_h. This interesting physics coexists with `triviality;' all scattering amplitudes vanish in the continuum limit, but the vacuum condensate becomes infinitely dense. The ratio m/M_h, which goes to zero in the continuum limit, can be viewed as a measure of non-locality in the regularized theory. An intricate hierarchy of length scales naturally arises.
