[EN] Let X be a continuum and let n be a positive integer. We consider the hyperspaces Fn(X) and SFn(X). If m is an integer such that n > m ≥ 1, we consider the quotient space SFnm(X). For a given map f : X → X, we consider the induced maps Fn(f) : Fn(X) → Fn(X), SFn(f) : SFn(X) → SFn(X) and SFnm(f) : SFnm(X) → SFnm(X). In this paper, we introduce the dynamical system (SFnm(X), SFnm (f)) and we investigate some relationships between the dynamical systems (X, f), (Fn(X), Fn(f)), (SFn(X), SFn(f)) and (SFnm(X), SFnm(f)) when these systems are: exact, mixing, weakly mixing, transitive, totally transitive, strongly transitive, chaotic, irreducible, feebly open and turbulent. This paper was partially supported by the project: “Propiedades din´amicas y topol´ogicas sobre sistemas din´amicos inducidos”, (UTMIX-PTC-064) of PRODEP, 2017.Barragán, F.; Santiago-Santos, A.; Tenorio, JF. Get PDF
The aim of this paper is to design a proposal for a psycho-pedagogical intervention aimed at the development of socio-emotional strategies aimed at secondary education teachers to successfully deal with disruption in the classroom and to theoretically analyse the most relevant conceptual and epistemological models of Emotional Intelligence and its relationship with the teaching profession, in the form of socio-emotional competences, which has served as the basis for the design of the intervention itself. This topic is of relevance due to the requirements of current educational laws, the advances in educational research and the ideal of a European society that is desired. Throughout the theoretical foundation, the integration of different models of emotional intelligence existing to date is highlighted, which give rise to the following factors to design the intervention proposal that aims to work on teachers' socioemotional competences: empathy, assertiveness, self-esteem, self-control and resilience. The intervention proposal thus designed is aimed at teachers of compulsory secondary education, covering a total of 12 sessions spread over the second school term, which can be carried out during the teacher's meeting time, being considered a work proposal to be integrated into the guidance plan of a secondary school and, thus, improve the socioemotional competence of teachers and can successfully deal with disruptive behavior in the classroom.Departamento de PsicologíaMáster en Profesor de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de Idioma

Water-solid interactions were explored in purified and freeze-dried Prosopis alba exudate gum as approach to get a deeper insight of structural and functional aspects of this novel biomaterial. Particularly, the study of water-binding properties combined with glass transition temperatures allowed obtaining interesting theoretical data for practical applications. The Guggenheim–Anderson–de Boer (GAB) and Generalized D'Arcy and Watt (GDW) models were applied to describe the sorption behavior and thermodynamic properties of the studied gum. The study of the relationship between relative humidity, water content and thermal transitions allowed to characterize the material in terms of water plasticizing susceptibility as well as define the suitable storage conditions that guarantee the quality, safety and physical stability of P. alba gum. Obtained results contribute to the characterization of a non-conventional exudate gum with great potential for its use in different food industry applications.Fil: Vasile, Franco Emanuel. Prosopis alba exudate gum as novel excipient for fish oil encapsulation in polyelectrolyte bead system

    Get PDF
In this work, a bottom-up approach based on the study of polyelectrolyte interactions was performed in order to evaluate the effect of Prosopis alba exudate gum as novel excipient for fish oil encapsulation in composed calcium-alginate-chitosan beads. Emulsion and beads properties such as oil distribution, encapsulation efficiency, yield, microstructure and thermo-oxidative protection were evaluated. Alginate and gum exert a synergistic effect on emulsion stability properties, which conducted to better oil distribution in the beads and higher encapsulation efficiencies (98%) and yield (89%). The positive effect of including the gum as wall material was observed in terms of a higher oil retention capacity of the alginate beads, improved oxidative thermal stability and better microstructural features. Present results are promising and allowed considering P. alba gum as a novel non-conventional polyelectrolyte for improving Ca-alginate beads microstructure and stability with the added benefit of taking advantage of an available resource currently untapped.Fil: Vasile, Franco Emanuel. Structural control on the Los Ratones pluton and the uranium mineralization at the Fiambalá range, Sierras Pampeanas, Catamarca

The Carboniferous Los Ratones pluton is composed by two main facies: equigranular and porphyric. The uranium mineralization hosted by the metamorphic rock on the NW border of the pluton is related to a fluor- rich greisen related to the equigranular facies. The detailed mapping of the pluton host rock and the uranium mineralization shows a well-defined structural control on both the granite emplacement, particularly on the porphyric facies, and on the migration of the mineralized fluids. Four sets of fractures participate on this control. The two main with N and NE trends coincide clearly with the west and northwest border of the pluton as well as with the high-grade uranium manifestations. The third and fourth ones respectively corresponds to E-W and NW striking fractures, which are less developed in relation to the main fractures considering their frequency and size. Fractures of the four sets are high dipping close to vertical, attitude corroborated by geophysical studies in the area where the NE fractures are the best developed. In addition to the mentioned features, granite-related acidic and basic dikes follow mainly these orientations. The fracture sets seem to be related to a high-east dipping meridian fault system with right horizontal main movement component and subordinate normal displacement. These faults partially reactivated heterogeneities of the metamorphic rocks, mainly the dominant foliation. Changes on the strike of these fractures formed dilatant zones where magmatism and related mineralization were concentrated.Fil: Hongn, Fernando Daniel. Nominal factor analysis of situational judgment tests: evaluation of latent dimensionality and factorial invariance

Situational judgment tests have gained popularity in educational and psychological measurement and are widely used in personnel assessment. A situational judgment item presents a hypothetical scenario and a list of actions, and the individuals are asked to select their most likely action for that scenario. Because actions have no explicit order, the item generates nominal responses consisting of the actions selected by the individuals. This article shows how to factor-analyze the nominal responses originated from such a test, including the estimation of the number of latent factors and a factor invariance analysis in a multiple group design. The method consists of applying the MNCM, a multidimensional extension of the nominal categories model by Bock. The article includes the results of two studies: (1) a simulation study about Type-I error rate, statistical power, and recovery of the parameters in a multigroup factorial invariance design and (2) a real data example using responses to a situational judgment test measuring gender stereotypes to illustrate the approach. Results suggest the use of the Akaike information criterion, Bayesian information criterion, and corrected Bayesian information criterion indices to guide the selection of the number of factors with nominal responses. All the analyses are conducted using the computer program Mplus. The code is included as Supplemental Material (available online) for the readers so that they can adapt it to their own purposesThe author(s) disclosed receipt of the following financial support for the research, authorship, and/or publication of this article: This research was supported by the grant PGC2018-093838-B-I00 from the Spanish Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovacion y Universidades.
