    Dalam rangka menjawab isu-isu strategis dan pencapaian visi misi Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tasikmalaya diperlukan kinerja pegawai yang tinggi. Permasalahan kinerja pegwai yang masih belum optimal terlihat dari kehandalan kerja masih rendah, pegawai tidak menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan dengan tepat waktu, pegawai bekerja tidak sesuai dengan jam kerja yang ditetapkan, pegawai kurang menjalin kerja sama dengan rekan kerja. Permasalahan kinerja tersebut memerlukan peningkatan kompentensi dari pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tasikmalaya agar sejalan dengan visi dan misi yang akan dicapaiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetesi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tasikmalaya, dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan research eksplanatory. Responden penelitian ini yaitu pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tasikmalaya. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui uji regresi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara kompetesi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tasikmalaya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa semua faktor yang terdiri dari kompetensi yaitu berorientasi prestasi dan tindakan, membantu dan melayani orang lain, kemampuan mempengaruhi dan menciptakan dampak, kemampuan manajerial, kemampuan kognisi dan kemampuan efektivitas pribadi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Tasikmalaya.In order to answer strategic issues and achieve the vision and mission of the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency of Tasikmalaya City Agency requires high employee performance. Employee performance problems that are still not optimal can be seen from the reliability of work is still low, employees do not complete the tasks given on time, employees do not work according to the set working hours, employees do not cooperate with colleagues. These performance problems require increased competence from employees of the Tasikmalaya City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency to be in line with the vision and mission to be achieved This study aims to determine the effect of competition on employee performance in the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency of Tasikmalaya City, with the research method used explanatory research. The respondents of this study are employees at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency of the City of Tasikmalaya. Data analysis technique is done through regression test. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a strong influence between competence on the performance of employees in the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency in Tasikmalaya City. The conclusion of this study is that all factors consisting of competencies are achievement and action oriented, helping and serving others, the ability to influence and create impact, managerial ability, cognitive ability and personal effectiveness have an influence on employee performance in the Personnel Agency and Resource Development Human City of Tasikmalaya

    Pancasila as universal values with a high abstraction nature need to be concretized so that they can live and become the basis for behavior for the people of Indonesia. As the basis of the State for unification and defense from the flow of globalization, Pancasila is actually reflected in the behavior of the government in exercising state power. It is the commitment and attitude of the actions of the symbols of the State that are able to reflect on whether Pancasila can survive as a unifier and defense or not. The discussion shows thatt as the basis of the state, Pancasila is the foundation that unites the diversity of the Indonesian nation in the state, as well as a defense in facing the challenges of world development/globalization. The factual condition of Pancasila as the unifier and defense of the Indonesian nation has been degraded due to the inability of government institutions to realize Pancasila in the life of the state. This degradation can be seen by the emergence of separatist movements that demand to break away from Indonesia, the frequent SARA-related conflicts and the low morality of youth due to the disadvantages of globalization.     In the current digital era, utilizing Viral Marketing techniques and offering discounts on sales are considered effective strategies for both online and offline businesses. TikTok has gained significant popularity among users, and with the introduction of TikTok Shop, which combines social media and e-commerce within a single application, it provides convenience for customers to make purchases without having to switch to other platforms. This study employs a quantitative research methodology to examine the impact of Viral Marketing and price discounts on purchasing decisions. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that both the Viral Marketing variable (X1) and the Price Discount variable (X2) collectively influence the Purchasing Decision variable (Y) by 32.5%. The calculated t-value of 31.843 is greater than the critical value of 3.06, and the significance value of 0.00 is lower than the threshold of 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Viral Marketing and Price Discounts significantly affect the Purchasing Decision. This suggests that implementing Viral Marketing and Price Discounts positively impact sales by influencing customer purchasing decision

    ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POST ESTABLISHMENT OF OMNIBUS LAW ON JOB CREATION IN THE PERSECTIVE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY

    The dynamics of regulation of environmental protection, with the publication of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation, has had an impact on the content contained in Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. The existence of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation has changed at least 27 articles, added 4 articles, and 10 articles were deleted in Law Number 32 of 2009. This paper aims to reflect on the legal implications of environmental protection after the Omnibus Law on Job Creation on regional authorities. The results of the study show that the Omnibus Law on Job Creation has reduced the authority of local governments in protecting the environment. There have been several withdrawals of local government affairs to the central government (recentralization), as well as the strengthening of evaluation instruments by the central government. This legal implication can be a challenge and a threat to solving problems and protecting the environment in the region. On the other hand, this can reduce the spirit of environmental decentralization and weaken the spirit of regional autonomy

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan sekolah dalam penggunaan gadged siswa SMAN 18 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan menunjukkan bahwa dalam peraturan di sekolah menegaskan bahwa diperbolehkannya penggunaan gadget di sekolah tersebut, baik itu melalui keterangan yang diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru-guru, maupun para siswa. Penggunaan Gadget diperbolehkan dengan syarat hanya bisa digunakan saat guru pada mata pelajaran yang berlangsung memperbolehkan atau mengizinkannya untuk menggunakan gadget. Adapun dampak yang ditimbulkan dari kebijakan ini terbagi menjadi dua yakni dampak positif dan negatif. dampak positifnya yaitu mempermudah para guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, serta meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas siswa dan pemecahan masalah. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya yaitu, membuat siswa malas berpikir dan menyalah gunakan gadget mereka serta penurunan konsentrasi saat belajar gadget akan disita dan akan dikembalikan pada saat kenaikan kelas semester selanjutnya kemudian siswa yang melanggar akan diberi bimbingan konseling berupa nasihat

    ABSTRAK Permainan floorball merupakan permainan yang sering terjadi body contact, kontak stick floorball antar lawan dan dorongan antar pemain dalam pertandingan sering terjadi sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan kecemasan pada seorang pemain. Ciri-ciri kecemasan terbagi menjadi 4 yaitu somatik, afektif, kognitif, dan motorik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kecemasan dan mengevaluasi kecemasan dari tim UKM putra floorball unesa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode observasi dengan sampel penelitian 20 pemain floorball unesa putra. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah non-test, yaitu dengan menggunakan angket berupa beberapa pernyataan tentang kecemasan. Hasil pada penelitian ini dapat ditunjukkan sebagai berikut : secara umum untuk tingkat kecemasan pada putra mendapatkan skor 43,4, dan memiliki skala kecemasan “Sedang. Untuk skor pada aspek somatik yaitu 15. Untuk skor pada aspek afektif yaitu 6. Pada aspek kognitif yaitu 6,15. Pada aspek motorik yaitu 16,1. Kata Kunci : tingkat kecemasan, floorball, somatik, afektif, kognitif, motorik. . The purpose of this study is to find out the level of anxiety and evaluate the anxiety of the UKM boys floorball team. This research is are search quantitativeby observing with a research sample of 20 male university floorball players. The method of data collection in this study is a non-test, namely by using a questionnaire in the form of several statements about anxiety. The results in this study can be shown as follows: in general for the level of anxiety in men get a score of 43.4, and have an anxiety scale "Moderate. For the score on the somatic aspect, namely 15.     The Reconstruction of Energy Management Law Based on Indonesia Legal System

    Two things become an important part of studies in Indonesian law related to energy management. The first, related to the management of natural resources. Second, the energy sector is also related to other sectors, that is forestry, water resources, marine and fisheries, agriculture and plantations, as well as land. Ideally, all of the energy management law must reflect the state ideology, as natural resources energy must be managed for the greater prosperity of the people. Energy should not be administered arbitrarily because, in addition to the utilization, the existence of natural resources should not be separated from the philosophical orientation of Indonesian legislation, Pancasila, and The 1945 Constitution. However, the reality of energy legislation indicates of the authority competes between sectors and alignments to society which is not optimal. It is due to the legal nature of the energy sector which is liberal and still-exploitation oriented and pro-capitalist.     PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH TERHADAP MUTU PENDIDIK DI MTsN 1 BANDAR LAMPUNG

    ABSTRAK Mutu Pendidik yang baik dapat didukung oleh beberapa faktor dan indikator. Salah satu faktornya adalah kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dimana seorang kepala madrasah harus memiliki kemampuan dalam mempengaruhi, mengarahkan dan menggerakkan tenaga pendidik untuk mencapai suatu tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Hasil pra penelitian di MTs 1 Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa tenaga pendidik yang belum memenuhi kireteria sebagai tenaga pendidik yang bermutu. Dengan rumusan masalah yaitu apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap mutu pendidik di MTs 1 Bandar Lampung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap mutu pendidik di MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian Field Research. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 respon tenaga pendidik MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. Dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Teknik Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji linieritas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulakn bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah terdahap Mutu Pendidik di MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung dengan korelasi variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah 0,668. Selain itu R2 sebesar 0,438 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hal ini berarti konstribusi variabel X (Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah) terhadap variabel Y (Mutu Pendidik adalah sebesar 43,8% dan sisanya sebesar 56,2% disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang bukan menjadi fokus pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. One of the factors is the leadership of the madrasa head where a madrasa principal must have the ability to influence, direct and move educators to achieve an educational institution's goals. The results of the pre-survey at MTs 1 Bandar Lampung showed that there were still some educators who did not meet the criteria as qualified educators. With the formulation of the problem, namely whether there is an influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on the quality of educators at MTs 1 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of madrasa principal leadership on the quality of educators at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a Field Research approach. While the population in this study amounted to 43 responses from educators at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. And the sample used is the Slovin Technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used normality test, homogeneity test and linearity test. While the hypothesis test using a simple linear regression technique. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive influence between the leadership of the Madrasah Principal on the Quality of Educators at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung with the correlation of the independent variable and the dependent variable being 0.668. In addition, R² is 0.438 at a significance level of 5%. This means that the contribution of variable X (Principal’s leadership) to variable Y (Educator Quality) is 43.8% and the remaining 56.2% is caused by other factors that are not the focus of discussion in this study.     Skripsi yang berjudul “PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP PARA PIHAK DALAM PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN JUAL BELI PERSONAL COMPUTER (PC) RAKITAN DI KABUPATEN KUDUS” ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan perjanjian, perlindungan hukum terhadap parapihak dan cara aman dalamjual beli personal computer (PC) rakitan di Kabupaten Kudus. Penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Kemudian, data akan disusun secara sistematis dan dianalisa, sehingga memperoleh kejelasan dari permasalahan yang dibahas. Selanjutnya disusun sebagai skripsi yang bersifat ilmiah. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah pelaksanaan perjanjian jual beli PC rakitan antara pelaku usaha dengan konsumen adanya perjanjian tertulis melalui media sosial dan/atau perjanjian secara lisan yang datang langsung ke toko pelaku usaha. Bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak dalam perjanjian jual beli PC rakitan pada prakteknya masih belum terlaksana dengan baik, karena hak – hak yang dimiliki oleh para pihak belum terlindungi sepenuhnya. Cara aman bagi pelaku usaha dalam perjanjianyaitu dengan terbuka dan selalu berkomunikasi supaya tidak terjadi salah paham.
