Bir Tekstil Sanayi Sevkiyat Bölümünde R’WOT Analizi Uygulaması

Kurumsal yapının bir takım kriterlere tabi tutularak incelenmesi teknikleri, modern iş yönetiminin \ud elinden düşmeyen araçlardır. Bu sayede o kurumun şu anki durumu, doğru işleyip işlemediği \ud kolaylıkla belirlenmiş olur. Bu tekniklerden biri olan "SWOT Analizi", firmanızın kurumsal işlerliği, \ud rekabet gücü, sektördeki konumu, piyasadaki dış tehditlerin varlığı vs. gibi iç ve dış \ud değerlendirmelerin yapılabildiği en etkili değerlendirme yöntemlerinden biridir. Ancak swot analizi \ud sonuçları sayısal kavramlarla ifade edilememektedir. Bu çalışmada Kayseri Organize Sanayi \ud Bölgesi’nde faaliyet gösteren bir tekstil üretim fabrikasına ait sevkiyat bölümünde R’wot Analizi \ud tekniği kullanılarak sevkiyat bölümüne ait mevcut durumun swot analizi sonuçları sayısal değerlerle \ud ortaya konulmuştur. Bu teknikte “Sıralama Tekniği” ve “Doğrusal Kombinasyon Tekniği” swot \ud çözümlemeleri ile bütünleştirilerek swot grupları ve her bir swot grubundaki swot faktörlerine ait \ud öncelikler sayısal değerlerle belirlenmiştir. Böylece en uygun stratejisinin seçilmesine yönelik sayısal \ud veriler elde edilmiştir

A decision making process for evaluation the customers of finance company

Günümüzdeki hızlı değişen ve zorlaşan çalışma ve hayat koşulları, insanları ve kurumları "iyi" ve "başarılı" karar vermeye zorlamaktadır. Böyle bir çevrede ayakta kalabilmek ve rekabet avantajıyla birlikte bunu sürdürmek de önem kazanmaktadır. Böylece sağlıklı karar verme bir gereklilik olmaktadır. Stratejik seçimler yapılırken, etrafta olabilecek gelişmeleri ve firmalarını etkileyecek faktörleri takip etmek zorunludur. Değişen müşteri beklentileri ve talepleri, teknolojik süreçler, demografik değişiklikler bu faktörlerdendir. Söz konusu bir finans kurumu ise müşterilerinin olası davranışları kurum faaliyetlerini ve geleceğini etkileyebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren bir finans kurumunun kendileri için önemli müşterileri seçerek, onlara yönelik stratejiler belirlemesi için bir karar verme süreci tanımlanmıştır.Nowadays, people must make good and succesful decisions in difficult life and working conditions. To survive in such an environment with a competitive advantage becomes more of an issue. Thus, healthy decision-making is a necessity in this environment. When making strategic choices, we must track developments and factors that may be around and affect the firms. These factors may be, customer expectations and demands, technological processes, demographic changes. If the finance firm is discussed, the possible behaviors of customers can affect the activities of the institution and the future of the firm. Estimation of the Weights of Almond Nuts Based on Physical Properties through Data Mining

Quality attributes are the major parameters designating market values of the agricultural goods and commodities. Several practices are applied to improve quality parameters of the fruits and vegetables. Such quality attributes should also be estimated through various approaches before to design of equipment and tools used in handling and processing of these goods and to design storage facilities. Data mining is a novel approach used to estimate various attributes or quality parameters of the fruits from previously measured attributes. Different algorithms embedded into data mining operations may yield quite accurate and reliable equations for estimation of quality attributes. Almond is a significant cash crop for growers. Since almond is quite tolerant to droughts and salinity, it is preferred in various parts of the country by producers. Weight is the primary quality parameter designating market value of the almonds. This study was conducted to estimate nut weights of seven different almond varieties and to develop an equation for the estimation of nut weights. Data mining approach was used to estimate nut weights from physical fruit quality attributes (kernel length, width, thickness, arithmetic mean diameter, geometric mean diameter, sphericity, surface area, volume, shape index and aspect ratio). Present findings revealed quite significant, accurate and practicable rules to estimate the nut weights of different almond varieties. It was concluded that data mining could be used as a reliable tool to estimate the nut weights of different almond varieties from the physical attributes of the fruits

TÜRK EDEBİYATINDA DİDAKTİK EĞİLİM

Öğretme ve öğrenme insanoğlunun dünyaya adımını attığı andan itibaren onun hayatına önce eylemsel, sonra da kavramsal olarak girmiştir. Zaman geçtikçe bu eylemlerin değeri artmış, insanlar onlar hakkında düşünmeye başlamışlardır. İnsanoğlu nasıl öğreniyor ve öğretiyor? Bu işler en iyi nasıl yapılıyor? Nelere dikkat edersek daha iyi öğrenir ve öğretiriz? İşte, insanoğlunun bu sorunsalına Türk Edebiyatında Didaktik Eğilim adlı çalışmada edebiyat penceresinden bakılmaya çalışılmıştır. Edebiyat; bilgi alışverişinde, kültüre ait sosyal ve siyâsal birikimlerin ve bilgilerin aktarımında nasıl bir görev üstlenmiştir ve bu görevi nasıl ifâ etmiştir? Hepimizin de bildiği gibi eğitim ve öğretim okul denilen mekânı sınır kabul etmez. Şartlarına uygun her şeyi kendine vasıta edebilir. Bu noktada edebiyatın eğitim ve öğretime vasıtalığı kabul etmesi, didaktik edebiyatı doğurmuştur. Didaktik edebiyat ise çeşitli öğretim yöntem ve tekniklerini bünyesinde özümseyerek insanların eğitim ve öğretimlerine katkıda bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmada; Türk edebiyatındaki didaktik eserlerin hangi yöntem ve teknikleri benimseyerek, hangi amaçları güderek, nasıl bir strüktür ve sistematikle, kimleri hedef alarak oluşturulmuş olduğu incelenmiş ve didaktik eserlerimizin eğitim ve öğretime olan katkısı izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır.Since the mankind took the first step on the earth, teaching and learning has become part of his life in terms of action at first and later in terms of concept. As time passed by, the value of these actions increased and the people began to think about it. How does man teach and learn? How are these conducted in the best way? If we pay attention to which points, can we teach and learn better? This matter of the humankind is attempted to be dealt with from the point of literature in the work named Didactic Tendency in Turkish Literature. What sort of duty does the literature undertake as regards information exchange, the transfer of social and political gainings and information belonging to culture and how is this mission carried out? As all of us know, teaching and learning can not be limited to schools. It can accept everything which is in compatible with its conditions as a tool. At this point, the fact that literature is granted as a tool for teaching and learning has led to the appearance of didactic literature. Didactic literature adopting various teaching methods and technics in its structure has contributed to the learning and teaching of men. In this work, it is studied by which methods and technics adopted, which aims and in what structure and system have the didactic works in Turkish literature been formed and at whom are they aimed and likewise it is attempted to shed light on the contributions of our didactic works to teaching and learning
