    The longevity of a legal product is based on the truth of its coreteaching, the users and the makers of that law. Islamic law is a product of syariah from Allah the human creator. Its core teaching is for the benefit of human being in the world and the after world. The slogan is reflected in the various principles of Islamic law both general principles and specific principles. These principles include the principle of tawhid, Justice, amar ma.ruf nahi mungkar, freedom, equality, and the ta.awun principles. Those principles exceed the principles from other law so that the existance of Islamic law should be defended for it is suitable with the modern life enthusiasm. If there is any who states that the syariah law is old-fashioned or syariah law can.t lead human to the happiness in life, the person ought to comprehend the principles of Islamic law so that he would acknowledge it.     The Dynamics of Islamic Jurisprudence in The Eyes of Contemporary Muslims

    ABSTRACTThe emergence of sects and their diversity in Islam is caused by the differences in thought and visions of those who follow these sects. When the differences between the followers of these sects is limited to a mere difference of views on this or jurisprudential issue, it is a disagreement or an acceptable difference. Because there is more than one opinion on one jurisprudential issue, so whoever works with this opinion on the issue, his action is permissible. And, whoever works on the same issue with another thought, his movement is also acceptable, and this is from the capacity of Islam and its mercy to the nation. By examining several books related to the views of the ulama on the schools of thought, it has opened the way for us to verify. The article carried out a descriptive analysis approach and a comparative study of the opinions of scholars in different schools of thought and the fatwas issued by our official fatwa institutions. The article find the fanaticism of the sects is one of the causes of the nation's weakness. So, its unity was torn, and its humiliation intensified for the people. And that, they agree on what they agreed upon of the fixed principles, although various problems arise from time to time.  Keywords: Islamic Jurisprudence, Madhab, and Muslim Scholars.ABSTRAKMunculnya mazhab fikih keragamannya dalam Islam disebabkan oleh perbedaan pemikiran dan pandangan dari mereka yang menganut mazhab-mazhab tersebut. Ketika perbedaan antara penganut mazhab ini terbatas pada perbedaan pandangan tentang masalah fikih ini atau itu, itu adalah perbedaan pemahaman dalil atau perbedaan pemikiran dapat diterima; Karena ada lebih dari satu pendapat dalam satu masalah fikih, maka siapa pun yang mengamalkan pendapat ini dalam masalah tertuntu, tindakannya diperbolehkan, dan siapa pun yang mengerjakan masalah yang sama dengan pemikiran lain, amalannya juga diterima, sesuai dengan  kapasitas keilmuan yang  ada, Islam dan rahmatnya bagi bangsa. Dengan menelaah beberapa kitab yang berkaitan dengan pandangan ulama tentang mazhab, telah membuka jalan bagi kita untuk memverifikasi. Kami melakukan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan studi komparatif pendapat ulama di berbagai aliran pemikiran dan fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga fatwa resmi kami. Kami menemukan Fanatisme sekte adalah salah satu penyebab kelemahan bangsa, sehingga persatuannya terkoyak, dan penghinaannya meningkat untuk rakyat. Dan bahwa mereka menyetujui apa yang mereka sepakati tentang prinsip-prinsip tetap yang tidak berubah walaupun berbagai macam persoalan datang dari masa ke masa.Kata Kunci: Fikih, Mazhab, dan Ulama Kontemporer

    THE SAFAVID DYNASTY AND THE ROLE OF SHAH ABBAS I IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SEVERAL FIELD

    The legitimization of the Shah was managed through his bloodline - as in those who were Sayyid or descendants of Prophet Muhammad were automatically considered legitimate rulers of the state. The highest position in the government was the position of Grand Vizier (Prime Minister), who was the closest man to the Shah and had absolute power over national interests. Any decision had to be made after the approval of Shah and the Vizier himself. With the historical method, starting from heuristic data collection and interpreting it, which ends with historiography, Safavid fought the Ottomans, his enemies to the West, who saw the Safavid Empire as a threat Sunni-Shia divide. Many Shiites were deported from the Ottoman Empire following the numerous uprisings in favor of the Safavids. He fought them and lost territories such as Baghdad, parts of the Iranian Azerbaijan region, Herat, Mashhad, etc. However, after his defeats and loss to the Ottomans, he lost the support he enjoyed from the Qizilbash, which had a significant influence in the Empire - but their impact was reduced during the reign of Shah Abbas I. He managed to retrieve the lost territories and increase the number of people serving the military to defend the borders. Was Shah Abbas I. Abbas also managed to fight the Uzbeks and Ottomans and retrieve the lost territories, which positively impacted his reputation and increased power?     The Role of Parliament in the Implementation of Shariah in Western Europe (Belgium, France, and Germany)

    This article aims to describe the condition of Muslims who live and integrate in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and other European Regions, who should find religious foundations and interpretations that do not deviate from the boundaries imposed by a secular legal state. By calling for incorporating some Islamic law principles into British law, the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams, has sparked interest and sharp criticism in Britain. In Germany, some journalists warned against “the Western world taking another step in the path of submission to the wishes of the minority Muslim immigrants who do not want to integrate.” Are these concerns well-founded? After conducting a literature review, we employed a qualitative approach using data from mass media, books, and journal articles to analyze the trend of a small proportion of European society, supported by scholars and clergy, who advocate for the application of Islamic law based on the principles of democracy and secularism.     Sufism Between Asceticism and Jihad: A Conceptual and Historical Review

    In the picture of ordinary people, Sufism teaches Zuhud and distances itself from the world in theory and practice. But this is different from reality. Sufism orders in the archipelago also appeared in the vanguard to fight and repel the invaders. The history of Islamic civilization records a series of resistance movements led by Sheikh Sufism with his followers to fight against the Dutch colonialists. For this to become evident to us, we must examine some of their words and actions: Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali wrote his book (Reviving the Sciences of Religion) during the period of the Crusaders victory over the Levant, and the author remembered everything from the works of hearts and did not remember to write a chapter on jihad. We conducted literature studies and verified and interpreted the descriptions in the literature. With a descriptive analysis, the approach is obtained.     Basically, a Muslim does not leave the Muslim community, but with the development of Islam many problems occur. The departure of the Prophet Yusuf from the Muslim community has been described in the Qur'an. He served various maturity processes under the guidance of Allah al-Mighty. The figure of the Prophet Yusuf has been depicted and immortalized as a shadow ruler who officially served as minister of finance, agriculture and head of the logistics affairs agency. The question arises whether a Muslim can become a non-Muslim leader who will later be neglected and will have a negative impact on the faith and syari'ah carried out by Muslim leaders who control non-Muslim governments. With literature study and content analysis approach, the writer describes the literature qualitatively about the status of Muslims who are in the midst of non-Muslims and vice versa, to dismiss the opinion of good kafirs who are more worthy of being leaders than evil and corrupt Muslims. A Muslim can become a leader in the midst of non-Muslims for the benefit and preaching of Islam as was done by the Prophet Yusuf A.S, who proved himself clean after leaving prison. The criteria for a leader in Islam are flexible enough that sometimes a Muslim who is not consistent with sharia rules can sometimes bring great benefits to Muslims. Not only that, many Muslim leaders who were very instrumental in protecting Muslims and spreading Islam in Russia such as Berke Khan have deployed infidel armies to protect Muslims from destruction.Pada dasarnya seorang muslim tidak meninggalkan komunitas muslimnya, akan tetapi seiring perkembangan islam banyak masalah yang muncul. Hengkangnya Nabi Yusuf dari komunitas Muslim telah dijelaskan dalam Alquran.  Dia menjalani berbagai proses pendewasaan di bawah bimbingan Allah swt. Sosok Nabi Yusuf telah digambarkan dan diabadikan sebagai penguasa bayangan yang resmi menjabat sebagai menteri keuangan, pertanian, dan kepala badan logistik.  Timbul pertanyaan apakah seorang Muslim bisa menjadi pemimpin non-Muslim yang nantinya akan terabaikan dan berdampak negatif pada keimanan dan syari'at yang diemban oleh tokoh Muslim yang menguasai pemerintahan non-Muslim.  Dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan analisis isi, penulis mendeskripsikan literatur secara kualitatif tentang status umat Islam yang berada di tengah-tengah non-Muslim dan sebaliknya, untuk menepis pendapat seorang kafir yang baik lebih layak menjadi pemimpin daripada seorang Muslim yang jahat dan korup.  Seorang Muslim bisa menjadi pemimpin di tengah-tengah non-Muslim untuk kemaslahatan dan dakwah Islam seperti yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Yusuf A.S yang membuktikan dirinya bersih setelah keluar dari penjara. Kriteria seorang pemimpin dalam Islam cukup fleksibel sehingga terkadang seorang Muslim yang tidak konsisten dengan aturan syariah dapat membawa manfaat yang besar bagi umat Islam. Tidak hanya itu, banyak pemimpin Muslim yang sangat berjasa dalam melindungi umat Islam dan menyebarkan Islam di Rusia seperti Berke Khan yang telah mengerahkan pasukan kafir untuk melindungi umat Islam dari kehancuran
