    Expanding the distribution of product sales to shops in Firdaus Village is a challenge for UMKM. Especially if the MSME product does not have attractiveness and selling value because it does not have a brand name, packaging that has no selling value, and has not yet obtained a PIRT permit. The limitations of UMKM in using technology to support operations and marketing are also still an obstacle. This packaging socialization activity aims to provide understanding and assist UMKM in order to increase the attractiveness and selling value of the product so that it can be accepted by the shops around. In addition, this activity aims to help partners improve their capabilities in terms of knowledge and technical related to the use of technology so that later it can be useful for operations and product promotion. The results of this activity are the formation of brand names and product labels, the creation of innovative, attractive, and contemporary packaging, obtaining a PIRT certificate to make the product successfully accepted in stores. This product packaging socialization activity also increases the skills of UMKM in using technology to purchase production materials.     Keberhasilan perusahaan/organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya tidak terlepas dari berbagai hal, salah satudiantaranya adalah peran dari iklim organisasi. Iklim organisasi ini akan memberikan dampak yang cukupbesar terhadap kepuasan kerja berupa semangat dan kemauan kerja yang akan berujung kepada peningkatandisiplin kerja dan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan/organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui danmenganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Telkom Akses Medan. Penelitianini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple randomsampling berjumlah 39 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan penilaian memakaiSkala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan antara iklimorganisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antarakedua variabel berbanding lurus yang berarti bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi yang diterapkan diperusahaan/organisasi, maka akan semakin baik pula tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Diharapkan denganpenelitian ini maka perusahaan akan dapat terus menciptakan serta menjaga iklim organisasi yang baik sertamendukungnya sehingga akan dapat memberikan kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan yang akan berakibat kepadapencapaian tujuan dari perusahaan/organisasi

    PENGARUH DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BALAI PERHUTANAN SOSIAL DAN KEMITRAAN LINGKUNGAN WILAYAH SUMATERA

    This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support and human resource competence on employee performance at the Center for Social Forestry and Environmental Partnerships in Sumatra Region. The data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. The population in this study were all 54 employees. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sampling method, which was 54 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of the partial hypothesis test (t test) indicate that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at tcount 7.603 ttable 2.007 with a significance of 0.000 0.05, human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by tcount 2.512 ttable 2.007 with a significance 0.015 0.05. In the simultaneous test results (f test) organizational support and human resource competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by Fcount 143.855 Ftable 3.18 with a significance of 0.00 0.05. The results of the multiple linear regression test, the organizational support coefficient value is 0.997, the human resource competency coefficient is 0.216. The results of the determination test obtained the Adjusted R square value of 0.884, meaning that the organizational support variable and human resource competence explained the effect on employee performance by 84.4% while the remaining 15.6% was explained by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Organizational Support, Human Resource Competence and Employee Performance

    Abstrak. Tapanuli Selatan adalah salah satu Kabupaten yang berada di wilayah Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Etnis yang berasal dari kabupaten ini disebut etnis Batak Mandailing, yang memiliki berbagai kegiatan adat. Horja godang adalah sebuah pesta adat  upacara perkawinan masyarakat Tapanuli Selatan, dimana aktifitas kesenian disertakan (margondang) yang  disertai dengan manortor (menari). Tortor yang ditarikan pada kegiatan ini ada beberapa tahap yaitu tortor Suhut Bolon, Tortor Kahanggi, Tortor Anak Boru, Tortor Raja-raja Torbing Balok, Tortor Panusunan Bulung, Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung, dan Tortor Manora Pule. Pada penyajiannya, panortor ditentukan oleh sistem kekerabatan (dalihan natolu) termasuk urutan tortor yang harus dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Bentuk penyajian dalam bentuk tulisan adalah deskriptif analitik. Dengan menggunakan metode ini hasil penelitian akan dideskripsikan dan dianalisis dengan fokus utama pada bidang budaya dan sosialnya.Kata kunci : tor-tor, horjagodang, magondang, struktur, makna Abstract.  South Tapanuli is one of the Regencies in North Sumatra Province. Ethnicity from this district is called the Mandailing Batak ethnic group, which has various customary activities. Horja godang is a traditional wedding ceremony ceremony for the people of South Tapanuli, where art activities are included (margondang) accompanied by manortor (dancing).     Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana kegiatan pemanfaatan Webinar dengan melihat karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh media Online sebagai media pembelajaran secara umum yang dalam kegiatannya mampu mengembangkan kompetensi profesional dan pedagogik dosen khususnya dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah Medan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey dengan perolehan data melalui pengisian kuisioner pada google form. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang dosen Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah dengan kriteria dosen yang telah tersertifikasi maupun yang belum tersertifikasi. Dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini, data disajikan dalam bentuk kategori persentase terhadap jawaban pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor interactivity dari karakteristik media Online yang ditunjukkan dengan penguasaan fitur-fitur dari aplikasi webinar belum begitu banyak dimanfaatkan oleh para dosen, sebaliknya faktor independency yang diwujudkan dengan kesiapan mengikuti webinar dan proses pencarian materi tambahan serta kemampuaan dalam mengatasi solusi dalam webinar sudah sangat tinggi. Accessibility menjadi kendala utama dalam mengakses internet sedangkan faktor lainnya berupa enrichment atau kemampuan teknis dan ketersediaan perangkat komputer bukanlah menjadi masalah bagi para dosen

    This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and quality of work life on organizational commitment at the Department of Industry and Commerce, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 70 employees. The data collection method in this study uses primary data. By collecting data through observation and questionnaires (Questionnaire). Based on the results of the t test, it shows that leadership style, organizational culture and quality of work life have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of the F test show that leadership style, organizational culture and quality of work life simultaneously or together have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained an R Square value of 0.843 so that it can be concluded that in this study leadership style, organizational culture and quality of work life contributed to organizational commitment of 84.3% and the remaining 15.7% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.Keywords: leadership style, organizational culture, quality of work life, organizational commitmen

    This study aims to analyze the effect of training, organizational climate and competence on the performance of employees of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. The type of research used is quantitative. the study population amounted to 265 civil servants (ASN). The sampling technique used was subjectively purposive sampling. Thus, the number of samples in this study were 84 Civil Servants (PNS). Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation studies and questionnaires. The method of analysis of this research is multiple linear regression with the Statistical Product Software Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the t test show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. Simultaneously training, organizational climate and competence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. The adjusted coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.703, this means that 70.3% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable while the rest (100% - 70.3% = 29.7%) is explained by other variables outside the variables studied.Keywords: Training, Organizational Climate, Competence, Employee Performanc

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Pos Regional 1 Medan Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Sampling Jenuh, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 78 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) variabel komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja????ℎ????????????????????>???????????????????????? (11,027 > 3.12). Pada uji hipotesis parsial (Uji T) variabel komitmen organisasiterhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (????ℎ????????????????????2,7986> ???????????????????????? 1,665)(0,007<0,05), variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidaksignifikan (????ℎ???????????????????? 1,059< 1,665) (0,293>0,05). Hasil uji determinasi diproleh nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,227. Artinya variabel kinerja dapat dijelaskan sebesar 22,7% olehkomitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja, sementara sisanya 77,3% dijelaskan oleh variabellain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini
