This study aims to analyze the effect of prices, and promotion of the decision to purchase Teh Pucuk Harum. Studies conducted at UMS faculty of economics and business management students. Based on the results of the analysis found, it can be explained that prices and promotions have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Perencanaan Jaringan Transportasi Baru pada Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) untuk Mendukung Pariwisata Berkelanjutan di Kota Yogyakarta

Trans Jogja is urban transportation with the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system in Yogyakarta City which has 17 routes and 249 stops. Trans Jogja is one of the strategic elements in tourism activities that should be able to represent Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2010 concerning the Yogyakarta City Spatial Planning for 2010-2029 which is directed to become a culture-based tourism city. The purpose of this study is to assess the existing route network and the reach of stops for cultural tourism on the Trans Jogja Rapid Transit (BRT) Bus in the city of Yogyakarta and develop a new route network plan based on the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) standard of 45% overlapping and increasing the reach of stops for cultural tourism in the city of Yogyakarta. The data processing method used in determining the suitability of the location of the new bus stop is a binary quantitative approach. While the method used in determining the route is network analyst in ArcGIS 10.5 software. The results of the study were analyzed using descriptive analysis method. The results of the research in the form of overlapping route values on the existing route network are 52.21% and the range of stops for cultural tourism is 77.42%. Whereas the new route network plan has a route overlapping percentage of only 23.62% and the reach of the bus stop to the cultural location becomes 100% visualized in the form of a map

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini diawali dengan adanya fenomena tentang adanya permasalahan prestasi kerja pegawai, faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingginya prestasi kerja pegawai diantaranya kompetensi dan motivasi. Pegawai yang mempunyai kompetensi kerja yang baik tentu akan mudah untuk melaksanakan semua tanggung jawabnya dan dengan motivasi yang baik akan menciptakan rasa konsistensi yang terjaga untuk bisa mencapai tujuan prestasi yang bisa dicapai dan diraih setiap bulan dan tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dinas Pendidikan adalah unit pelaksana pemerintahan di bidang pendidikan yang berada di bawah naungan pemerintah daerah . Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel 79 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data interval dengan mentransformasikan data ordinal ke interval terlebih dahulu menggunakan method of succesive interval variabel (MSI). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi simultan, analisis koefisien determinasi parsial dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat sebesar 49% secara simultan. Secara parsial pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat sebesar 23,4% dan pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat sebesar 25,6%. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. TIGA DELAPAN GRUP KABUPATEN CIANJUR

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Tiga Delapan Grup Kabupaten Cianjur, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel 50 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi ganda, analisis koefisien determinasi simultan dan analisis koefisien determinasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Tiga Delapan Grup Kabupaten Cianjur secara simultan sebesar 64,7%. Secara parsial pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Tiga Delapan Grup Kabupaten Cianjur sebesar 47,3% dan pengaruh Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Tiga Delapan Grup Kabupaten Cianjur sebesar 17,3%. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Tiga Delapan Grup Kabupaten Cianjur. PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERPUSTAKAN DAN ARSIP KABUPATEN BREBES

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Brebes. Dalam metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel 33 responden. Pada teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Dalam metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Besarnya pengaruh stres kerja terhada kinerja pegawai secara parsial sebesar 27,6%, dan besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial sebesar 39,0%. Besarnya pengaruh antara stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan sebesar 66,6% dan sisanya 33,4% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti oleh peneliti. Low-cost autonomous car level 2: Design and implementation for conventional vehicles

Modern cars are equipped with autonomous systems to assist the driver and improve driving experience. Driving assist system (DAS) is one of the most significant components of a self-driving vehicle (SDV), used to overcome non-autonomous driving challenges. However, most conventional cars are not equipped with DAS, and high-cost systems are required to equip these vehicles with DAS. Moreover, the design of DAS is very complex outside of the industry while it requires going through the Electronic Control Unit (ECU), which has a high level of security. Therefore, a basic system needs be installed in conventional cars which makes driving more efficient in terms of driver assistance. In this paper, an intelligent DAS is presented for real-time prediction of steering angle using deep learning (DL) and raw dataset collected from a real environment. Furthermore, an object detection model is deployed to assist and warn the driver of various types of objects along with corresponding distance measurement based on DL. Outputs from DL models are fed into the steering control system, which has Electronic Power Steering (EPS). The steering angle is measured in real time using an angle sensor and is posted back to the steering control system to make automated adjustments accordingly. Real-time tests are conducted on a 2009 Toyota Corolla equipped with a digital camera to capture live video stream, Controller Area Network (CAN-BUS) messages, and a steering angle sensor. The performance evaluation of the proposed system indicates intelligent steering control and driver assistance when evaluated in a real-time environment

Neuronal Variability during Handwriting: Lognormal Distribution

We examined time-dependent statistical properties of electromyographic (EMG) signals recorded from intrinsic hand muscles during handwriting. Our analysis showed that trial-to-trial neuronal variability of EMG signals is well described by the lognormal distribution clearly distinguished from the Gaussian (normal) distribution. This finding indicates that EMG formation cannot be described by a conventional model where the signal is normally distributed because it is composed by summation of many random sources. We found that the variability of temporal parameters of handwriting - handwriting duration and response time - is also well described by a lognormal distribution. Although, the exact mechanism of lognormal statistics remains an open question, the results obtained should significantly impact experimental research, theoretical modeling and bioengineering applications of motor networks. In particular, our results suggest that accounting for lognormal distribution of EMGs can improve biomimetic systems that strive to reproduce EMG signals in artificial actuators
