GAMBARAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN YANG BERKUNJUNG DI POLI KIA RSIA PRIMA HUSADA WARU SIDOARJO
Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator kualitas pelayanan. Dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat, kenyataan yang ada banyak pasien yang kurang puas terhadap pelayanan di Poli KIA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien yang berkunjung di poli KIA RSIA Prima Husada Waru Sidoarjo.
Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel seluruh pasien atau keluarga yang berkunjung atau berobat sebesar 30 responden di poli KIA RSIA Prima Husada Waru Sidoarjo yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepuasan pasien. Data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dianalisis dan disajikan dengan distribusi frekuensi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian kecil (10%) responden puas, sebagian besar (73%) cukup puas, dan sebagian kecil kurang puas (17%) terhadap pelayanan yang ada di poli KIA RSIA Prima Husada Waru Sidoarjo.
Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah responden yang berkunjung berobat di poli KIA sebagian besar mempunyai tingkat kepuasan yang cukup. Saran untuk waktu tunggu pelayanan tidak terlalu lama, fasilitas ditingkatkan lebih baik serta informasi yang diberikan lebih jelas dan tepat
Atomic-Level Structural Studies Of Rare-Earth Doped Sodium Phosphate Glasses Using High Energy X-Ray Diffraction And Complementary Techniques
The atomic-scale structure of a series of (〖RE〗_2 O_3 )_x (〖Na〗_2 O)_y (P_2 O_5 )_(1-x-y) glasses (RE = Pr, Nd, Er) where has been characterized by high-energy X-ray diffraction technique (HEXRD). In addition, differential thermal analysis (DTA), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and absorption and emission spectroscopy in visible and near IR ranges have been used as supplementary tools to validate structural features obtained from HEXRD techniques.Structural features such as inter-atomic distances and coordination numbers and their dependence on the concentration of 〖RE〗_2 O_3 have been obtained by analyzing pair distribution functions (PDF) extracted from diffraction data.
Coordination numbers for P-O, Na-O, O-O, and P-P were found to be independent of the 〖RE〗_2 O_3 concentration. In contrast, the RE-O coordination number varies between 8 and 7.2 as the 〖RE〗_2 O_3 concentration increases from 0.005 to 0.05. The variation of the bond distance between large rare-earth ions (Pr, Nd) and small rare-earth ion (Er) is approximately 0.2 Ŭ which is attributed to lanthanide contraction. The Na-O coordination number in these glasses was observed to 5.0 as the 〖RE〗_2 O_3 content increases. The overlapping correlation of RE-O, Na-O, and O-O in the same vicinity makes it difficult to calculate these coordination numbers.
DTA measurements were used for the investigation of thermal characteristics of glasses. From these measurements, it is evident that the glass transition temperature increases with increasing the 〖RE〗_2 O_3 (RE=Pr, Er) content. FTIR was used to inspect the structural changes of the glasses. The doping of 〖RE〗_2 O_3 (RE=Pr, Er) induces depolymerization of the glasses at the Q^3 tetrahedral sites. The forming of the ionic linkages between phosphate chains is attributed to the increase in non-bridging oxygen (NBO). The cross-linkages density (CLD) increases with the 〖RE〗_2 O_3 (RE=Pr,Er) concentrations.
Absorption spectra for x=0.01 of 〖Er〗^(3+) and 0.005-0.05 for 〖Nd〗^(3+) doped glasses have been analyzed using Judd-Ofelt (JO) theory. The JO parameters have been used to predict radiative properties of luminescent levels of 〖Er〗^(3+) and 〖Nd〗^(3+) ions. Comparatively large photoluminescence lifetime 13.76 msec ( x=0.01) for 〖Er〗^(3+) and 476 μsec( x = 0.005 ) for 〖Nd〗^(3+) for the laser transition was observed. However, the quantum efficiency of the erbium doped glasses is ≈70 %. The influence of 〖RE〗^(3+) ( RE=Er, Nd) doping concentration on the emission spectra and lifetimes was investigated wit the model proposed by Auzel’s limited diffusion model, in order to study the concentration quenching effect on luminescence. In this model, the fitting of the fluorescence lifetime experimental data gives us a radiative lifetime (τ_0) and quenching concentration (N_0). For Neodymium glasses, τ_0= 467 μsec and N_0=5.98 × 〖10〗^20 ions/〖cm〗^3 〖Nd〗^(3+) ion, and in erbium glasses, τ_0=12.4 ms at N_0=1.57 × 〖10〗^20 〖ions/cm〗^3 for 〖Er〗^(3+) ion. The Inokuti-Hirayama (IH) model has been applied to the non-exponential behavior of the decay profiles to investigate the mechanism involved in the energy transfer between the donors and acceptors. Emission spectra of rare earth phosphate glasses show that their fluorescence efficiency decreases with increasing rare-earth content even at relatively at low concentrations (0.005 \u3c x \u3c 0.05), suggesting that concentration quenching of lasing action may be present even at these concentrations
PERAN GURU DI ERA REVOLUSI 4.0 DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOBA DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH
AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menemukan perencanaan program pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba sejak di madrasah ibtidaiyah dan implementasi dari program pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba di madrasah ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan observasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian, antara lain: (1) perencanaan pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba, yaitu bekerjasama dengan pemerintah setempat, koordinasi dengan dinas terkait, bekerjasama dengan orang tua, kerjasama dengan stakeholder di madrasah, sosialisasi, pembuatan kantin sehat, pembatasan akses masuk madrasah, peningkatan materi dan praktik agama serta penciptaan suasana yang menyenangkan, dan (2) implementasi dari program yang dirancang, bekerjasama dengan pihak terkait, bekerjasama dengan orang tua baik secara tatap muka maupun via online, praktikum ibadah (shalat dhuha, shalat dhuhur, ekskul BTA, dan hafidz Qur’an), pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, dan penerapan pendidikan karakter, serta pelatihan ICT. Berdasarkan implementasi yang dilaksanakan sampai dengan saat ini, belum ada kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba yang terjadi di kalangan siswa di MI Tarbiyatul Ula Palembang.AbstractThis study aimed to find out the prevention plan programs of drug abuse and its implementation since madrasah ibtidaiyah. This research used qualitative research. Data collection was done in-depth interviews, documentation, and observations which then analyzed through data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing verification. The results of the study included; (1) planning for drug abuse prevention by making collaboration with local governments, coordination with related agencies, cooperation with parents, collaboration with stakeholders in madrasahs, socialization, building healthy canteens, restricting access to madrasahs, improving materials and religious practices, and creating a pleasant atmosphere, and (2) implementation of designed programs, collaboration with related parties, collaboration with parents both face-to-face and via online, practicum of worship (dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer, BTA extracurricular activities, and hafidz Qur'an), fun learning, and the application of character education and  ICT training. Based on the implementation that had been carried out, there were no cases of drug abuse that have occurred among students at MI Tarbiyatul Ula Palembang
An Analysis Of Students’ Difficulties In Learning Listening At The Tenth Grade Of MA Nurul Falah Learning
Listening ability is one of the important skills in foreign language learning, and there has been relatively little research in this specific area. The prior English skill is listening. Without passing listening, someone can not be able to speak, read, and write. The present study attempts to investigate the listening problems encountered by a group of Tenth Grade Students of MA Nurul Falah. In this research, the writer uses descriptive research method. Data was gathered by the instruments of observations, students’ listening scores analysis, questionnaires and interviews. The findings of the study showed that there are two listening difficulties factors that the students encountered which are divided to two, those are internal factors such as unclear pronunciation, limited vocabulary, poor knowledge of grammar, unfamiliarity with the listening topic, inability to concentrate, do not like English, self-distrust, speech rate, and accent, the second one are from external factors like poor tapes quality and noises around them while they are listening. The suggestions therefore state that the school should facilitate the listening lab with adequate equipment and the English teachers should motivate students’ enthusiasm by starting to like and learn English listening also extensively outside the classroom
Active contour driven by scalable local regional information on expandable kernel
An active contour that uses the pixel’s intensity on a set of expandable kernels along the propagating contour for image segmentation is presented in this paper. The objective is this study is to employ the scalable kernels to attract the contour to meet the desired boundary. The key characteristics of this scheme is that the kernels gradually expand to find an object’s boundary. So this scheme could penetrate to the concave boundary more effective and efficient than some other schemes. If a Gaussian kernel is applied, it could trace the object with a blurred or smooth boundary. Moreover, the directional selectivity feature enables in capturing two edge’s types with just one initial position. Its performance showed more desirable segmentation outcomes compared to the other existing active contours using regional information when segmenting the noisy image and the non-uniform (or heterogeneous) textures. Meanwhile, the level set implementation enables topological flexibility to our active contour scheme
