    This research aims to test the influence of capital structure, debt policy, and the age of companies on the value of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The study also tested whether the size of companies was able to moderate their respective relationships between capital structure, debt policy, and the age of the company to the company's value. The study used a quantitative approach with a comparative causal type. The population in this study is all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The data used in this study is secondary data accessed through the IDX website. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis to hypothesize capital structure, debt policy, and corporate age, as well as an analysis of the value of absolute difference for capital structure, debt policy, and the age of the company to the company's value with the size of the company as a moderation variable. The results of this study showed that the structure of capital and age of the company had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, while the debt policy had a negative and significant effect on the value of the company. The moderation variable is the size of the company being able to moderate the relationship between the capital structure and debt policy to the value of the company, but not able to moderate the relationship between the age of the company to the value of the company.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal, kebijakan utang, dan umur perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini juga menguji apakah ukuran perusahaan mampu memoderasi hubungan masing-masing antara struktur modal, kebijakan utang, dan umur perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis kausal komparatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diakses melalui website BEI. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk hipotesis struktur modal, kebijakan utang, dan umur perusahaan, serta analisis nilai selisih mutlak untuk struktur modal, kebijakan utang, dan umur perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan utang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel moderasi yaitu ukuran perusahaan mampu memoderasi hubungan antara struktur modal dan kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara umur perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan

    Low soil fertility is one of the main factors responsible for low productivity of tomato in Jambi Province. Soil fertility can be presumably enhanced by organic and inorganic fertilizers application. The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effect of different organic and inorganic fertilizers combination  on  plant growth and yield. One of the liquid organic fertilizer  that commonly  used     is Hantu organic fertilizer.  The research design was Randomized Block design, the treatment is organic fertilizer Hantu combined with various doses of inorganic fertilizers, 2000 ppm of organic fertilizer +  0.0 % of inorganic fertilizers, 2000 ppm of organic fertilizer + 25.0 % of inorganic fertilizers, 2000 ppm of organic fertilizer + 50.0 % of inorganic fertilizers, 2000 ppm of organic fertilizer + 75.0 % of inorganic fertilizers, 2000 ppm of organic fertilizer + 100% of inorganic fertilizers and 0.0 ppm of organic fertilizers +100% of inorganic fertilizers. Variables measured were plant height, plant dry weight, number of flowers per plant, number of fruits per plant, percentage of flowers become fruit, and fruit weight per plant. The results showed that application of 2000 ppm of organic fertilizer and 75.0 % of inorganic fertilizers showed the best growth and yield of tomato plants.      Keywords: Hantu organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, tomat

    Power Outage Sensing Device based on IOT for Service Quality Evaluation in the PLN Distribution System

    In overcoming electrical disturbances, PLN implements an equipment protection system that aims to reduce the areas experiencing power outage. However, this protection system has not been integrated with the SCADA system. As a parameter to maintain customer service continuity, PLN uses customer-based indexes, i.e., the Customer Average Interruption Duration Index (CAIDI) and Customer Average Interruption Frequency Index (CAIFI). In the calculation of those index values, the record of power outage occurrence at PLN is still not accurate because the duration and frequency of power outage based on customer complaints. In this study, a Power Outage Sensing device is installed on the secondary distribution system transformer 380/220 which can ensure the location, record the frequency and duration of power outage and serve customers in real time based on IOT using WEMOS D1 and optocoupler sensors which can then be accessed on a web. In its implementation, all power outage is recorded in the database and can be accessed on the web interface. This device can speed up the recovery of disturbances in the system after an outage and perform accurate CAIDI and CAIFI index calculations as customer service evaluations

    This research was conducted at Teaching and Research Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jambi. The aimed of this research were to determine the effect of different types of liquid organic fertilizers on the growth and yield of two varieties of lettuce. Experimental design used was a Randomized Block Design with eight treatments and three replications. The treatments were Variety Lettuce + without organic liquid fertilizers, Lettuce + Golden Harvest, Lettuce + Grow Quick, Lettuce + Alam Natural, Variety Grand Rapid + without organic liquid fertilizers, Grand Rapid + Golden Harvest, Grand Rapid + Grow Quick, Grand Rapid + Alam Natural.. The result showed that, there were no significant effect of organic liquid fertilizers on the increase in plant height, the increase in number of leaves, but significant effect of the increase in leaf area. Plant fresh weight (yield) of variety Lettuce with liquid organic fertilizer Golden Harvest gave the highest yields.Keywords: Organic, leaf, fertilizers, height

    The objective of this research was to determine the best biourine concentration on the rubber seedling. This research was conducted at Teaching and Research Farm, Agriculture Faculty, Mendalo Darat, Jambi. This experiment was designed using completely Randomized Design with five treatment, and three replications. The treatments were  the level of biourine concentration : uo= 0% bio-urine, u1= 2,5%, u2= 5,0%, u3= 7,5% dan u4= 10,0%. Three were 15 units of treatments.     The research investigated the influence of four isolates of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) on the growth of duku seedlings. The research used randomized block design with onefactor of some isolates AMF: Glomus-sp 3, 6, 15, and 16 at a dose of 20 g per polybag. The resultsshowed that inoculation of AMF isolates increase the canopy and root growth of the dukuseedlings. Duku seedlings inoculated with mycorrhiza showed higher plant height, stem diameter,dry weight, secondary roots number and length, than the control. Furthermore, mycorrhizalinoculation increased the absorption of nutrients (Phosphor) in the leaves of duku seedlings. Rootstaining results showed that AMF colonization in the duku roots only indicate hyphae; the otherstructures (vesicles, arbuscular and spores) were not detected
