IndonesiaDLN –The Indonesian Digital Library Network– is a distributed collection of digital library networks, digital library servers, full local contents, metadata, and people for the development of the Indonesian knowledge-based society. Beside the general issues of digital library such as publishing, quality control, authentication, networking, and information retrieval, we also face other issue –namely digital divide– in designing and implementing the Network. This paper describes basic design of the Network that able to handle the typical problems in developing digital library network in Indonesia as a developing country, such as internet accessibility, bandwidth capacity, and network delays. We also will describe our experiences in implementing the Network that currently has 14 successfully connected partners and more than 15 partners are in progress of developing their digital library servers

In designing such a product or thing for human use, the 'human factor' is the important element that must put in consideration. One of the things that regularly used by human being to sit is chair. Ergonomic or human factor in the design is a must because the sitting posture has been applied by human whether during learning, eating, in the transport or even in the workstation. The suitability of each chair is depending on the circumstances or situation needed by its user. Research had shown that human product that can be adjustable following to the situation, is a product that consider more about the ergonomics terms. According to the development, the chair design can withstand load of 90kg and the hanger part at the chair can withstand 15kg load, after being analyzed by computer software. The development during the project is to fulfill the learning objective that to produce the frame of chair with adjistable flip table, with using low cost according to the human factor terms. The variety of applications from the project can be use to produce a product based on human factor

ADC production testing has become more challenging due to more stringent test procedure for new generation of ADC. The trend for silicon cost is going down while the cost of test is going up. Therefore, to reduce the cost of test and preserve the test accuracy is essential for high volume testing in production. This research is conducted for accurate ADC testing using histogram methodologies. Histogram methodology is the most common test procedure used in high volume production testing. In the past there were a lot of studies on testing the ADC but there were no emphasizing on various histogram methodologies for high volume testing. This research objective is to develop test solutions for 28nm 10 bit ADC using histogram methodologies. The outcome from this research has clearly shows that the test program that has been developed is able to segregate the good and bad devices. 98.18% of the devices are able to pass the ADC testing while remaining 1.82% fail the ADC test. It was found that Ramp Histogram and Sinusoidal Histogram method has achieved this research objective as both methodologies shows similar result based on comparison that has been made. It was known that accurate ADC testing requires large sample size. This research found that multi-site testing was able to compensate the drawback in histogram methodologies. The result shows that multi-site testing is 63.72% more efficient in term of ADC testing time

This article aims to explore hermeneutical thinking of contemporary Muslim thinkers. They are Fazlur Rahman, Nasir Hamid Abu Zayd, Mohammad Arkoun, Khaled Abou el-Fadl. These thinkers were greatly influenced by Western hermeneutical thinkers such as F. Sheiermacher, Wilhelm Dilthey, Martin Heidegger, Rydolf Bultmann, Hans-George Gadamer, Betti, Jurgen Habermas and Paul Ricoeur. The motivation of Muslim thinkers to use the hermeunetic approach developed by Western thinkers to reconstruct the meaning of the Qur’an was because they saw the initial motivation for the birth of hermeunetics from Western thinkers was because they wanted to reconstruct the Bible. The Qur'an and allegory are the same as the scriptures. The aspect that most influences Muslim thinkers in Western hermeunetic thinking towards the Qur'anic hermeneutics that they argue is the importance of reviewing the socio-historical descent of the Qur’an in order to contextualize the Qur’an. Between humans and the Qur’an that has been made throughout history by various schools and religious authorities. With hermeneutics, the Qur'an wants to be returned to humanity as a powerful text for every situation, condition and age
