Nowadays data mining, which is used in various accounting and financial applications, has received a great deal of attention. One of these applications is predicting and identifying the audit opinion type. The objective of research is to help auditors identify audit opinions by using a support vector machine from data mining methods. The system receives the data from financial reports and identifies the type of audit opinions. This approach combine support vector machine with a decision tree that can understand and interpret the obtained results. In this paper, a novel approach for rule extraction from support vector machine and decision tree is presented and its application is shown in the prediction of audit opinions. The research result is 30 rules that predict the audit opinions

Representation of Bukhara women world life in the pre-Soviet era (based on Sadr al-Din Eini's Yadashtha)

The world life of Bukharn people in the 19th and 20th centuries is based on cultural and historical contexts that have been found their final structure over the centuries and based on its life challenges. What attracts the researcher more attention in this life than in other Middle Eastern societies of his time is the absolute absence of women, which is highlighted in the representation of historical texts. Of course, the masculinity of history in the Iranian world is not new, but when this ratio becomes so prominent in a region that it continues even during the global entry of modernity, it Creates more ambiguity; In search of the causes of the continuation of men's history we need to explore the norms and habits of this life (as illustrated in the Encyclopedia of Yadashtaha) and explore the context of action of modern-day intellectuals. According to the adopted axis, the main question of the present subject is designed in two parts: "What are the characteristics of the life of Bukhara women at this time and why is there no movement on their part in the developments of the modernist years?" Our claim is that "Bukhara women at the focal point of the traditional life system (family), along with their covering, educational and class coordinates, have had minimal challenges to society, and during the growth of modernist currents due to the different context of their society "They do not experience.

A new multivariate nonlinear model to handle the volatility transmission

    No full text
Price volatility of stocks is an important issue in stock markets. It should also be taken into account that the stochastic nature of volatility affects decision-makers’ minds to a great extent. Therefore, predicting price volatility could help them make proper decisions. In this paper, a new multivariate fractionally integrated generalised autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (MFIGARCH) model is proposed to handle the price volatility in stocks. In this model, a long-term parameter is considered and estimated along with other parameters. In estimating the parameters of this nonlinear model, the maximum likelihood estimation method, which could be solved by standard econometric packages, is applied. However, these packages are no longer efficient when the size of the model increases. Thus meta-heuristic approaches, which stochastically seek optimal or near-optimal solutions, were used. In this paper, the well-known Particle Swarm Optimisation (PSO) meta-heuristic method is used for solving the suggested multivariate FIGARCH model. Hence the main objective of this paper is to introduce a new model for addressing the stock price volatility (i.e., the development of FIGARCH to create the MFIGARCH model) and to apply an efficient estimation method (i.e. PSO) for finding the parameters of the problem

An economic based approach for optimal and secure reactive power provision in deregulated environments

    No full text
In deregulated electricity markets, reactive power provision is one of the most important ancillary services which is vital for reliable and secure operation of the system. In all electricity markets, economic issues play an important role in market scheduling. This paper presents an algorithm to find optimal reactive power market schedule. The proposed algorithm seeks to minimize a novel three-component payment function which precisely considers economic issues in the market. Two first parts of this function are reactive power provision cost and transmission loss payment. Moreover, another important part of this payment function, which has not considered in the time of reactive power market clearing in literature, is transmission charge payment. As it is shown in simulation results, this term of the function can importantly impact on final reactive power market schedule and consequently on total market payment and final market schedule. Furthermore, due to significant impact of reactive power on system voltage stability, the algorithm tries to schedule reactive power market with an adequate voltage security margin. Sequential quadratic programming is employed to clear the algorithm which is a nonlinear constrained optimization problem. The proposed algorithm is applied on IEEE-24 bus test system with satisfactory results

Usage of capillary electrophoresis for common hemoglobinopathies screening

    No full text
Hemoglobinopathies are most common inherited disorders in the world; approximately 7 percent of the worldwide population and 5-6 percent of population of Iran are carriers. The hemoglobin disorders inherit as autosomal recessive and are very common in the Mediterranean area and much of the Asia and Africa. The control of this inherited disorders need to genetic counseling and accurate screening by more advanced and more accurate methods. This study explains features of current Iran hemoglobin disorders, nominates the accessible methods for screening them and introduces the capillary zone electrophoresis as a rapid and more accurate method. The required data were extracted of various articles and then for good explanation, current Iran hemoglobinopathies properties were showed in the tables and electropherograms of important hemoglobin disorders in Iran population were provided for help to interpretation results of blood tests by capillary zone electrophoresis method. Hemoglobin disorders are including thalassemias and hemoglobin variants; Disruption in the production and malfunction of globin chains cause types of hemoglobin disorders. We cannot introduce one of clinical laboratory tests as critical and basic method for screening and distinguishing types of inherited hemoglobin disorders as alone. For distinguishing the types of them must be prepared enough information and data of the hemoglobin disorders and for more accurate analysis must be used simultaneously different methods as gel electrophoresis, high performance liquid chromatography, isoelectric focusing, capillary zone electrophoresis or molecular tests. The capillary electrophoresis is an accurate and rapid method for screening types of the hemoglobin disorders. Other side this method cannot analyze all of them, so must be used biochemical, biophysical and molecular methods for confirmation the results. This review showed we can use the capillary electrophoresis and HPLC as two complementary methods for hemoglobinopathies screening. We can analyze by the methods more hemoglobin disorders and decrease more laboratory errors. Moreover, we must have patient history, hematological indices, information and data of types of hemoglobinopathies. The patient history and complete blood count results as red blood cell count, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration can be useful and helpful in screening the hemoglobin disorders and then distinguishing all of hemoglobin disorders

Selecting the Safe Area and Finding Proper Ventilation in the Spread of the COVID-19 Virus

Coughing and sneezing are the main ways of spreading coronavirus-2019 (SARS-CoV-2). People sometimes need to work together at close distances. This study presents the results of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation of the dispersion and transport of respiratory droplets emitted by an infected person who coughs in an indoor space with an air ventilation system. The resulting information is expected to help in risk assessment and development of mitigation measures to prevent the infection spread. The turbulent flow of air in the indoor space is simulated using the k-Δ model. The particle equation of motion included the drag, the Saffman lift, the Brownian force and gravity/buoyancy forces. The innovation of this study includes A: Using the Eulerian–Lagrangian CFD model for the simulation of the cough droplet dispersion. B: Assessing the infection risk by the Wells–Riley equation. C: A safer design for the ventilation system (changing the ventilation supplies and exhausts in the indoor space and choosing the right location for air ventilation). The droplet distribution in the indoor space is strongly influenced by the air ventilation layout. The air-curtain flow pattern significantly reduces the dispersion and spreading of virus-infected cough droplets. When the ventilation air flow occurs along the room length, it takes about 115 s for the cough droplets to leave the space. However, when the ventilation air flow is across the width of the indoor space and there are air curtain-type air flow patterns in the room, it takes about 75 s for the cough droplets to leave the space
