    ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder disease characterized by blood sugar levels exceeding normal limits. Based on medical record data, it shows that diabetic retinopathy is the highest complication of diabetes mellitus in the National Eye Center Cicendo Eye Hospital Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between fiber intake, advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and physical activity with HbA1c levels in diabetic retinopathy patients at the National Eye Center Outpatient Center Cicendo Eye Hospital Bandung. The study was conducted in December 2021 using a cross sectional research design with accidental sampling technique involving 40 samples, namely patients with a diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy based on doctors. Data collection using a questionnaire includes primary data and secondary data. Data on HbA1c levels were obtained from secondary data in the electronic medical record (EMR), data on fiber intake and AGEs were obtained by interview using the SQFFQ form, and physical activity data obtained by interview using the IPAQ form. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Chi Square test on AGEs and physical activity, as well as Spearman's test on fiber intake. The results showed that 40 samples had less fiber intake (100%), 30 samples had more AGEs (75%) intake and 16 samples had moderate (40%) physical activity. Based on the Chi Square test, the p-value of AGEs intake was 0.032 where p <0.05 and physical activity p-value was 0.028 (p <0.05). In fiber intake, the p-value is 0.663 (> 0.05) and the correlation coefficient is 0.071. Conclusion: there is a relationship between intake of AGEs, physical activity with HbA1c levels in diabetic retinopathy patients and there is no relationship between fiber intake and HbA1c levels in diabetic retinopathy patients.     : Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV SDIT Gunung Jati Perumnas Karawaci Kota Tangerang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dikelas IV SDIT Gunung Jati Perumnas Karawaci Kota Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas IV SDIT Gunung Jati yang berjumlah 49 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data minat baca dan tes digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan membaca pemahaman. Teknik analisis Product Moment. Dari hasil perhitungan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan Uji Koefisien Korelasi yang diperoleh adalah 0,004, sedangkan Uji Signifikan Koefisien Korelasi (Uji-t) thitung  > ttabel. Maka dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima  pada rxy= 0,016 artinya penelitian ini berhasil menguji kebenaran hipotesis yaitu bahwa minat baca memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV SDIT Gunung Jati Perumnas Karawaci Kota Tangerang. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa minat baca dan kemampuan membaca pemahaman berada pada kategori sangat rendah. thitung 0,016 > ttabel 1,96 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 ditolak. Hubungan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV sebesar 0,016%. Hal ini berarti meningkat atau menurunnya minat baca dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV

The reefs of Seribu Islands have been affected by multitude of anthropogenic pressures. However, the biodiversity of reef fishes across the archipelago linked to environmental condition is poorly known. This study aimed to investigate the biodiversity and the trophic level of fish communities across the archipelago. The study on reef fish communities was conducted on 33 reef sites associated with islands or shoal randomly chosen from each zone along environmental gradients from the inshore water nearest of Jakarta Bay to the offshore water of the outer islands. The study sites represented each sub-districts within the archipelago, namely Pari, Tidung, Panggang, Kelapa, and Harapan. A total of 46,263 individual fishes were counted, belonging to 216 species and 29 families. The multivariate analysis of fish abundance using the Bray Curtis similarity index and non-metric multidimensional scaling (MDS) clearly showed the clustering of sub-districts, near and far from Jakarta Bay. The results showed that the sub-districts can be clustered into three groups. Group one consists of one sub-district (Pari) located in the southern part of the Seribu Islands near Jakarta Bay. Group two consists of three sub-districts (Tidung, Panggang, Kelapa) located in mid of the archipelago. The third group consists of one sub-district (Harapan) located in the northern part of the Seribu Islands. Based on species richness and fish diversity indices, the sub-districts can be clustered into two groups (1 = Pari and Tidung, 2 = Panggang Kelapa, Harapan). However, levels of similarities among sub-districts varied. The fish community in sub-district of Pari was dominated by carnivorous, omnivorous and herbivorous fishes, while those in the rest of sub-districts were dominated by omnivorous and carnivorous fishes.     This study aims to determine the initial content of copper metal found in land kangkung (Ipomoea reptans) plants. The method used is the descriptive quantitative analysis method. The results showed that samples 1, 2, 3, and 4 each had <0.50 mg/kg copper metal found in land kangkung. In conclusion, land kangkung has not been polluted, so it is safe for consumption and can also be used as phytoremediation in an environment contaminated by heavy metals.     EDUKASI PRAKTIK PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING PADA BADUTA

    Stunting dapat menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak. Angka stunting di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi. Salah satu solusi untuk permasalahan stunting di Indonesia adalah pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kandungan dalam ASI dapat berperan sebagai zat pembangun, zat pengatur, dan zat tenaga. Desa Sukajadi, Soreang menjadi salah satu lokasi stunting pada tahun 2022 dengan persentase bayi yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif 42%. Pentingnya edukasi mengenai ASI eksklusif menjadi salah satu cara pencegahan stunting pada anak. Pelaksanaan edukasi ASI eksklusif pada ibu hamil Desa Sukajadi, Soreang menggunakan metode penyuluhan dengan media flyer. Pengukuran pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi diukur menggunakan pre dan post-test. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai ASI eksklusif dari 80,88% menjadi 92,7%. Edukasi ASI eksklusif memberikan pengaruh bermakna dan meningkatkan kesadaran ibu tentang pentingnya pemberian ASI eksklusif sebagai langkah pencegahan stunting pada anak

    Analysing Students’ Spatial Abilities in Chemistry Learning Using 3D Virtual Representation

    Students often have difficulty understanding abstract concepts in chemistry and a low spatial ability, especially in visualizing intermolecular interactions at the submicroscopic level. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the spatial ability of students by using a 3D virtual representation as they study the curriculum topic of molecular geometry. The research was conducted with 13 male and 23 female year 10 secondary students in Jakarta, Indonesia. A qualitative methodology was employed to analyze students’ spatial abilities while they undertook learning activities using 3D virtual representation. Data collection included a spatial assessment, a quiz about prior knowledge, student worksheets, interviews, observation sheets, reflective journals, and a molecular geometry test. Learning was carried out in three stages; engage, explore, and explain. The results of the research show that students’ ability in spatial orientation is low whereas their ability in spatial relationships that involve using mental manipulation and rotation of 2D or 3D objects is more developed.     Abstrak. Matematika memiliki peranan yang penting dalam memajukan pendidikan. Kemampuan memecahkan masalah dapat mendukung kemajuan tersebut dalam matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesalahan siswa kelas X dalam memecahkan masalah logaritma berdasarkan taksonomi Structure of Observed Learning Outcome (SOLO) yang ditinjau dari aspek kemandirian belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis kesalahan pada penelitian ini ditinjau dari tiga aspek kesalahan yaitu: (1) Kesalahan Konseptual; (2) Kesalahan Prosedural; dan (3) Kesalahan Teknik. Bentuk pengambilan data yaitu dengan pemberian soal tes tentang logaritma dan pemberian angket kemandirian belajar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persentase terbesar yaitu pada tingkat Relational dengan tipe kemandirian cukup mandiri. Dari sampel yang telah diteliti, kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah logaritma perlu ditingkatkan.Kata Kunci: Analisis kesalahan, Kemandirian Belajar, Taksonomi SOLO

    The effect of educational videos on the level of community knowledge and awareness of the importance of treatment in prosthodontics

    In addition to chewing and speaking, teeth play an important role in a person's appearance. The concerns that are often experienced by patients are usually caused by the opinion of the patient who is not included in the planning of treatment in the field of prosthodontics, the patient's understanding and knowledge about treatment in the field of prosthodontics is minimal, and the patient's attitude towards treatment in prosthodontics. Counseling is one of the efforts to increase understanding and knowledge related to prosthodontic treatment. In this study, the patient's level of understanding and knowledge will be evaluated after and before watching the educational video of Prosthodontics, Faculty Dental Medicine, Universitas Airlangga. This research is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approachand used used a questionnaire before and after being given an educational video. After watching the educational video, there was an increase in knowledge about follow-up care after tooth extraction from those who previously did not know to know as much as 42.5%. It was concluded that there is an increase in public knowledge and awareness about the impact of tooth loss and restoration options after watching educational videos
