PT. X is a manufacturing company, which makes production machines and supporting parts. PT X does not yet fully have an information sistemfor company administration processes, therefore some obstacles occur because the company has not implemented a computer-based information sistem(CBIS). The company has problems with attendance, payroll, and employee loan processes. The company is currently still using Microsoft Excel as a tool for employee administration activities. The use of MS. Excel is quite helpful, but there are still deficiencies in the process of recording data and reporting. Therefore, it is necessary to design a sistemthat is connected to the database so that administrative activities can be well integrated and avoid data redundancy. In this study, the system development method used is the prototype method, while the sistems approach method used is Object-Oriented with analysis and design tools using UML. The results of this study are in the form of attendance information sistemdesign, payroll, and employee loans

Research on the Use of Methods To Discovery Improving Student Learning Activity In Learning science in the sixth grade SDN 2 Nanga Kayan Melawi District bertjuan to describe how to use Discovery methods to improve student learning activities in learning science in sixth grade SDN 2 Nanga Kayan Melawi District. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Forms of research is action research. The results showed an increase in activity and in terms of student learning outcomes. Active students in the learning process in the first cycle with an average value of 61.88% and in the second cycle increased to 84.61%. And student learning outcomes in the first cycle the average value obtained for 59.23 with student mastery of 30.75%, and the second cycle of the average value of student learning outcomes increase to 78.84 at 92.28 with mastery learning %. Thus, we can conclude the application of the method in the process of learning science Discovery could improve students\u27 learning activities, be it physical activity, mental and emotional activity

Long-Term Recovery After Endothelial Colony-Forming Cells or Human Umbilical Cord Blood Cells Administration in a Rat Model of Neonatal Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy.

Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (NHIE) is a dramatic perinatal complication, associated with poor neurological prognosis despite neuroprotection by therapeutic hypothermia, in the absence of an available curative therapy. We evaluated and compared ready-to-use human umbilical cord blood cells (HUCBC) and bankable but allogeneic endothelial progenitors (ECFC) as cell therapy candidate for NHIE. We compared benefits of HUCBC and ECFC transplantation 48 hours after injury in male rat NHIE model, based on the Rice-Vannucci approach. Based on behavioral tests, immune-histological assessment and metabolic imaging of brain perfusion using single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), HUCBC, or ECFC administration provided equally early and sustained functional benefits, up to 8 weeks after injury. These results were associated with total normalization of injured hemisphere cerebral blood flow assessed by SPECT/CT imaging. In conclusion, even if ECFC represent an efficient candidate, HUCBC autologous criteria and easier availability make them the ideal candidate for hypoxic-ischemic cell therapy. This study is aimed to determine the prevalence of staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus) by biochemical tests in poultry carcasses. It is also intend to detect the distribution of genes for classical staphylococcal enterotoxins A, B, C, D and E (sea, seb, sec, sed and see) and for gene femA, specific for S. aureus species, using multiplex PCR. A total of 385 samples of neck skins from fresh poultry carcasses were collected during the period 2012-2013 from 16 different slaughterhouses located in the region of Algiers, Algeria. The overall prevalence of S.aureus in freshly slaughtered poultry carcasses was 41.56%, with an individual prevalence of 40.63% and 45.71% for chicken and turkey respectively. From the 95 strains of S.aureus identified by biochemical tests. 82 (86.32%) isolates were femA positive using multiplex PCR. The investigation has also revealed the presence of both enterotoxins B and D, with a predominance of seb (13.33%) followed by sed (1.67%), in the chicken carcasses while in turkey only sed was detected (4.55%) It has been found that strains of S.aureus of poultry origin can be enterotoxigenic with the predominance of genes encoding for enterotoxins seb in chicken and sed in turkey. As enterotoxins can be produced in adequate amounts to induce foodborne illnesses, these potential dangers must be considered in terms of a real risk to public health
