    [ES] La elección de este proyecto, después de la consulta con mi tutor, Víctor Manuel López Toledo, ha estado motivada porque gracias a su realización, se pueden enlazar dos ramas muy importantes de mis estudios en Arquitectura Técnica. Por un lado, la REHABILITACIÓN y la restauración, y por otro lado el DISEÑO. Juntando ambos mediante un PRESUPUESTO para ver la realidad y la viabilidad de los cambios, y tiendo en cuenta el control de los tiempos realizando un Gantt para llevar a cabo la ORGANIZACIÓN de la obra. En este proyecto me gustaría mantener la línea tradicional de la vivienda ya que formé parte de ella en el pasado, pero aplicándole cambios y mejoras tanto en el tema estructural como decorativo. Mediante el estudio de los materiales usados en su construcción, el análisis de cómo fue construido y las siguientes reformas que se hicieron, todo tiendo en cuenta el contexto histórico del pueblo y las NORMATIVAS vigentes que se usarán para el posterior diseño, harán una obra única y con gran utilidad en mis posteriores trabajos como Arquitecta Técnica. En conclusión, la combinación de la rehabilitación y el diseño, que son los dos grandes bloques que me apasionan de mis estudios, han sido los impulsores de la realización de mi Proyecto Final de Carrera y estoy muy satisfecha con lo aprendido durante estos meses de desarrollo del trabajo.[EN] The choice of this project, after consultation with my tutor, Victor Manuel Lopez Toledo, has been motivated because thanks to its realization, I can link two important branches of my studies in Technical Architecture. Studying the materials used in its construction, analysis of how it was built and the following reforms that were made, all tend into account the historical context of the people and the current NORMS to be used for the subsequent design, will make a unique work and useful in my later work as Technical Architect. Entendiendo que el teatro surgió primero, hace un relevamiento del mismo en la Historia dando cuenta de su desarrollo hasta a actualidad. La misma tarea la ejecuta con el cine, abarcando el video clip, el spot Flow, las series, las películas, la publicidad, etc. Finalmente, y, ante una actualidad compleja y atravesada por la tecnología, aborda las relaciones que se establecen entre ambas expresiones artísticas con el público

    Continuous flow photoassisted CO2 methanation

    [EN] Photoassisted CO2 methanation using Ni-Al2O3/SiO2 as a photoresponsive catalyst has been carried out at 225 degrees C under continuous flow conditions achieving up to 3.5% conversion of CO2 with complete selectivity to CH4 under 2327 W m(-2) irradiation for a contact time of 1.3 s.     Detection, quantification and genotyping of Herpes Simplex Virus in cervicovaginal secretions by real-time PCR: a cross sectional survey

    BACKGROUND: Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) Genital Ulcer Disease (GUD) is an important public health problem, whose interaction with HIV results in mutually enhancing epidemics. Conventional methods for detecting HSV tend to be slow and insensitive. We designed a rapid PCR-based assay to quantify and type HSV in cervicovaginal lavage (CVL) fluid of subjects attending a Genito-Urinary Medicine (GUM) clinic. Vaginal swabs, CVL fluid and venous blood were collected. Quantitative detection of HSV was conducted using real time PCR with HSV specific primers and SYBR Green I. Fluorogenic TaqMan Minor Groove Binder (MGB) probes designed around a single base mismatch in the HSV DNA polymerase I gene were used to type HSV in a separate reaction. The Kalon test was used to detect anti-HSV-2 IgG antibodies in serum. Testing for HIV, other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) and related infections was based on standard clinical and laboratory methods. RESULTS: Seventy consecutive GUM clinic attendees were studied. Twenty-seven subjects (39%) had detectable HSV DNA in CVL fluid; HSV-2 alone was detected in 19 (70%) subjects, HSV-1 alone was detected in 4 (15%) subjects and both HSV types were detected in 4 (15%) subjects. Eleven out of 27 subjects (41%) with anti-HSV-2 IgG had detectable HSV-2 DNA in CVL fluid. Seven subjects (10%) were HIV-positive. Three of seven (43%) HIV-infected subjects and two of five subjects with GUD (40%) were secreting HSV-2. None of the subjects in whom HSV-1 was detected had GUD. CONCLUSION: Quantitative real-time PCR and Taqman MGB probes specific for HSV-1 or -2 were used to develop an assay for quantification and typing of HSV. The majority of subjects in which HSV was detected had low levels of CVL fluid HSV, with no detectable HSV-2 antibodies and were asymptomatic

    Hepatic Regeneration Under Warm or Cold Ischemia Conditions: Controversies and New Approaches

    Ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) associated with hepatic resection and living related liver transplantation is an unsolved problem in clinical practice. Indeed, I/R induces damage and regenerative failure in clinical liver surgery. Signaling pathways regarding the pathophysiology of liver I/R and regeneration making clear distinction between situations of cold and warm ischemia, as well as liver regeneration with or without vascular occlusion, will be addressed. The different experimental models used to date to improve the postoperative outcomes in clinical liver surgery will be also described. Furthermore, the most updated therapeutic strategies, as well as the clinical and scientific controversies in the field, will be discussed. Such information may be useful to guide the design of better experimental models as well as the effective therapeutic strategies in liver surgery that can succeed in achieving its clinical application

    Validação intercultural em português de um questionário para avaliar a síndrome visual do computador em trabalhadores expostos a dispositivos digitais

    Purpose: As digital devices are increasingly used at work, valid and reliable tools are needed to assess their effect on visual health. This study aimed to translate, cross-culturally adapt, and validate the Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnaire (CVS-Q©) into Portuguese. Methods: A 5-phase process was followed: direct translation, synthesis of translation, back-translation, consolidation by an expert committee, and pretest. To run the pretest, a cross-sectional pilot study was conducted with 26 participants who completed the prefinal Portuguese version of the CVS-Q© and were asked about difficulties, comprehensibility, and suggestions to improve the questionnaire. To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Portuguese version of the CVS-Q©, a cross-sectional validation study was performed in a different sample (280 workers). Results: In the pretest, 96.2% had no difficulty in completing it, and 84.0% valued it as clear and understandable. CVS-Q© in Portuguese (Questionário da Síndrome Visual do Computador, CVS-Q PT©) was then obtained. Validation revealed the scale’s good internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha=0.793), good temporal stability (intraclass correlation coefficient=0.847; 95% CI 0.764-0.902, kappa=0.839), adequate sensitivity and specificity (78.5% and 70.7%, respectively), good discriminant capacity (area under the curve=0.832; 95% CI 0.784-0.879), and adequate convergent validity with the ocular surface disease index (Spearman correlation coefficient=0.728, p<0.001). The factor analysis provided a single factor accounting for 37.7% of the explained common variance. A worker who scored ≥7 points would have computer vision syndrome. Conclusions: CVS-Q PT© can be considered an intuitive and easy-to-understand tool with good psychometric properties to measure computer vision syndrome in Portuguese workers exposed to digital devices. This questionnaire will assist in making decisions on preventive measures, interventions, and treatment and comparing exposed populations in different Portuguese-speaking countries.Objetivos: À medida que a utilização de equipamentos digitais no emprego aumenta, a avaliação do seu efeito na saúde visual necessita de ferramentas válidas e robustas. Este estudo teve como objetivo traduzir, adaptar culturalmente e validar para português o Questionário da Síndrome Visual do Computador (CVS-Q©). Métodos: O procedimento foi realizado em 5 fases: tradução direta, síntese da tradução, tradução inversa, consolidação por um painel de especialistas, e pré-teste. Para fazer o pré-teste foi realizado um estudo piloto transversal aplicado a uma amostra de 26 participantes que completaram a versão pré-final da versão portuguesa do CVS-Q©, questionando por dificuldades, compreensão e sugestões de melhoria do questionário. Para avaliar a confiança e validade da versão portuguesa do CVS-Q© foi realizado um estudo transversal de validação em uma amostra diferente (280 funcionários). Resultados: No préteste, 96.2% dos participantes não apresentaram dificuldades no preenchimento do questionário, enquanto 84.0% indicaram que era claro e compreensível. Obteve-se, então, o CVS-Q© em português (Questionário da Síndrome Visual do Computador, CVS-Q PT©). A sua validação revelou uma boa consistência interna da sua escala (Cronbach’s alpha=0.793), boa estabilidade tem poral (coeficiente de correlação interclasse=0.847; 95% CI 0.764-0.902, kappa=0.839), sensibilidades e especificidades adequadas (78.5% e 70.7%, respetivamente), boa capacidade de discriminação (área abaixo da curva=0.832; 95% CI 0.784-0.879), e uma adequada validade da convergência com o índice de doença da superfície ocular (ocular surface disease index - OSDI; coeficiente de correlação de Spearman=0.728, p<0.001). A análise fatorial revelou um único fator responsável por explicar a variância comum em 37.7%. Um funcionário com uma pontuação ≥7 pontos sofria de síndrome visual do computador. Conclusão: O CVS-Q PT© pode ser considerada uma ferramenta intuitiva, de fácil interpretação e com boas pro priedades psicométricas para avaliar a síndrome visual do computador em funcionários portugueses expostos a ecrãs digitais.     Educational Needs in oncology nursing: A scoping review

    Care in oncology requires both technical and psychosocial skills by nursing staff, so continuous learning is necessary. Evidence suggests there are some educational gaps in oncology nursing staff, and continuing educational interventions have been effective in overcoming these defificiencies. Aim: to determine the basic educational lines that a continuous training program should have for oncology nurses. A bibliographic review study was carried out in two phases from October 2020 to January 2021. In a fifirst phase, the main databases were analyzed: PubMed, Web of Science, Dialnet and Medline, following the PRISMA methodology; and subsequently, an analysis of the most important thematic nuclei that a training program in cancer nursing should contain. The DAFO matrix and the Hanlon prioritization method were used. Four competencies that every oncology nurse should have were described: communication, coping, self-direction of learning and technical health. The thematic contents that a training program should contain were then determined, and aspects such as stress prevention and burnout, adequate communication with patient and family, and continuous educational and technical skills were considered. The results found suggest that there are defificiencies in the education of nursing staff. Continuing education programs are effective in supplementing them. They should develop the four skills described in the results section

    Estudio y caracterización de materiales para un prototipo de impresora 3D basada en la tecnología DLP

    El presente trabajo consiste en el estudio y caracterización de materiales susceptibles de ser utilizados en máquinas de fabricación aditiva basadas en tecnología DLP o procesamiento digital de luz. Este análisis se realiza tanto con materiales o resinas existentes en el mercado como con materiales de elaboración propia. Se analizan diferentes variables asociadas al proceso de impresión con los diferentes materiales, así como ciertas características mecánicas de las piezas finales fabricadas. Una vez adquiridos ciertos conocimientos sobre diferentes programas necesarios para el manejo de la impresora 3D, se definen los materiales a utilizar y se realizan unas primeras pruebas para descartar las peores combinaciones. Se diseña la pieza o probeta a desarrollar y se fabrica tanto con los materiales propios seleccionados como con materiales comerciales. En este punto, se analizan diversos parámetros a controlar en la impresión de las piezas. Dichos parámetros se miden, y se estudia su dependencia con las variables configurables del proceso. Con esto se consigue obtener la relación que presenta mejor resultado en la pieza final. Finalmente, se analizan diferentes propiedades sobre las piezas fabricadas para poder realizar una comparación entre ellas

    Intervención de enfermería en el proceso de duelo desde atención primaria

    INTRODUCCIÓN: El duelo es una reacción adaptativa natural ante cualquier tipo de pérdida, siendo más intenso tras el fallecimiento de un ser querido. El duelo es siempre un proceso de cambio y en el caso de la pérdida de un miembro de la familia será necesaria una reorganización del sistema familiar para adaptarse a la nueva situación. La atención en la elaboración del proceso de duelo, detectando las distintas fases de éste, mejora el afrontamiento y mitiga el sufrimiento innecesario tanto de los adultos como el de los adolescentes tras la pérdida de un familiar. OBJETIVO: Elaborar un plan de cuidados de enfermería individualizado desde atención primaria a partir de un caso clínico que ayude a adolescentes en proceso de duelo ante la muerte de un familiar. Generalizar esta propuesta al paciente adulto. METODOLOGIA: Se ha realizado una búsqueda bibliográfica en diversos buscadores y bases de datos, y mediante la utilización de la taxonomía científica enfermera de la NANDA, NIC y NOC se ha elaborado un plan de cuidados para la adolescente del caso clínico. A partir de dicho plan individualizado, se estandariza un modelo de cuidados para el adulto en proceso de duelo. CONCLUSION: El duelo interfiere en las relaciones familiares, produciendo a su vez una disfunción del rol funcional, por ello la enfermería cumple un papel fundamental en la prestación de ayuda a las personas ante los sentimientos de pérdida o el afrontamiento de la muerte, así como mejorar la adaptación a las distintas situaciones de duelo que van a sufrir a lo largo de su vida.<br /

    Literatura y naturaleza: claves para la lectura ecocrítica de libros infantiles

    La escuela del siglo XXI se enfrenta a retos medioambientales, culturales y sociales. Para poder integrar de manera orgánica y pedagógica la conciencia medioambiental en la programación de acuerdo con los ODS, el presente trabajo fin de grado se propone llevar a cabo una reflexión sobre la perspectiva ecocrítica de los libros infantiles, así como identificar las claves con las que poder definir una lectura ecocrítica. Para ello se parte de claves propuestas en estudios anteriores, que se aplican al análisis de la lectura ecocrítica de tres obras infantiles canónicas. El análisis llevado a cabo confirma la operatividad de dichas claves y la adecuación del corpus seleccionado como canon formativo para el abordaje de la dimensión ecocrítica de la lectura en contextos escolares.<br /
