Citation of Mass Media Resources in Social Network
The role of social networks in the formation of collective behaviour and a
sustainable point of view/position regarding the information events or facts is
studied herein. The purpose of the study is to analyse the reaction of the users of
popular social networks, expressed in quotations and responses to the messages
of mass media resources. A statistical measure of interest in the media news is
identified through unique messages from queries on the topic. The approach
used is aimed at improving the scientific argumentation on the assumption of a
direct relationship between these phenomena. The empirical evaluation is carried
out according to the data obtained from the Russian segment of social networks.
The trends in the distribution of media content in social media and social networks
are revealed using structural and correlation analysis. It is determined that the
publications in online media correlate directly with the activities of social networks
and are caused by the release of one or another information event. The results of
the study also convincingly point out that the importance of the media resources,
expanding due to the integration of social networks, increases, while the classical
model of online media (media edition as own website) is gradually losing
popularity and audience
Molecular authentication of some rare Iris (Iridaceae) species from Uzbekistan
The determination of nucleotide sequences in DNA, sequencing of chloroplast genomes techniques, based on the use of combinations a significant number genetic markers, as well as the nuclear genome are widely use for inventory of rare plant species, ecological monitoring and species diversity assessment. The results of our molecular analysis are used to examine the taxonomic identity and phylogenetic relationship of the studied Iris species collected in Uzbekistan. The genotyping of three-four functional loci of nrDNA and cpDNA was performed for efficient species identification and confident results. The nuclear ITS gene sequences and chloroplast trnL-trnF, rbcL, matK gene sequences were obtained from 10 Iris species and have proven to be useful as molecular markers for species identification. Sequences of cpDNA regions, have been used to assess interspecific relationships of Iris. Hierarchical clustering were constructed using 13 consensus matK gene sequences. In this study, we consider the possibility of successful application the DNA barcoding as a tool for assessment of wild Iris species diversity in Uzbekistan

Dimethyl 11,13-dimethyl-16-[1,2-bis(methoxycarbonyl)ethenyl]-12-oxo-16,17-dioxa-18-azahexacyclo[7.5.1.11,4.16,9.110,14.05,15]octadeca-2,7-diene-2,3-dicarboxylate
The title compound, C27H29NO11, is a product of the tandem ‘domino’ Diels–Alder reaction. The molecule comprises a fused hexacyclic system containing four five-membered rings (two dihydrofuran and two tetrahydrofuran) in the usual envelope conformations and two six-membered rings (tetrahydropyridinone and piperidine) adopting slightly flattened boat and chair conformations, respectively. The dispositions of the carboxylate substituents relative to each other are determined by both steric reasons and intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonding and attractive antiparallel C=O⋯C=O interactions [C⋯O = 2.995 (2) Å]
Methyl (9aR*,10S*,11R*,13aS*,13bS*)-9-oxo-6,7,9,9a,10,11-hexahydro-5H,13bH-11,13a-epoxypyrrolo[2′,1′:3,4][1,4]diazepino[2,1-a]isoindole-10-carboxylate
The title compound, C17H18N2O4, is the methyl ester of the adduct of intramolecular Diels–Alder reaction between maleic anhydride and 1-(2-furyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a][1,4]diazepine. The molecule comprises a fused pentacyclic system containing four five-membered rings (viz. pyrrole, 2-pyrrolidinone, tetrahydrofuran and dihydrofuran) and one seven-membered ring (1,4-diazepane). The pyrrole ring is approximately planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.003 Å) while the 2-pyrrolidinone, tetrahydrofuran and dihydrofuran five-membered rings have the usual envelope conformations. The central seven-membered diazepane ring adopts a boat conformation. In the crystal, molecules are bound by weak intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen-bonding interactions into zigzag chains propagating in [010]. In the crystal packing, the chains are stacked along the a axis
Obesity in Russia: modern view in the light of a social problems
The purpose of the article is to highlight the social aspects of stress as a syndrome of adaptation to the current situation in Russian society in order to justify the consideration of society as a factor contributing to the development and spread of overweight and obesity among the Russian population. The problem of the conditions and quality of everyday life of a significant part of the population of our country is raised, which are accompanied by an increased stress level of everyday life events. A modern Russian society, possessing an immanently inherent systemic quality - a stressful property, combined with the specificity of a hypodynamic lifestyle, is a powerful and systemically active factor that provokes the development and spread of obesity and overweight. The stress factors of modern society, generated by the disorder and non-complementarity of the work of social institutions, instability in the economic and political spheres are analyzed. Food family traditions, food paradigm, leisure activity of Russians are studied. The irrationality of the use of food by mankind is discussed. The proposed measures to combat and prevent obesity
A new species of Ranunculus (Ranunculaceae) from Western Pamir-Alay, Uzbekistan
New data on the phylogeny of four rare and endemic species of RanunculusL. (sect. RanunculastrumDC.) of western Pamir-Alai, one of which is new to science, have been obtained. Ranunculus tojibaeviisp. nov., from the Baysuntau Mountains, Western Hissar Range of Uzbekistan, is described. The new species is closely related to R. botschantzeviiOvcz., R. convexiusculusKovalevsk. and R. alpigenusKom., but differs in the blade of the radical leaves, which is rounded-reniform, segments 3–5-dissected, each 2–5-partite with elongated, rounded apical lobes. A phylogenetic analysis, using both the nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and cpDNA (matK,rbcL,trnL-trnF), was informative in placing R. tojibaevii in context with its most closely-related species. Discussion on the geographic distribution, updated identification key, a detailed description, insights about its habitat and illustrations are provided
New causative agents of respiratory tract diseases in immunocompromized patients (a review)
The diseases of the respiratory system occupy one of the leading positions in the range of morbidities among the Russian population, both in adults and children. Partly, it is due to an increase of patients with primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, with anatomical anomalies of the respiratory tract, and other diseases of the bronchopulmonary system.
Classical pathogens, causing the bacterial respiratory diseases, as a rule, are:Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas spp., Staphylococcus spp., as well as other representatives of theEnterobacteriacaefamily. But each year, the scientific literature presents more and more microorganisms pathogens of infectious diseases of various localization in humans, the clinical significance of which has long remained poorly understood. These pathogens include representatives of large families ofCorynebacteriaceae, Mycobacteriaceae, Nocardiaceae.
Clinical physicians need to consider possible disorders in the immune system in patients with respiratory impairment, as well as a wide range of pathogens affecting the respiratory tract. To manage such patients effectively, the close interaction of pulmonologists, bacteriologists, and allergologists-immunologists is important
