    Functional Evolution of a cis-Regulatory Module

    Lack of knowledge about how regulatory regions evolve in relation to their structure–function may limit the utility of comparative sequence analysis in deciphering cis-regulatory sequences. To address this we applied reverse genetics to carry out a functional genetic complementation analysis of a eukaryotic cis-regulatory module—the even-skipped stripe 2 enhancer—from four Drosophila species. The evolution of this enhancer is non-clock-like, with important functional differences between closely related species and functional convergence between distantly related species. Functional divergence is attributable to differences in activation levels rather than spatiotemporal control of gene expression. Our findings have implications for understanding enhancer structure–function, mechanisms of speciation and computational identification of regulatory modules

    Today’s situation in society is characterized by change of requirements to the graduate of the higher school that attracts transformation of the purposes and tasks of the higher school. The professional standard of the teacher competences – focused according to which, the graduate of pedagogical higher education institution has to have the complete, created certain professional competences which will allow him to be successful in the pedagogical detail.Purpose.     POSSIBILITIES OF DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES AS A WAY OF ORGANIZING A DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

    The article reveals the concepts of digital technologies and digital educational technologies as a way of organizing a digital educational environment and a means of forming students’ universal skills that will be applicable in their future professional and personal growth. The purpose of the article is to identify the possibilities of digital educational technologies, as well as the classification of digital resources and tools that contribute to improving the effectiveness of schoolchildren’s learning. Methodology. The basis of the research is formed by the methods of studying and analyzing scientific publications that study aspects of the problem under study, summarizing one’s own experience in the use of digital educational technologies in the educational process, as well as systematizing the studied information. Results. The possibilities of digital educational technologies in the educational process are described as a way of organizing a digital educational environment. It was revealed that digital educational technologies in close connection with digital educational resources in the educational process give the educational process dynamism, activating mental, cognitive, communicative and educational functions in the classroom. Practical implications. The results obtained can be applied in the didactics of higher and secondary schools

    Sustainability of the regional financial system: a case study of the Northwestern Federal District

    [EN] This article provides an assessment of the sustainability of Russian regions' financial systems. The study is based on the methods of generalization and synthesis, correlation-regression analysis, and multivariate classification. Since the structure of the regional financial system is complex, several works are devoted to studying its sustainability issues. The relevance of the study topic is confirmed by the lack of a systematic approach to assessing the integral index of sustainability and the possibility of using various tools in determining the complex indicator. Methods: This methodology with application of mathematical statistics methods makes it possible to assess the financial system sustainability in four sectors, to include the leading indicators in the assessment, and to identify regions with extreme values of debt burden indicators. The method was tested for the regions of the Northwestern Federal District (NWFD) for the period 2010 - 2019 to classify the regions according to three levels of debt sustainability. Data collection from the 1 st January to 30 th April 2022 included statistical data from government open internet sources, sectors studied relate to government, and municipal budgets in the NWFD. Authors analyzed regional debt sustainability indicators and identified themes in the field of sustainability studies for the NWFD. Results: An increased level of financial system sustainability was observed among the NWFD regions in the corporative and personal finance sectors, indicating a significant contribution of businesses and households to maintaining the balance and sustainability of the financial system in Russia as a whole.     Strategic reporting methodology and its reliability audit

    The paper reveals the significance of business entities’ forecasting and strategic reporting. The reporting appears to be an essential source of information for highly efficient strategic management and profits receivable for internal users. Financial activity of Rostov and Kras-nodar region’s business entities of different incorporations and industries was taken as an object of current research. Authors developed specific classification of forecasting reporting forms and key performance indicators’ framework depending on aims and objectives Authors proved strong need in de-velopment of strategic reporting methodology. Reporting drawn up according to the method-ology allows generating informational support of analysis and control of business entities core strategies’ implementing, including internal and external factors & risks’ to increase the capital and firm value. The paper highlights strategy audit features as well, considered as related services according to the Federal Law on Auditing. Authors provide the term and stages of strategy audit.     Virtual Construction using Map-based Approach

    The paper presents a general map-based approach to prototyping of products in virtual reality environments. Virtual prototyping of products is considered as a consistent simulation and visualization process mapping the source product model into its target visual representations. The approach enables to interrelate formally the product and visual information models with each other by defining mapping rules, to specify a prototyping scenario as a composition of map instances, and then to explore particular product models in virtual reality environments by interpreting the composed scenario. Having been realized, the proposed approach provides for the strongly formalized method and the common software framework to build virtual prototyping applications. As a result, the applications gain in expressiveness, reusability and reliability, as well as take on additional runtime flexibility..
