The Moroccan Higher Education knows many problems, especially those concerning the quality of its services and its environment. Thus, this sector has known many reforms without reaching the expected results. Therefore, it is necessary to determine its weak points to have a better reform. The mainly objective of this study is a sensitization of policy makers to develop a national quality assurance system in universities. Based on the level of student satisfaction on many internal and external services of the Faculty of Sciences of Kenitra (Morocco), and comparing the results with those of a similar work previously done, we evaluated the evolution of quality of services and the environment of this establishment. The results showed that between the two surveys the degree of student satisfaction on many quality indicators significantly increased. Contrary to the results of the survey conducted during the academic year 2011/12, where there was a negative opinion of student satisfaction on 72% of all surveyed indicators, the 2015 survey did showed a negative opinion on 16% of all the indicators

Since 1956, year of the independence of Morocco, the quality of education has suffered from many problems. The education system has known reform after reform without achieving the desired results. Thus, in the hope of participating in the development of a solution for this problem "chronic", this sector needs a profound diagnosis, which determines its weak points that block, and the constraints that oppose to the improving of Moroccan education. In the present work we contributed with a diagnosis whose purpose and to assess the degree of satisfaction of the students of the Faculty of Sciences of Kenitra (Morocco) of some activities or educational variables. The results show that among the 22 variables studied, the degree of student satisfaction exceeds 55% for 6 variables, between 45% and 55% for 4 variables, of 40% to 45% for 7 variables, and superior to 40% for 17 variables. The satisfaction rate is therefore less than 40% for only 5 variables. The dissatisfaction of students affects four areas of study ie study program, product availability and Lab equipment, student evaluation means and the conditions of the realization of end of Project study

The effect of confined Longitudinal Optical Phonons on the Binding Energy of an impurity in CdSe Quantum Dot

Using a variational approach, the effect of the confined LO-phonon on the binding energy in CdSe Quantum Dot has been calculated. The charge-carrier-phonon coupling is treated within the adiabatic approximation. Our results show that the effect of the confined LO-phonon on the binding energy decreases with the dot size. However the correction of the confined LO-phonon to bound state energy increases with dot size.Using a variational approach, the effect of the confined LO-phonon on the binding energy in CdSe Quantum Dot has been calculated. Quality management and management control both have the same purpose: finding performance improvement levers relying on cost control. The article provides the results of a survey which was conducted during the period October 2014 to April 2015 in order to study the follow-up of the quality system and the costs of non-quality recorded by the Finance department; 69 of the logistics companies in Morocco were contributing in this study. In terms of results, 78% of leaderships do not ensure the necessary coordination between management controllers and quality managers, so the level of coordination remain limited and does not exceed 25%. Just 09% of surveyed companies confirm that the tracking of costs of non quality is one of the actions that management controllers process in coordination with the quality management responsible. Despite the peculiarity of the problem of control in a service delivery context, more accurately logistics and transport, the results indicate that classical methods of control are more used and followed. However, some indicators show clearly a need of new management control concept using best practices

The liver biopsy has long been the "gold standard" for assessing liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis C. It’s an invasive procedure which is associated with an elevated bleeding, especially in chronic  hemodialysis patients. Main goal is to assess liver fibrosis in chronic hemodialysis with HCV by Fibroscan and by biological scores (APRI, Forns and Fib-4), and to measure the correlation between these tests.  Cross-sectional study including all chronic hemodialysis patients with hepatitis C virus, in two public  hemodialysis centers of Fez. All patients were evaluated for liver fibrosis using noninvasive methods  (FibroScan and laboratory tests). Subsequently, the correlation between different tests has been  measured. 95 chronic hemodialysis were studied, twenty nine patients (30.5%) with chronic hepatitis C. The average age was 52.38 ± 16.8 years. Nine liver fibrosis cases have been concluded by forns score. Fibroscan has objectified significant fibrosis in 6 cases. On the other side APRI has objectified sgnifivant fibrosis only in 3 cases. The Fib-4 showed severe fibrosis in five cases. The results have been most consistent between APRI and Fib-4, followed by Fibroscan and Forns, then APRI and FibroScan.Key words: APRI, fib4, fibroscan, forns, hepatitis C virus, liver fibrosis, chronic hemodialysis

The implementation of hygiene system in the school catering is based on the application of good hygienic practice and regulations of food safety (security). These measures of hygiene contribute absolutely, in the elimination of the potential food risks susceptible to be at the origin of several diseases. This article presents the results of a study carried out to evaluate the degree of the respect for the sanitary conditions at the level of three school restaurants. The result of our study aims to determine the level of compliance of their hygienic systems to international hygienic standards. The rates of conformity of the sites of the study were of the order of 33, 60 %, 33, 00 % and of 48, 58 % respectively at the level of the establishment n°1, n°2 and n°3. The recorded results show apparently, the level of conformity with regard to the standards. In front of this situation, it is essential to plan and to implement relevant actions of improvement and to engage ways and resources to eliminate the noticed gaps and increase the level of conformit

A novel hybrid cobalt phosphite, (H2DAB)[Co(H2PO3 )4 ] 2H2O, was synthesized by using a slow evaporation method in the presence of cobalt nitrate, phosphorous acid, and 1,4-diaminobutane (DAB = 1,4-diaminobutane) as a structure-directing agent. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the compound crystallizes in the triclinic system (space group P-1(n.2)) with the following unit cell parameters (Å, ◦ ) a = 5.4814 (3), b = 7.5515 (4), c = 10.8548 (6), α = 88.001 (4), β = 88.707 (5), γ = 85.126 (5), and V = 447.33 (4) Å3 . The crystal structure is built up from corner-sharing [CoO6 ] octahedra, forming chains parallel to [001], which are interconnected by H2PO3 − pseudo-tetrahedral units. The diprotonated cations, residing between the parallel chains, interact with the inorganic moiety via hydrogen bonds, thus leading to the formation of the 3D crystal structure. The Fourier transform infrared spectrum showed characteristic bands corresponding to the phosphite group and the organic amine. The thermal behavior of the compound mainly consisted of the loss of its organic moiety and the water molecules. The biological tests exhibited significant activity against Candida albicans and Escherichia coli strains at different concentrations, while less inhibitory activity was pronounced against Staphylococcus epidermidis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and in the case of multi-cellular organisms, no activity against the nematode model Steinernema feltiae was detected

    A novel hybrid phosphite [(C4N2H14)Co(H2PO3)4·2H2O] was synthesized with 1,4- diaminobutane (dabn) as a structure-directing agent using slow evaporation method. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis showed that it crystallizes in the triclinic system (S.G: P-1, #2) with the following unit cell parameters (Å, °) a = 5.4814 (3), b = 7.5515 (4), c = 10.8548 (6), α = 88.001 (4), β = 88.707 (5), γ = 85.126 (5).
