In 1609 began the first wave of expulsion of the Moriscos, a decision which was taken by the highest echelons of power after having noticed the failure of the policy of assimilation and evangelization of the minority and after putting all responsibility of that decision on it. It seemed that the Moriscos couldn’t be assimilated, were resistant to a change of identity and also represented a danger to society. But in the preservation of religious and ethnic boundaries between old Christians and new Christians, responsibilities were divided: a majority of Moriscos remained committed to their religion and their particularisms despite the assimilation offensive, but a majority of old Christian was not prepared to accept them in a society obsessed with purity of blood and still marked by the eight centuries of Muslim presence in Spain. The policy of evangelization, which targeted primarily children, did not manage to erase the boundaries which stood between them
Optimal Cluster Head in DTN Routing Hierarchical Topology (DRHT)
In delay tolerant networking (DTN), nodes are autonomous and behave in an unpredictable way. Consequently, a control mechanism of topology is necessary. This mechanism should ensure the overall connectivity of the network taking into account nodes’ mobility. In this paper, we study the problem of data routing with an optimal delay in the bundle layer, by exploiting: the clustering, the messages ferries and the optimal election of cluster head (CH). We first introduce the DTN routing hierarchical topology (DRHT) which incorporates these three factors into the routing metric. We propose an optimal approach to elect a CH based on four criteria: the residual energy, the intra-cluster distance, the node degree and the head count of probable CHs. We proceed then to model a Markov decision process (MDP) to decide the optimal moment for sending data in order to ensure a higher delivery rate within a reasonable delay. At the end, we present the simulation results demonstrating the effectiveness of the DRHT. Our simulation shows that while using the DRHT which is based on the optimal election of CH, the traffic control during the TTL interval (Time To Live) is balanced, which greatly increases the delivery rate of bundles and decreases the loss rate
Technological change which modifies the deep sources of tourism demand also occurs at the supply level by modifying the production functions of goods, services and functional systems. This research aims to evaluate the capacity of ecotourism projects established in the Atlas and Valley territory (tourist destination of Ouarzazate), to achieve an optimal situation, making it possible to reconcile the four structuring metaprinciples of ecotourism : the promotion of environmental conservation, the equitable contribution to economic development, the consideration and response to the needs of host communities, and the generation of a new, authentic and responsible tourist experience. This work was carried out in two stages : a first phase which made it possible, through semi-structured interviews carried out with 23 tourism experts, to identify the degree of importance given by the stakeholders of ecotourism activity to each metaprinciple of said activity. A second phase, based on the opinion of experts, managers and representatives of civil society, is dedicated to identifying the measurement indicators for each meta-principle, using the NVIVO data processing software, then proceeding to the evaluation of the capacity of ecotourism projects implemented at the destination of Ouarzazate to achieve the optimum using the DPSIR model. The results of this study seek to highlight the way in which the notion of ecotourism is understood by those involved in this activity, since each actor gives more importance to a metaprinciple according to their own interests with regard to this new form of alternative tourism. The DPSIR model allowed us to get closer to the optimal situation allowing each ecotourism project implemented in Ouarzazate to reconcile the economic objective of this activity, with the social, environmental, architectural and ethical objectives. This study will serve as a road map allowing, firstly, future researchers to generalize it by seeking the optimum for ecotourism projects or those of sustainable tourism implemented in other tourist territories in Morocco, and then to decision-makers to put in place action plans concerning the development of this activity in a sustainable spirit.

Risk management for improving water quality: Application of the HACCP method
Risk management is key to improving water quality and ensuring the safety of the drinking water supply. Identifying sources of risk introduces the first phase of risk management is to identify potential sources of water contamination. That can include industrial pollution, accidental spills, agricultural discharges, failing treatment infrastructure, contaminant seepage into water sources, etc. A thorough analysis of the different sources of risk provides a better understanding of the threats to water quality. Once the sources of risk have been identified, it is essential to carry out a risk assessment. That involves analyzing the probability of occurrence of adverse events and the impact they could have on water quality. Tools such as Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) can be used to assess risk in a systematic way. Based on the risk assessment, preventive measures should be put in place to reduce the likelihood of occurrence of adverse events. That may include implementing good agricultural practices, regulating industrial discharges, regularly inspecting water treatment facilities, continuously monitoring water sources, etc. The objective is to prevent potential sources of contamination and minimize the associated risks. Regular monitoring of water quality is a key component of risk management. That involves collecting water samples at different stages of the water supply process, as well as testing for the presence of contaminants. Having effective monitoring systems in place allows potential problems to be identified quickly and appropriate corrective action to be taken. Despite the preventive measures, it is important to be prepared for possible emergency situations. Emergency response planning should include clear protocols and actions to be taken in the event of water contamination, to minimize public health impacts. That may include alert plans, communication procedures, alternative means of treatment, and coordination with competent authorities. The objective of This article is to conduct a risk analysis related to the drinking water distribution process. Using the HACCP method applied within the Laboratory attached to the water distribution company in northern Morocco, we will focus on the main causes of the risks tainting This process, based on the results the processing of samples in order to guarantee the safety and quality of drinking water in the Larache region and contribute to the efforts to protect water against the deterioration of the quality and quantity due to pollution and waste
