Supplementation of Caloric- and Protein-restricted Diets with L-leucine Stimulates Food Intake and Improves Carcass Characteristics in Broiler Chickens
Background and Objective: As one of branch chain amino acids (BCCA), L-leucine may have potential as a regulator of feed intake in
broiler chickens. This study aimed to evaluate dietary supplementation of low-protein and low-energy diets with L-leucine to improve the growth performance, body composition and carcass characteristics of broiler chickens. Materials and Methods: About 80 days old broiler chicks (Cobb) were randomly distributed in a completely randomized design consisting of 4 treatments, each group had 4 replicates, with 5 birds/replicate pen in a battery brooder. The birds were fed a starter diet until the 21st day of age and from day 21-42, they were fed experimental diets that had restricted protein and calorie contents (18% and 3,000 kcal kgG 1 , respectively). Chickens were fed diets supplemented with different levels of L-leucine (0, 0.42, 0.5 and 0.75% kgG 1
). Results: Supplementation with different doses of L-leucine strongly and dose-dependently increased feed intake and body weight gain and decreased the feed conversion ratio. Dietary L-leucine supplementation also increased live weight, carcass percentage and breast meat as well as the loss of body fat. Conclusion: Supplementing protein and energy-restricted diets with L-leucine can be used to improve growth performance, body composition and carcass characteristics in broiler chickens
Functions of brain L-aspartate and its derivatives on stress responses (Uji plagiasi turnitin book chapter Scopus)
L-Aspartate (L-Asp) functions as a neurotransmitter to stimulate the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor (NMDA-R). One of the ionotropic L-glutamate receptors, even though its binding capacity for NMDA-R is weaker than L-glutamate. The amino acid L-Asp. as well as its enantiomer D-aspartate (D-Asp), occurs in the central nervous system of various species including chickens. pigeons, rats, mice and humans. D-Asp, synthesized from L-Asp by aspartate racemase. can also directly stimulate the NMDA-R. Furthermore. D-Asp may indirectly stimulate NMDA-R because it is a substrate for endogenous NMDA. Central injection of L-Asp and L-asparagine derived from L-Asp via transamidation decreased social separation-induced stress responses. In addition, central injection of NMDA can attenuate the stress responses while some reports indicate that stimulation of the NMDA-R has negative impacts on stress responses. Central L-Asp may act on stress responses not only directly but also via its metabolites, and the effects may depend onthe type of stressors and/or brain regions

PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN DAN PROMOSI PENJUALAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN E-WALLET DANA PADA MAHASISWA DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan dan promosi penjualan terhadap keputusan penggunaan E-Wallet DANA pada mahasiswa di Kota Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna E-Wallet DANA pada mahasiswa di Kota Yogyakarta yang jumlahnya 266.491. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang berjumlah 100 orang dengan kuesioner online (melalui google form) di link https://bit.ly/Penelitian.Kuesioner dengan cara penyebaran melalui Whatsapp.
Hasil uji t menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kemudahan Penggunaan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan E-Wallet DANA pada mahasiswa di Kota Yogyakarta (0,000 < 0,05); Promosi Penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan E-Wallet DANA mahasiswa di Kota Yogyakarta (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil uji F menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Promosi Penjualan secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan E-Wallet DANA pada mahasiswa di Kota Yogyakarta (0,000 < 0,05). Kuatnya hubungan antara Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Promosi Penjualan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan sebesar 81.9% atau sangat kuat. Nilai Adjusted R Square bahwa Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Promosi Penjualan mampu menjelaskan Keputusan Penggunaan sebesar 0,664 atau 66,4%
Effects of L-Leucine Supplement on The Growth Performance and Carcass Characteristics of Grower- Finisher Broilers Fed With Varying Levels of Protein and Energy
Four studies were conducted to determine the effects L-leucine supplementation on
the growth performance and carcass characteristics of grower-finisher chickens fed
diets containing different levels of crude protein (CP) and metabolizable energy
(ME). Experiment 1 utilized a series of 4 diets that were formulated to contain ME
levels (3200 Kcal/kg or 3000 Kcal/kg) and supplemented with two levels of Lleucine
either 0 or 0.5%. In Exp. 1, 80 Cobb broilers were used to examine the
effect of L-leucine supplementation on growth performance and carcass
characteristics fed different levels of energy. There was no interaction between the
dietary levels of L-leucine and ME. The supplementation 0.5% of L-leucine had no
significant effect on FI, WG and FCR but significant increased in carcass weight up
to 9% was observed. The decrease in ME from 3200 to 3000 kcal/kg also did not affect FI and FCR, but WG decreased up to 7.4%. Similarly, reducing ME had no
significant effect on carcass composition and sensory characteristics.
Exp. 2, The effect of the growth performance and sensory characteristics in reducing
CP supplemented by L-leucine. A series of 6 diets that were formulated to contain
CP levels of 20 and 18% at each of three levels of L-leucine supplementation (0, 0.5
and 0.67%). Treatments were applied to Cobb 180 broilers distributed across 36 floor
pens with 5 chicks per pen while the parameters measured and procedures were
similar to experiment 1. There was no interaction between the level of L-leucine
supplementation and CP levels. FI, WG and FCR were not affected with increasing
levels of L-leucine supplementation. Breast meat yield in numerically increased
when added by L-leucine to a level of 0.5%. However a significant decrease of breast
meat obtained when added with L-leucine to a level reached 0.67%. Similarly, the
sensory analysis indicated no significant differences in tenderness, juiciness, flavor,
aroma, and overall acceptability. Bone and lean were not affected with increasing
levels of L-leucine supplementation. Fat was decreased (P<0.05), when leucine was
added at 0.5%

The study aims to examine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Mitra Sehati Sekata Yogyakarta. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this study is all employees of PT. Mitra Sehati Sekata Yogyakarta, which has 71 employees. The analytical tests used in this study were the research instrument test, the classical assumption test, the linear multiple regression analysis test, the hypothesis t and F test, the correlation coefficient of R test, and the coefficient determination of R square test. The research result shows that Leadership Style influenced significantly to the Employee Performance. Work Discipline influenced significantly to the Employee Performance. Work Environment influenced significantly to the Employee Performance. Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Environment simultaneously has influence significantly to Employee Performance with a significance F value for 0,000.

Analisis Pendapatan Peternak Ayam Pedaging dalam Satu Periode pada Sistem Kemitraan dengan PT. Ciomas Adisatwa di Kecamatan Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan peternak ayam pedaging pada sistem kemitraan di Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2018 di Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian survey dengan mengumpulkan data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Usaha ayam pedaging pada sistem kemitraan dengan PT. Ciomas Adisatwa di Kecamatan Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu terdapat 2 peternak. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bahwa usaha ayam pedaging pada skala 7000 ekor menghasilkan Rp 22.377.400/periode, sedangkan total pendapatan yang dimiliki peternak usaha ayam pedaging pada skala 5000 ekor menghasilkan Rp 15.598.243/periode. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usaha ternak ayam pedaging pada sistem kemitraan dengan PT. Ciomas Adisatwa layak untuk dipertahankan

This study aims to know and describe the analysis of factors that affect people's interest in becoming customers in sharia bank. Respondents to the analysis in this study were residents in Surabaya City as many as 100 people.Samples are taken using incidental sampling techniques that use samples based on accidentally meeting with researchers when viewed by a suitable person as a data source. Data analysis is performed using statistics with SPSS version 20 tools. Based on the results of data analysis using t test it is known that partially partial knowledge variables have a positive and significant effect on public interest.Location variables have no positive and insignificant effect on public interest.Promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on people's interests. Simultaneous results of knowledge, location, and promotion have a significant effect on people's interest in becoming customers in Sharia banks.There is a dominant influence on people's interest in becoming customers in sharia banks indicated by promotional variables
