This study uses ten main articles to find out how to improve literacy in online classrooms. This main article was taken because it is related to the main objective of this research, namely improving literacy in online classroom learning, which we all know that we are living in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic, which forces us to change all the order of life including in the world of education. The result of this research is that there are seven things that can improve literacy in online classroom.     Sistem komunikasi bergerak berupa user equipment (UE) bergerak pada lintasan lurus diantara lingkungan bergedung.  Mekanisme difraksi karena pengaruh lingkungan bergedung yang dimodelkan menggunakan Single Knife Edge (SKE). Frekuensi komunikasi yang digunakan 10 GHz. Lintasan UE melewati HetNet (Heterogeneous Networks) yang terdiri dari microcell dan femtocell. Propagasi UE menggunakan kondisi uplink dengan kanal AWGN. Adaptive Modulation and Coding (AMC) yang menggunakan MCS (Modulation and Code Scheme). MCS tersebut terdiri dari QPSK, 16QAM, dan 64QAM. Sebagai hasil percentase cakupan pada penggunaan SC (Selection Combining) HetNet didapatkan sebanyak 94,03%, gNB1 microcell sebanyak 88,06%, dan gNB femtocell sebanyak 64,18%. Penggunaan selection combining HetNet dengan modulasi 64QAM sebanyak 67,16%, dan modulasi 64QAM dengan code rate 4/5 sebanyak 58,2%

    Hubungan Antara Kualitas Pelayanan Perawat Dengan Citra Rumah Sakit Di RSUP Dr Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten

    Citra rumah sakit merupakan wujud nyata dari persepsi pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan melalui apa yang diperoleh pelanggan sebagai hasil dari transaksi antara penyedia dan pengguna jasa serta bagaimana pelanggan memperoleh jasa tersebut. Citra yang buruk atau negatif akan memberikan pengaruh yang buruk pula terhadap perusahaan, sebaliknya citra yang baik akan memberikan pengaruh yang baik pula pada organisasi. Tanpa kualitas pelayanan perawat yang baik maka baik individu atau masyarakat lain merasakan ketidaknyamanan terhadap citra rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan perawat dengan citra rumah sakit di rumah sakit, 2) mengetahui peranan kualitas pelayanan perawat terhadap citra sumah sakit, 3) mengetahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan perawat pada pasien, 4) mengetahui tingkat citra rumah sakit. Hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu ada hubungan positif antara kualitas pelayanan perawat dengan kepuasan pasien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap kelas tiga ruang melati empat RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten dan untuk sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Kualitas Pelayanan Perawat dan Skala Citra Rumah Sakit. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,688dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan perawat dengan citra rumah sakit. Kualitas pelayanan perawat tergolong tinggi yang ditunjukkan oleh rerata empirik sebesar 143,40 dan rerata hipotetik sebesar 115. Selain itu untuk citra rumah sakit tergolong sedang yang ditunjukkan olehrerata empirik sebesar 113,68 dan rerata hipotetik sebesar 95. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikanantara kualitas pelayanan perawat dengancitra rumah sakit

    The drone communication systems used a cellular network for controlling a drone from a long distance. That communication propagations between drone and base station were analyzed. The drone moved at the track around building environment. That environment used variations in building height. The communication propagation around building environment caused diffraction mechanism. Single knife edge method is used for that diffraction mechanism. The frequency of communication used 10 GHz. That frequency was influenced by atmospheric attenuation. This research was using some variations such as height of drone track location, transmitter power, and AMC (Adaptive Modulation Coding). MCS (Modulation Coding Scheme) was used AMC such as QPSK, 16 QAM, and 64 QAM. Some result was obtained at this research consist of LOS and NLOS distance, SNR, MCS probability, and percentage of drone coverage. NLOS propagation was caused by building height. The SNR value become increase when higher at drone position, such as drone was moving at 20 meters with height of flying drone 80 m and transmitter power 30 dBm obtained SNR 38.21 dBm. That SNR is affected AMC, so a higher SNR value increases AMC. The drone’s coverage 100%, with a height of flying drone 80 meters and transmitter power of 30 dBm. That condition showed more increasing coverage percentage than 64.8% for height of flying drone 20 meters and transmitter power 30 dBm.     An Asset Pricing Perspective on the Design of Cryptocurrencies

    Hinsichtlich ihrer Ausgestaltung sind Kryptowährungen eine äußerst heterogene Assetklasse. Die vorliegende Dissertation analysiert Kryptowährungen aus der Perspektive des Asset Pricings unter expliziter Berücksichtigung dieser vielfältigen Designunterschiede. Dabei eröffnet sie einen eigenen, neuen Blick auf die Bewertung, die Preisvolatilitäten und die Risiko-Ertrags-Profile von Kryptowährungen. In ihrem ersten Teil entwickelt die Arbeit eine neue Taxonomie. Diese ermöglicht, die Ausgestaltung verschiedener Kryptowährungen anhand von sechs übergeordneten Klassen zu kategorisieren. Auf Grundlage der Taxonomie und unter Verwendung händisch erfasster Daten von 79 Kryptowährungen unter-sucht Kapitel 2 bzw. Kapitel 3 die Auswirkungen der erfassten Designkomponenten auf die Marktkapitalisierung bzw. die Preisvolatilität der jeweiligen Kryptowährungen. Unter anderem wird dabei gezeigt, dass die Aussicht auf regulatorische Anerkennung die Marktkapitalisierung positiv beeinflusst, wohingegen ein geringer Innovationsgrad negative Auswirkungen hat. Die Ergebnisse der Analysen sind für Investoren, Regulierungsbehörden und Entwickler von entscheidender Bedeutung, da sie den Zusammenhang zwischen Designvariablen und Marktperformance aufzeigen und so zu einer fundierten Entscheidungsfindung und Politikformulierung beitragen. Ein essentieller Baustein von Kryptowährungen sind die sogenannten Konsensusprotokolle. Obwohl diverse Verfahren eine dezentrale Einigung über die Datenpunkte im zugrundeliegenden, verteilten System ermöglichen, dominieren die beiden Verfahren Proof-of-Work (PoW) und Proof-of-Stake (PoS) das Kryptowährungsuniversum. Während PoW, das unter anderem im Bitcoin-Kosmos verwendet wird, mit einem exzessiven Ressourcenverbrauch assoziiert wird, gewährleistet PoS die Integrität des zugrundeliegenden Netzwerks bei weitaus geringerem Energieverbrauch. Der PoS-Mechanismus beruht auf Agenten, welche ihre Coins über spezielle Transaktionen einfrieren (Staking) und dadurch anteilig autorisiert werden, Transaktionen zu validieren. Dies ist einhergehend mit einer Entlohnung in Form neu geschaffener Coins. Da die eingefrorenen Coins ihre Transaktionsfähigkeit verlieren, ist Staking mit Opportunitätskosten verbunden. Der zweite Teil der Dissertation (Kapitel 4) entwickelt ein ökonomisches Modell, welches dieses Opportunitätskostenproblem in den Mittelpunkt rückt und zeigt, dass diese Struktur eine erhöhte Fragilität, d.h. ein erhöhtes Risiko für Zusammenbrüche des Netzwerks, hervorrufen kann. Dabei bestimmen einige Designkomponenten entscheidend über das Ausmaß der Fragilität. Basierend auf einem Tagsystem, welches von coinmarketcap.com unterhalten wird und auf deren Website verfügbar ist, wird im dritten Teil der Arbeit (Kapitel 5) der gesamte Querschnitt des Kryptowährungsmarkts anhand selektierter Designkomponenten klassifiziert. Mithilfe einer IPCA nach Kelly u.a. (2019) und der methodischen Idee von Müller u. a. (2020) können die Risikoprämien dieser Designkomponenten identifiziert und analysiert werden. Die Arbeit zeigt, dass das im zweiten Teil herausgearbeitete Opportunitätskostenproblem und die damit einhergehende gestiegene Fragilität durch eine Prämie von PoS gegenüber PoW während der Jahre 2019 und 2020 kompensiert wird. Seit Dezember 2021 übersteigt der erwartete Ertrag von PoW-basierten Kryptowährungen den von PoS-basierten Kryptowährungen. Es wird gezeigt, dass diese Beobachtung mit Bedenken in Bezug auf den Klimawandel und mit Energiepreisen korreliert. Die ergänzende Analyse der Risikoprämien von Coins vs. Tokens, Privacy vs. Non-Privacy und Smart Contract vs. Non-Smart Contract runden diese Dissertation ab, die einen Blickwinkel aus der Asset Pricing Perspektive auf Kryptowährungen und deren Design eröffnet

    Determination of MS Location through Building Using AoA Method of Frequency 47 GHz

    This research discusses the determination of mobile station (MS) location of the uplink communication system. The location determination mobile station is based on the angle-of-arrival (AoA) method. The communication propagation is influenced by building environment. The building environment was modeled with diffraction method. Several diffraction methods were used such as single knife edge, and multiple knife edge method. The communication frequency used was 47 GHz. The analysis used percentage value at coverage area and comparison of error percent values between two method to determine mobile station location. The percentage of the communication coverage area obtained was 71.4% or of 255 from 300 nodes. The comparison methods used for mobile station location determination were the selection of the best SNR and localization technique. The error percentage value based on the selection of the best SNR method is 0.95%. The error percentage value based on localization technique method is 0.78%

    THE EFFECT OF PLAYING JIGSAW PUZZLE OF FINE MOTOR SKILLS UPPER LIMB IN PATIENTS AFTER ISCHEMIC STROKE IN DR MOEWARDI HOSPITAL SURAKARTA

    Ischemic stroke is a disease caused by cerebral ischemia, is caused a variety of neurological deficits such as motor deficits such as impaired fine motor skills. Handling of fine motor skills disorders is to improve motor function. This study aimed to identify the effect of playing Jigsaw Puzzle on muscle strength, extensive motion, and upper extremity fine motor skills in patients with ischemic stroke in Dr.Moewardi Hospital of Surakarta. Methods: This study research design Quasi Experimental pre-posttest control group design. The number of samples in this study were 34 respondents were selected by consecutive sampling technique, divided into treatment groups were 17 respondents who were given standard treatment hospital and play Jigsaw Puzzle 2x a day for 6 days and the control group were 17 respondents were given a standards-compliant handling hospital without given additional play Jigsaw Puzzle. Evaluation research was done on the first day and the seventh for the two groups. Results and analysis: the results showed that the muscle strength, wide range of motion and fine motor skills of upper limb increased (p = 0.001) significantly after being given the game Jigsaw Puzzle Discussion and conclusion: the provision of the game Jigsaw puzzle as adjunctive therapy in the rehabilitation of fine motor upper extremity can minimizing contractures and motor disorders in patients with ischemic stroke.
