    Modified Paschos-Wolfenstein relation and extraction of weak mixing angle sin^2 theta_W

    The NuTeV collaboration reported anomalously large weak mixing angle sin^2 theta_W in comparison with the standard model prediction. Neutrino and antineutrino charged- and neutral-current events are analyzed for extracting sin^2 theta_W. Although the Paschos-Wolfenstein relation is not directly used in the analysis, it plays an important role in the determination. Noting that the target nucleus, iron, is not an isoscalar nucleus, we derive a leading-order expression for a modified Paschos-Wolfenstein relation for nuclei, which may have neutron excess. Then, using charge and baryon-number conservations for nuclei, we discuss a nuclear correction in the sin^2 theta_W determination. It is noteworthy that nuclear modifications are different between valence up- and down-quark distributions.     Photoluminescent properties of crystalline solid solution Zn₁₋ xMgxSe:Cr²⁺, a new active material for tunable IR lasers

    Considered in this work are the luminescent properties of new active material Zn₁₋xMgxSe :Cr²⁺ for tunable IR lasers. Measured in Zn₀.₇₅Mg₀.₂₅Se : Cr²⁺ is the spectrum of IR luminescence excitation, and shown is the possibility of excitation in the visible spectral range. It is established that the luminescence band maximum is shifted by approximately 200 nm in comparison with that of ZnSe:Cr²⁺. Presented are the measured time characteristics of photoluminescence excited in the visible (550 nm) and IR (1800 nm) spectral regions

    Characterization of novel peptide-specific antibodies against the translation elongation factor eEF1A2 and their application for cancer research

    Aim. We intend to characterize the new peptide-specific antibodies against the isoform 2 of translation elongation factor 1A (eEF1A2) and determine its presence in the postoperative samples of human breast, lung and stomach tumor tissues. Methods. The analysis of antibody specificity was performed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry. Immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry were used for the determination of the eEF1A2 in the human tumor samples, as well as in the samples of normal tissues surrounding tumors. Results. The antibodies obtained against the eEF1A2 specifically recognized this protein in the cell extracts and histological sections and did not cross-react with the elongation factor 1A isoform 1. eEF1A2 was revealed in the postoperative samples of breast, lung and stomach tumors as well as in the putative normal tissues surrounding tumors. Conclusions. The antibodies obtained against eEF1A2 are highly specific for the antigen and can be used for the immunological studies of tumors.Мета. Охарактеризувати особливості нових пептидоспецифічних антитіл проти другої ізоформи фактора елонгації трансляції 1А (eEF1A2). Визначити присутність цієї ізоформи у післяопераційних зразках пухлин молочної залози, легенів, шлунку людини і порівняти із зразками умовної норми відповідних тканин. Методи. Специфічність антитіл аналізували методами імуноферментного аналізу, імуноблотингу та імуногістохімії. Iмуноблотинг та iмуногiстохімію використано для визначення eEF1A2 в зразках пухлин людини, а також умовної норми. Результати. Встановлено, що отримані антитіла проти eEF1A2 специфічно розпізнають зазначений білок в екстрактах та на гістологічних зрізах і не виявляють перехресної взаємодії з першою ізоформою фактора елонгації. Визначено, що фактор eEF1A2 присутній в післяопераційних зразках пухлин молочної залози, легенів і шлунку, а також в умовно нормальних зразках цих тканин. Висновки. Нами одержано високоспецифічні антитіла проти eEF1A2, які можна використовувати в імунологічних дослідженнях зразків пухлин.Цель. Охарактеризовать особенности новых пептидоспецифических антител против второй изоформы фактора элонгации трансляции 1А (eEF1A2). Определить наличие этой изоформы в послеоперационных образцах опухолей молочной железы, легких, желудка человека и сравнить с условной нормой соответствующих тканей. Методы. Специфичность антител анализировали методами иммуноферментного анализа, иммуноблотинга и иммуногистохимии. Методы иммуноблоттинга и иммуногистохимии использовали для определения eEF1A2 в образцах опухолей человека, а также условной нормы. Результаты. Установлено, что полученные антитела против eEF1A2 специфически распознают этот белок в экстрактах и на гистологических срезах и не выявляют перекрестного взаимодействия с первой изоформой фактора элонгации. Мы определили, что фактор eEF1A2 присутствует в послеоперационных образцах молочной железы, легких и желудка, а также в условно нормальных образцах этих тканей. Выводы. Полученные нами антитела против eEF1A2 являются высокоспецифическими по отношению к антигену и могут быть использованы в иммунологических исследованиях опухолей

    Substantiation. The internal audit system is an integral part of business management in agribusiness organisations. It allows to identify deficiencies, improve processes and increase the quality of agricultural products. Objective. The purpose of the study is the formation of an institutional approach to the implementation of internal audit of agro- industrial organisations The work is theoretical in nature and aims to develop methodological approaches of internal audit of the organisation. Materials and methods. The study predetermines the study of the regulatory and legal framework, as well as a review of the opinions of different authors on the problems of internal audit. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of analysis, induction, deduction, abstraction in the organisations of agro-industrial complex. Results. In terms of the institutional approach, awareness about the internal audit system requires an assessment of the interrelationships between the so-called “institutions” of the agro-industrial complex organisation. The relationship between them is determined by a set of institutional mechanisms that determine the way the system functions. In this context such institutional mechanisms as ensuring the independence of internal auditors, the use of analytical procedures at different stages of internal audit, as well as the use of risk-oriented approach are considered.     The aim of the article. In the article the urgency of differentiation of concepts marketing potential and marketing resource is examined. The appropriateness of marketing resources allocation into a separate part of the resource base of innovation-directed enterprises is defined. Theoretical bases of marketing resources management for innovation-oriented enterprise are investigated. The author's approach to classification of marketing resources and formation of principles of their management is offered.The purpose of this work is to improve theoretical principles of marketing resources management in enterprises innovative development.The results of the analysis. In the article the content of marketing resources is depth. It is based on a comparative analysis of the nature and content of marketing potential and marketing resources concepts. According to the article marketing resources are considered as means of any type of enterprise, allowing forming an effective system of ideas and products (services) creating, their pricing, promotion, distribution and contributing to improving of enterprises image and customer loyalty.It is determined that the main difference between marketing potential and marketing resources is that marketing resources actually exist in the enterprise, and the potential is a consequence of how this resource will be used during production. In this article marketing of innovative activity is explored.It primarily includes marketing strategies of enterprises development and programs of their realization, possession of a certain market part (segment), formed base of existing and potential customers, availability of existing and potential business relationships, enterprises image, brand of products, trade/commodity mark, availability and work with special marketing computer programs, etc. Marketing resources in the context of enterprises micro- and macroenvironment are considered.The paper presents marketing resources classification that allows to innovation focused enterprises to manage their own marketing resources to ensure their competitiveness. In particular, following features are highlighted: character of formation, degree of processing completeness, level and criterion of implementation, way of reference. Thus, according to degree of processing completeness marketing resources are: fully processed, partially processed, and not processed. For level and criterionof implementation marketing resources are fully implemented, partially implemented, not implemented or will be implemented in the future. By criterion of realization marketing resources are differentiatedon products or on the enterprise as a whole. On the way of reference it is allocated by meansof indicators of their activity, forecasting of activity and the system approach to estimation (complex). On the way of marketing resources reference it is allocated by means of indicators of their activity, forecasting of activity and the system approach to estimation (complex).There are two types of marketing resources: material and immaterial in microenvironmentof innovation oriented enterprises. Material resources include: research and methodological base, professionals, using of scientific and technological achievements, computer programs that assist in the information processing. Immaterial resources include: enterprise image, formed portfolio of orders, base of existing customers and existing business partners, access to information, strategy and program of development, availability of well-established distribution channels, non-standard thinking. Macroenvironment includes such segments as demographic, economic, environmental, technological, political and social consciousness.Conclusions and directions of further researches. The procedure and principles of marketing resources management in conditions of the enterprises innovative development are researched. So, the authors identified the following principles based on the rule 5-4S-5C: 1) prognostication, purposefulness, planning, poise, pliability; 2) systematic, stimulation, speedily, standardization;3) concordance, reativity, circumstantiality, chance, calculation. Thus, the received results contain both theoretical and practical novelty, which consists in the author's approach to marketing resources control system formation in innovative activity of enterprises working on a domestic market of commodity and services

    The aim: to focus on the possibilities of modern endoscopy in the diagnosis of laterally spreading (creeping) tumors — LST (laterally spreading tumor) of the colon. Materials and methods: description and comparison, based on data available in the literature, of modern endoscopic techniques for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of LST. Results: the analysis and systematization of the obtained data revealed the advantages of modern endoscopic diagnostic methods not only in detecting LST, but also in predicting their morphological structure. Conclusion: the use of modern endoscopic diagnostic methods allows not only to improve the detection of neoplasms, but also to choose the best options for further treatment based on the information received. © Eksperimental'naya i Klinicheskaya Gastroenterologiya 2021
