Political management of youth students’ electoral participation in Russia: topical issues

    Get PDF
Electoral participation is the most accessible way for citizens to influence the political course of the country. This determines the relevance of the chosen research topic. In the course of the study, the authors found that a set of measures, aimed at changing the order of organization and conduct of voting in Russia, contributed to an increase in the effectiveness of the electoral process and the interest of the youth audience in political activity. The purpose of this study is to identify modern mechanisms of political management of electoral participation of student youth in Russia. The objectives of this study are to study the interest of student youth in the implementation of socio-political activities, as well as to identify the features of electoral behavior of student youth in Russia. The research was conducted using such methods as: classical analysis of documents, the method of comparative analysis and the survey conducted in the form of a questionnaire using the Google.forms resource. The results of the author’s sociological research “Political activity of youth as a factor of electoral participation in Russia” show that students are willingly interested in socio-political activities and express their interest in the development of civic initiative. In the course of the study we found a growing interest among students in a new, for Russia, form of political participation – political volunteering

Analysis of communicative barriers in the educational process under lockdown

The mass introduction of distance learning into the educational process during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was previously used only in the form of individual educational technologies, determined the relevance of the chosen research topic. Radical changes in the system of educational process organization have led to the emergence of new communication barriers that negatively affect the effectiveness of the learning process. The purpose of the study is to analyze these barriers. The objectives of this study are to identify new communication barriers in the educational process, as well as to determine the factors influencing their appearance. The study was conducted using the methods of classical and comparative analysis; a survey was also conducted in the form of a questionnaire using the Google Docs platform. The authors came to the conclusion that the distance education format required from the participants of the educational process a long period of adaptation, which is currently far from being completed. The main communicative barriers associated with the transition to the distance format of work are technical, organizational, communicative- psychological and substantive. Meanwhile, the number of communication barriers and the degree of their manifestation depends, among other things, on the educational model implemented in the university

Age changes of blood microcirculation in students and sportsmen under the influence of physical training

Age specifi c features of blood microcircula詛 on reac誛 vity in students and athletes (freestyle wrestling at the level of candidates for a master of sports) are studied for 18 to 21 years under the infl uence of a dosed physical training. Signifi cant diff erences in the values of the most parameters characterizing the microcircula萋 on of blood at rest were observed between the 4 age groups under examina裻 on, both in students and athletes with diff erent levels of the microcircula萋 on index, and it was shown that the contribu詻 on of ac詻 ve modula脫 ons of the blood fl ow to the forma裻 on of its profi le is more important. Regular exercise changes the age dependence of the level of muscle 詻 ssue perfusion, as well as the amplitude of blood fl ow fl uctua詻 ons in 裻 ssues. Essen裻 al diff erences in the eff ect of physical training on the eff ec譋 veness of microcircula譋 on in stu- dents and athletes have been established, depending on the value of the microcircula誛 on index. The results indicate the need to take into account the hierarchy of regulatory mechanisms in the selec荫 on of the intensity of physical training, as well as the possibility of a targeted eff ect on respiratory-pulse modula講 on in the microvasculature and, consequently, on their ra譛 o, by means of dosed physical training

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of social enterprise development in the reproduction process. As a method, the social sphere has analyzed the system of enterprise effective functioning. As a result, one of the key tasks of the regional reproduction process improvement is the effective development of the social sphere. In conclusion, a necessary condition for the rational combination of sectoral and regional aspects of social infrastructure development planning is the division of the country territory into region

Probing a Complex of Cytochromecand Cardiolipin by Magnetic Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy: Implications for the Initial Events in Apoptosis

    Get PDF
Oxidation of cardiolipin (CL) by its complex with cytochrome c (cyt c) plays a crucial role in triggering apoptosis. Through a combination of magnetic circular dichroism spectroscopy and potentiometric titrations, we show that both the ferric and ferrous forms of the heme group of a CL:cyt c complex exist as multiple conformers at a physiologically relevant pH of 7.4. For the ferric state, these conformers are His/Lys- and His/OH–-ligated. The ferrous state is predominantly high-spin and, most likely, His/–. Interconversion of the ferric and ferrous conformers is described by a single midpoint potential of -80 ± 9 mV vs SHE. These results suggest that CL oxidation in mitochondria could occur by the reaction of molecular oxygen with the ferrous CL:cyt c complex in addition to the well-described reaction of peroxides with the ferric form

The main aim of the study is to investigate the issues of pedagogy and technology of local history studies applied in training Bachelors of Education at a pedagogical University. The authors describe results of experimental work carried out at Stary Oskol branch of Belgorod State National Research University and approbation of local pedagogical history technology. Regarding the methods used in the study, we consider the training system containing local history concepts is made up by the following components: the training process, educational activities and research, teacher’s internship, extracurricular and outreach activitie

Magnetostimulated Chandges of Microhardness in Potassium Acid Phthalate Crystals

A decrease in microhardness along the (010) cleavage in potassium acid phthalate single crystals by 15--18% after the application of a permanent magnetic field was revealed for the first time. It is shown that the effect revealed is of the volume character. The role of interlayer water in the processes stimulated by a magnetic field is studied., Interlayer water plays does not cause the observed changes it only plays the part of an indicator of these changes in potassium acid phthalate crystals in a magnetic field. It is established that microhardness in the (100) plane of the crystal in an applied a magnetic field first increases by 12--15% and then remains constant in time within the accuracy of the experiment. The possibility of varying the crystal structure of potassium acid phthalate crystals by applying magnetic fields inducing rearrangement in the system of hydrogen bonds or in the defect structure is discussed.Comment: 6 pages, 7 figure
