Dualization of non-Abelian BF model
We show that dualization of BF models to Stueckelberg-like massive gauge
theories allows a non-Abelian extension. We obtain local Lagrangians which are

EVALUATION OF THE DELTA STATE SKILLS TRAINING AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMME (STEP)
This study evaluated the extent to which the goals of the Delta State Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP) have been achieved. Three research questions guided the study. The population of the study comprised 4,559 beneficiaries. A sample size of 1,000 beneficiaries was selected through proportionate stratified and convenience sampling techniques. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Expertsâ judgement was used to validate the instrument. The test-retest method of reliability was used to determine the reliability of the instrument, with a coefficient of 0.82. Frequency and percentage were used to analyse the data. The findings of the study revealed that STEP has trained beneficiaries in the following skill options: Fashion design, Catering, Hairdressing, Make-up, Fishery, Decoration and event management, Electrical installation and repairs, Welding and fabrication, ICT and Farming; all the 1000 participants evaluated have established their own enterprises, indicating a 100% goal achievement; and that majority of the beneficiaries have employed other youths after graduating from the programme. The study recommended amongst others that the program be expanded to accommodate more economically viable skills and vocations, including commerce/trade apprenticeship. Article visualizations
A Change of Variables to the Dual and Factorization of Composite Anomalous Jacobians
Changes of variables giving the dual model are constructed explicitly for
sigma-models without isotropy. In particular, the jacobian is calculated to
give the known results. The global aspects of the abelian case as well as some
of those of the cases where the isometry group is simply connected are
considered.
Considering the anomalous case, we infer by a consistency argument that the
`multiplicative anomaly' should be replaceable by adequate rules for
factorization of composite jacobians. These rules are then generalized in a
simple way for composite jacobians defined in spaces of different types.
Implimentation of these rules then gives specific formulas for the anomally for

Target Space Duality between Simple Compact Lie Groups and Lie Algebras under the Hamiltonian Formalism: I. Remnants of Duality at the Classical Level
It has been suggested that a possible classical remnant of the phenomenon of
target-space duality (T-duality) would be the equivalence of the classical
string Hamiltonian systems. Given a simple compact Lie group with a
bi-invariant metric and a generating function suggested in the physics
literature, we follow the above line of thought and work out the canonical
transformation generated by together with an \Ad-invariant
metric and a B-field on the associated Lie algebra of so that
and form a string target-space dual pair at the classical level under
the Hamiltonian formalism. In this article, some general features of this
Hamiltonian setting are discussed. We study properties of the canonical
transformation including a careful analysis of its domain and image. The

Remarks on Non-Abelian Duality
A class of two-dimensional globally scale-invariant, but not conformally
invariant, theories is obtained. These systems are identified in the process of
discussing global and local scaling properties of models related by duality
transformations, based on non-semisimple isometry groups. The construction of
the dual partner of a given model is followed through; non-local as well as

Revising the diversity within the Dwarf Dog-faced Bat, Molossops temminckii (Chiroptera, Molossidae), with the revalidation of the endangered Molossops griseiventer
The genus Molossops includes two monotypic species of insectivore bats distributed in South America: Molossops neglectus and Molossops temminckii. Both can be differentiated, based on sizes, M. temminckii being smaller (forearm less than 33 mm). Despite being monotypic, at least two additional subspecies have been described for M. temminckii, of which M. temminckii griseiventer from the inter-Andean Valley of the Magdalena River in Colombia might represent a valid taxon. To test the taxonomic status of M. t. griseiventer, we reviewed specimens of M. temminckii from cis- and trans-Andean localities in Colombia. We used Cytochrome-b and Cytochrome Oxidase I comparisons to test the phylogenetic position of cis- and trans-Andean samples and compared qualitative morphology, morphometric and bioacoustics. Our results show that M. t. griseiventer is differentiated from cis-Andean specimens, providing further evidence of its validity at the species level. Furthermore, M. temminckii (sensu stricto) is also distributed in Colombia, but both M. griseiventer and M. temminckii are allopatric, with the Andes acting as a barrier. The specific identity of the specimens from the Caribbean Region of Colombia needs a new evaluation, but our results clearly show that the diversity of Molossops is underestimated
A Vector Non-abelian Chern-Simons Duality
Abelian Chern-Simons gauge theory is known to possess a `-self-dual'
action where its coupling constant is inverted {\it i.e.} . Here a vector non-abelian duality is found in the
pure non-abelian Chern-Simons action at the classical level. The dimensional
reduction of the dual Chern-Simons action to two-dimensions constitutes a dual

T-duality in the weakly curved background
We consider the closed string propagating in the weakly curved background
which consists of constant metric and Kalb-Ramond field with infinitesimally
small coordinate dependent part. We propose the procedure for constructing the
T-dual theory, performing T-duality transformations along coordinates on which
the Kalb-Ramond field depends. The obtained theory is defined in the
non-geometric double space, described by the Lagrange multiplier and
its -dual . We apply the proposed T-duality procedure to the
T-dual theory and obtain the initial one. We discuss the standard relations
between T-dual theories that the equations of motion and momenta modes of one
theory are the Bianchi identities and the winding modes of the other
