Pengaruh Jangka Pendek Job Insecurity Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Outsourcing Di PT. Askes (Persero) Kantor Pusat

The aim of this study is to measure the contribution of job insecurity and compensation to work satisfaction in outsourcing employee at PT Askes (Persero) main office. This is a quantitative research using multiple regression for the data analysis. This research has 164 participants consist of teachers, security officers, cleaning service officers, meeting maids and drivers. The result shows that job insecurity and compensation have contribution to work satisfaction as much as 42.1%. Based on categorization, participant's work satisfaction and job insecurity are in the moderate level, but the compensation is in the high level

Harga Diri, Orientasi Kontrol, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leaf weight and storage time of eucalyptus leaves on yield, seniol content, specific gravity, refractive index, and optical rotation. This study used a factorial randomized block design with 2 factors, namely: treatment A (leaf weight) with 3 levels of treatment, namely: A1 = 3000 g A2 = 4000 g A3 = 5000 g, and factor B (storage time) with 3 levels of treatment B1 = 2 days of storage B2 = 4 days of storage B3 = 6 days of storage. Based on the results of the study, the yield of eucalyptus oil ranged from 0.44% - 0.94%, and the cineol content of eucalyptus oil was 46.7%-52.7%. The specific gravity of eucalyptus oil is 0.91%–0.93%. The optimal rotation of eucalyptus oil ranged from -2.16 to -3.94. Based on the Indonesian National Standard SNI 06-3954-2001, the physicochemical properties of eucalyptus oil, namely cineol content, specific gravity, refractive index, optical rotation, and solubility in ethanol 80% have values that meet SNI 06-3954-2001

A tutorial on regression-based norming of psychological tests with GAMLSS

A norm-referenced score expresses the position of an individual test taker in the reference population, thereby enabling a proper interpretation of the test score. Such normed scores are derived from test scores obtained from a sample of the reference population. Typically, multiple reference populations exist for a test, namely when the norm-referenced scores depend on individual characteristic(s), as age (and sex). To derive normed scores, regression-based norming has gained large popularity. The advantages of this method over traditional norming are its flexible nature, yielding potentially more realistic norms, and its efficiency, requiring potentially smaller sample sizes to achieve the same precision. In this tutorial, we introduce the reader to regression-based norming, using the generalized additive models for location, scale, and shape (GAMLSS). This approach has been useful in norm estimation of various psychological tests. We discuss the rationale of regression-based norming, theoretical properties of GAMLSS and their relationships to other regression-based norming models. Based on 6 steps, we describe how to: (a) design a normative study to gather proper normative sample data; (b) select a proper GAMLSS model for an empirical scale; (c) derive the desired normed scores for the scale from the fitted model, including those for a composite scale; and (d) visualize the results to achieve insight into the properties of the scale. Following these steps yields regression-based norms with GAMLSS for a psychological test, as we illustrate with normative data of the intelligence test IDS-2. Moving beyond a limited follow-up in cost-effectiveness analyses of behavioral interventions

Background Cost-effectiveness analyses of behavioral interventions typically use a dichotomous outcome criterion. However, achieving behavioral change is a complex process involving several steps towards a change in behavior. Delayed effects may occur after an intervention period ends, which can lead to underestimation of these interventions. To account for such delayed effects, intermediate outcomes of behavioral change may be used in cost-effectiveness analyses. The aim of this study is to model cognitive parameters of behavioral change into a cost-effectiveness model of a behavioral intervention. Methods The cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) of an existing dataset from an RCT in which an high-intensity smoking cessation intervention was compared with a medium-intensity intervention, was re-analyzed by modeling the stages of change of the Transtheoretical Model of behavioral change. Probabilities were obtained from the dataset and literature and a sensitivity analysis was performed. Results In the original CEA over the first 12 months, the high-intensity intervention dominated in approximately 58% of the cases. After modeling the cognitive parameters to a future 2nd year of follow-up, this was the case in approximately 79%. Conclusion This study showed that modeling of future behavioral change in CEA of a behavioral intervention further strengthened the results of the standard CEA. Ultimately, modeling future behavioral change could have important consequences for health policy development in general and the adoption of behavioral interventions in particular
