Religious and Moral Ideal in Modern Hagiographic Texts: Linguistic Characteristics
The author considers the hagiographic texts related to the modern period of the Russian hagiography development. The source of the language material was the hagiographies of new martyrs Nikolay Popov and Iakov Gorokhov. The analysis of scientific literature on the research topic is carried out. The article deals with the controversial issues related to the identification of conceptual content and correlation of the terms ideal , moral ideal , religious and moral ideal , as well as hagiography , biography , materials for biography . The author focuses on the semantics and functioning of the vocabulary of emotions in these texts. The constant features of the use of emotive lexemes observed in the considered hagiographic texts of studied and also earlier periods (ancient Russian, old Russian, Synodal) and peculiar to the Russian hagiographic tradition as a whole are established: 1) the significance of the qualitative characteristics of emotional experience (positive / negative / neutral), 2) the presence of particularly frequent lexemes that determine the general emotional background of hagiographic text, 3) the relevance of the high intensity of emotional experience, 4) the implementation of the characterological function by emotive lexemes. The features of realization of linguistic means for creation of the image of the ascetic as a religious and moral ideal, peculiar to modern hagiographic texts and allowing to speak about their variation in accordance with the authorβs intention, are revealed
Isoperiodic deformations of the acoustic operator and periodic solutions of the Harry Dym equation
We consider the problem of describing the possible spectra of an acoustic
operator with a periodic finite-gap density. We construct flows on the moduli
space of algebraic Riemann surfaces that preserve the periods of the
corresponding operator. By a suitable extension of the phase space, these
equations can be written with quadratic irrationalities.Comment: 15 page
Technique automated of diagram construction in business process management systems
Technique allowing reducing stages of analysis and design of application while implementing Business Process Management System (BPMS) has been suggested. It was possible due to elimination of enterprise activity examination stage and formation of business process models on the basis of structural functional models obtained as a result of reengineering project or developing quality management system. The required steps of model construction in BPMS were revealed. Appropriateness of business process modeling with the help of traditional meansand further use of models for transfer into BPMS by conversion was validated. Algorithm of automated transformation on the basis of processing XML-files of models was suggeste

Improvement of Calculation Methods for Heat Transfer Factor in Iron Ore Pellet Bed
For the sake of improving the calculation procedure for heat transfer in metallurgical unit dense beds a number of experiments has been carried out that allow adjustment of the heat transfer factor between the gas flow and the pellets in the course of heating. In the course of analysis, a permanent channeling flow was detected in thepellet bed at Re = 100 β 1400. The heat transfer factor was calculated and the pellet temperature was determined in the course of heating within Β± 11.4βC.
Keywords: heat transfer in bed, pellet firing, dense bed, heat transfer factor, hydrodynamic resistance, gas flo

Linguosemiotic approach to the study of phraseological units used by an institutional language personality. The language personality of a politician, in particular Angela Merkel, is considered as an active mechanism for the functioning of institutional discours
Single-Molecule Localization Microscopy Reconstruction Using Noise2Noise for Super-Resolution Imaging of Actin Filaments
Single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) is a super-resolution imaging technique developed to image structures smaller than the diffraction limit. This modality results in sparse and non-uniform sets of localized blinks that need to be reconstructed to obtain a super-resolution representation of a tissue. In this paper, we explore the use of the Noise2Noise (N2N) paradigm to reconstruct the SMLM images. Noise2Noise is an image denoising technique where a neural network is trained with only pairs of noisy realizations of the data instead of using pairs of noisy/clean images, as performed with Noise2Clean (N2C). Here we have adapted Noise2Noise to the 2D SMLM reconstruction problem, exploring different pair creation strategies (fixed and dynamic). The approach was applied to synthetic data and to real 2D SMLM data of actin filaments. This revealed that N2N can achieve reconstruction performances close to the Noise2Clean training strategy, without having access to the super-resolution images. This could open the way to further improvement in SMLM acquisition speed and reconstruction performance
Staining method for coronary arteries
Detection of elastic and collagen fibers in the same histological section to determine their relationships and quantification is important for connective tissue investigations. The aim of the study was to assess the possibility of differentiated staining of elastic and collagen fibers with resorcin-fuchsin and fast green FCF in the same histological section andΒ compare the result of this method with the results of the classical methods of staining connective tissue, performed according to standard protocols.Β Material and methods.Β We studied adult human hearts, obtained from patients who died from non-cardiac causes. We cut tissue sections from the anterior interventricular artery and the underlying myocardium. After formalin fixation, standard processing and embedding in paraffin of the material, histological sections were made. Histological sections were deparaffinized and immersed resorcin-fuchsin for 15 minutes, then stained with Weigertβs iron hematoxylin for 2 minutes, then for 2 minutes were applied to the preparation surface 0.1% solution of fast green FCF mixed with a saturated solution of picric acid immediately before staining in a ratio of 1:10, the histological sections were dehydrated, cleared and mounted in permanent mounting medium.Β Results.Β Elastic fibers were dyed in dark blue, and collagen fibers in different shades of green, which made it possible to differentiate them on the basis of color differences in one histological section.Β Conclusion.Β We have developed and tested the method of staining, which provides the possibility of simultaneous detection of elastic and collagen fibers with successive staining with solutions of resorcin-fuchsin and fast green FCF on one histological section
Evaluating perspectives of economy "decarbonation" - environmental aspect
The present paper deals with evaluation of economy "decarbonation" perspectives in post-Soviet states. The dynamics of this process over the period of 1990-2014 has been studied and the countries have been ranked respectively. Decoupling of GDP growth and CO2 emissions has been identified. The authors suggest a classification of tools to manage the process
