    Impact of landed property transformation on reproductive process in the agrarian process of regions

    The article presents the results on land ownership transformation and its impact on the reproductive process in the agricultural sector of the Volga Region Federal District in conditions of the existing model. The analysis of the consequences of the land reform, of which 115,4 million hectares of agricultural lands were transferred into common share ownership in the form of land shares without defining the boundaries on the ground, was carried out. Availability of land shares which are not transformed into the land, fouls up and causes chaos and uncertainty in land relations, leading to the criminalization of the land market, speculative land transactions, hinders the development of the land turnover. The position of the Volga Region Federal District and its individual regions in regard to the national indexes that characterize agricultural production, factors of reproduction, is established. The conclusion concerning the low level of production profitability is made, and it hampers the extended reproduction and, consequently, the high demand for land for agricultural purposes in the future.peer-reviewe

    Coherent ultrafast spin-dynamics probed in three dimensional topological insulators

    Topological insulators are candidates to open up a novel route in spin based electronics. Different to traditional ferromagnetic materials, where the carrier spin-polarization and magnetization are based on the exchange interaction, the spin properties in topological insulators are based on the coupling of spin- and orbit interaction connected to its momentum. Specific ways to control the spin-polarization with light have been demonstrated: the energy momentum landscape of the Dirac cone provides spin-momentum locking of the charge current and its spin. The directionality of spin and momentum, as well as control with light has been demonstrated. Here we demonstrate a coherent femtosecond control of spin-polarization for states in the valence band at around the Dirac cone.Comment: 14 pages, 4 figure

    Study on the Structure and Morphology of Iron Nanopowders Obtained by the Method of Electric Explosion of Wires

    This article presents the results of comprehensive study on the structure and morphology of iron nanopowders synthesized by electric explosive evaporation of metal wire. The results of scanning and transmission electron microscopy showed that nanoclusters have a spherical shape with an average diameter of 65 nm. It was revealed based on the analysis of the diffraction patterns that nanoparticles of nanopowders obtained in electric explosion have a crystal lattice with a parameter less than a standard cell. The results of computer experiments are in good agreement with the findings of X-ray analysis. However, the question about the reasons of distortion of the crystal lattice of nanoclusters remains controversial

    Synthesis of Carbon Nanofibers on Copper Nanopowders by Low-Temperature CVD

    The article presents the results of experiments on the synthesis of carbon nanofibers by thermal chemical vapor deposition using copper nanopowders obtained by electric explosion of wire as catalysts. Stable growth of carbon nanofibers was carried out at temperatures significantly lower than normally used. The process parameters that are optimal for low-temperature growth of carbon nanofibers have been identified during the performed experiments. The synthesized samples have different diameters and morphology (from spiral to direct). Copper clusters are both at the ends and inside the fibers. The results of IR spectroscopy indicate that the structure of the obtained carbon nanofibers is polymeric. X-ray analysis revealed the presence of a halo on the diffraction patterns at small values of the angle 2θ, which proves that the grown structures have an amorphous nature. There are no groups that are responsible for long-range order in all Raman spectra. Studies by transmission electron microscopy showed that nanostructures do not have an internal channel and nanofibers are solid

    Determination of dental and hygienic status in children with cleft lip and palate in the region with ecotoxicant

    The analysis of the results of dental examination in children with congenital cleft lip and palate at the age of 3 years and 6 years and in children without this pathology was made. Based on the results of a dental examination in the Republic of Bashkortostan, as a region with unfavorable environmental factors, it is noted: children with congenital cleft lip and palate have a higher percentage of tooth decay, higher level of caries intensity, much worse oral hygiene.Произведён анализ результатов стоматологического обследования у детей с врожденной расщелиной губы и неба в возрасте 3-х лет и 6-ти лет и у детей без данной патологии. На основании результатов проведенного стоматологического обследования в Республике Башкортостан – как регионе с неблагоприятными экологическими факторами, отмечено: у детей с врожденной расщелиной губы и неба более высокий процент поражения кариесом зубов, выше уровень интенсивности кариеса, значительно хуже гигиена полости рта

    Preparation and characterization of stable aqueous suspensions of up-converting Er3+/Yb3+-doped LiNbO3 nanocrystals

    The preparation of LiNbO3:Er3+/Yb3+ nanocrystals and their up-conversion properties have been studied. It is demonstrated that polyethyleneimine- (PEI) assisted dispersion procedures allow obtaining stable aqueous LiNbO3:Er3+/Yb3+ powder suspensions, with average size particles well below the micron range (100–200 nm) and the isoelectric point of the suspension reaching values well above pH 7. After excitation of Yb3+ ions at a wavelength of 980 nm, the suspensions exhibit efficient, and stable, IR-to-visible (green and red) up-conversion properties, easily observed by the naked eye, very similar to those of the starting crystalline bulk material

    The aim of the study was to evaluate the relationship between serum levels of tumor markers СА 125 and НЕ 4 and disease stage, histological type as well as treatment in patients with borderline ovarian tumors. Materials and methods. Thirty patients with borderline ovarian tumors were retrospectively studied. The control group consisted of 70 patients with ovarian cancer and 30 healthy women. Results. Expression levels of СА 125 and НЕ were higher in patients with borderline tumors than in healthy women. In patients with stage I-II borderline ovarian tumors, СА 125 and НЕ 4 levels were similar to those observed in patients with ovarian cancer. However, in patients with stage III borderline ovarian tumors. After completing treatment, a significant reduction in the expression of СА 125 and НЕ 4 markers occurred. Conclusion. Tumor markers HE4 and CA125 can be predictive factors for tumor response to therapy and the tool for detecting patients at high risk for ovarian cancer

    At the current age there is an urgent need in developing massively scalable and efficient tools to Big Data processing. Even the smallest companies nowadays inevitably require more and more resources for data processing routines that could enhance decision making and reliably predict and simulate different scenarios. In the current paper we present our combined work on different massively scalable approaches for the task of clustering and topic modeling of the dataset, collected by crawling Kazakhstan news websites. In particular, we propose Apache Spark parallel solutions to news clustering and topic modeling problems and, additionally, we describe results of implementing document clustering using developed partitioned global address space Mapreduce system. In our work we describe our experience in solving these problems and investigate the efficiency and scalability of the proposed solutions

    Activity approach, differently refracted at different levels of education, has put many new challenges for teachers. The competence approach acts as the methodological basis of the state educational standard of higher professional education, additional professional education; the system-activity approach acts as the methodological basis of the standards of General education. With regard to teachers of General education, the main task is to overcome the contradiction between the real level of their qualifications and new high requirements for them. These requirements are outlined in the leading normative documents of the educational standards, Professional standard “Teacher”. For the system of teacher professional development the authors of this article propose an integrated approach that combines competence-based and system-activity approaches. The integrated approach differs substantially for teachers who teach subjects of Humanities and science profiles. The paper presents the examples of tasks for various categories of teachers, the specifics of the project and research activities, as well as the characteristics of the process of problematization in the classroom and in extracurricular activities of the teachers. The universal educational actions are differenciated from the position of the variable component. At the same time the authors understand the necessity of taking into account the invariant component in the teaching of humanitarian and natural science disciplines. This thesis is a reflection of the general trend towards integration and interdisciplinarity
