    PREFERENSI NASABAH DALAM MEMILIH TRANSAKSI GADAI DI PEGADAIAN SYARIAH

    Munculnya pegadaian syariah sebagai lembaga keuangan syariah non-bank membuat masyarakat mempunyai banyak pilihan untuk bermuamalah. Namun terdapat pro dan kontra dari para ulama, DSN MUI dan Pegadaian Syariah atas kesyariahan produk pembiayaan yang disediakan, sehingga menimbulkan keraguan atas kehalalan pendapatan yang diterimanya. Fenomena yang berkembang adalah citra pegadaian syariah yang kurang baik karena dianggap pegadaian syariah identik dengan golongan menengah kebawah maupun opini- opini lainnya sehingga mempengaruhi preferensi masyarakat dan fakta bahwa pendapatan Pegadaian Syariah hanya mengalami peningkatan yang rendah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi masyarakat terhadap pegadaian syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari faktor harga, faktor lokasi, dan faktor syariah terhadap preferensi nasabah dalam memilih transaksi gadai di pegadaian syariah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah nasabah Pegadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Padasuka dengan jumlah sampel 86 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan eksplanatori.Metode ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 95%, adalah bahwa secara simultan faktor harga, lokasi, dan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan menyumbang presentasi sebesar 41,2%. Secara parsial, faktor harga dan lokasi merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, adapun yang berpengaruh dominan adalah harga. Sedangkan faktor syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap preferensi nasabah dikarenakan nasabah tidak merasakan perbedaan yang signifikan antara pegadaian syariah dengan pegadaian konvesional, serta kurangnya pemahaman nasabah mengenai prinsip syariah membuat nasabah tidak memperhatikannya. ------- The emergence of sharia pawnshops as a non-bank syariah financial institutions let people have many options to do muamalah. But there are pros and cons of the clerics, MUI DSN and Sharia Pawnshops for the sophistication of financing products provided, thus raising doubts over the halalness of the income it receives. The developed phenomenon is the image of sharia pawnshops which is not good because it is considered sharia pawnshops identical with the nationality down or other opinions, influences the public preference and the facts that Shariah Pawnshops has a slow income growth.. This study aims to examine the influence of the price factor, location factor, and sharia factor towards customer preferences in selecting a pawn transactions in pawnshops sharia. The population in this study are customers of the Branch Office of Sharia pawnshops at Padasuka with its sample is 86 respondents. The technique used in this study is purposive sampling. This study also used survey method with explanatory approach. The method is quantitative with causality design. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study with a confidence level of 95%, is that simultaneously price factor, location factor, and sharia factor are positive and have significantly impact on customer preferences by contributing 41.2% presentation. Partially, factor price and location are factors that positively and significantly influence to customer’s preferences, while the dominant influence is the price. Meanwile, the sharia factor does not affect the customer's preferences due to the reasons that customers do pawn transaction is to fulfill their urgent needs, so that the principles of sharia not be a matter that should be considered

    Analisis Efektivitas Kebijakan Moneter Dalam Perspektif Konvensional dan Syariah Terhadap Inflasi di Indonesia Tahun 2013-2020

    This scientific research was conducted to see the effect and how the effectiveness of the monetary policy transmission mechanism from both conventional and sharia perspectives to tackle inflation in 2013-2020. The conventional monetary policy transmission mechanism can be seen from the total conventional bank credit (LOAN), the interest rate on Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI), and the average yield on Government Securities (SUN). Meanwhile, sharia monetary policy can be seen from the yield rates on Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS), total Islamic bank financing (FINC) and the average yield of State Sharia Securities (SBSN). Through the Vector Error Correction Model method, it is found that the SBI results have a significant negative effect so that if the interest rate increases by one percent it will reduce inflation. Unlike the case with the effectiveness as measured by the Impulse Response Function (IFR) and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD), where conventional monetary policy is fast in controlling the inflation rate compared to Islamic monetary policy. However, the magnitude of Islamic monetary policy is greater than conventional monetary policy

    Indonesia has the largest number of Muslim in the world, therefore the potential of zakat can reach 3.46 percent of GDP. But in fact, total collection of zakat is not accordance with its potential. One of the solution which can be done is approach the millennial generation and take advantage of current financial technology. Along with the issue, the purpose of this research is to examine the faktors that influence millennials generation in Jabodetabek in their decision to pay zakat, infaq and alms through digital platforms. Based on the literature review, behavioral intentions will affect individual behavior of consuming an item or service, which in this study is behavior in deciding to pay ZIS through a digital platform such as OVO, GoPay, mobile banking. In addition, religiosity is a form of individual behavior towards their religion and it can influence the decisions to pay ZIS. By using PLS-SEM analysis, as well as survey data from the distribution of questionnaires to 153 respondents, it was found that intention behavior was significantly influential in the decision to pay ZIS through digital platform. While religiosity has no significant effect on the decision to pay ZIS through a digital platform
