    Co(II)-Based single-ion magnets with 1,1 '-ferrocenediyl-bis(diphenylphosphine) metalloligands

    Herein, we report on investigations of magnetic and spectroscopic properties of three heterobimetallic Fe(ii)-Co(ii) coordination compounds based on the tetracoordinate {CoP2X2} core encapsulated by dppf metalloligand, where X = Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), dppf = 1,1 '-ferrocenediyl -bis(diphenylphosphine). The analysis of static magnetic data has revealed the presence of axial magnetic anisotropy in compounds (1) and (2) and this was further confirmed by high-frequency electron spin resonance (HF-ESR) spectroscopy. Dynamic magnetic data confirmed that (1) and (2) behave as field-induced Single-Ion Magnets (SIMs). Together with bulk studies, we have also tested the possibility of depositing (2) as thick films on Au(111), glass, and polymeric acetate by drop-casting as well as thermal sublimation, a key aspect for the development of future devices embedding these magnetic objects

    The article investigates the use of Knowledge Management models in creating, sharing, using and managing knowledge and information in a company. The current trend is to implement various knowledge management models in order to attain effective knowledge management. The sole implementation of such models, however, is no guarantee of effectivity in knowledge management. The main objective of this article is to analyze various models of knowledge management and identify their main pros. This is done with a focus on the company context, so that results clearly state which model would be suitable for a particular type of company. The analysis is not limited to only one group of models, but deals both with object-based models and community-based models in order to identify pros that are common to both types of models.Článek se zabývá problematikou Knowledge Managementu konkrétně z pohledu využití jednotlivých modelů Knowledge Managementu jako nástroje pro vytváření, sdílení, využívání (obecně pro řízení znalostí a informací) v podniku. V současné době lze pozorovat trend, kdy jednotlivé podniky ve snaze efektivního řízení znalostí implementují vybrané modely Knowledge Managementu, avšak samotná implementace daného modelu není vždy zárukou efektivního řízení znalostí. Hlavním cílem článku je na základě analýzy modelů Knowledge Managementu identifikovat hlavní přednosti vybraných modelů tak, aby bylo zřejmé, které modely Knowledge Managementu jsou vhodné k řízení znalostí v podmínkách konkrétních podniků. Samotná analýza modelů Knowledge Managementu není omezena jen na jednu skupinu modelů, ale zabývá se jak objektivně orientovanými, tak komunitně orientovanými modely a to ve snaze identifikovat výhody, které jsou spojeny s oběma typy modelů
