    Multifactorial vector of regional agriculture development

    The article reveals the agriculture development potential of the Volgograd region enabling to move to the stable type of reproduction as well as its factors: the natural conditions, location, technological types of production, agrarian structure, horizontal and vertical integrations, state support. The methodological approach of the differentiation of green box subsidies is approved, the mechanism of its realization is proposed. The evidence base is substantiated by the long-term research of the soil intensification and soil quality factors influencing the soil productivity in the region. Within the boundaries of the existing natural areas, the following zones of territorial and economic development are allocated: the zones of competitive and efficient grain production; the zone of commercial sun flower production; the zones of territory and priority development. The criterion signs of their development are formulated. Alongside with the natural factor, the following factors were accepted as a criterion: the level of production adaptability and development of rural areas, the displacement of population, customary lifestyle, the arrangement of production infrastructure, resources, the structure of the agrarian economy. The evolutionary entrance of small agribusiness into the innovation-based economy has been reasoned as well as the creation on this basis of a special sector of agrarian economy—organic agriculture, which is reasonable to develop in the eld of dairy cattle-breeding and vegetable-growing. A strategic analysis of the technological types of production existing in the regional agriculture in the context of organizational units and activities is presented. These are: industrial type with innovative elements, extensive and intensive type with innovative elements, extensive and intensive type, extensive type. They provide modernization as a factor of the evolutionary formation of the innovation-based economy in the agrarian sector.     Cluster policy in agrarian sphere in implementation of concept of economic growth

    The purpose of the article is to substantiate the necessity and compile recommendations for improvement of the process of development and conduct of cluster policy in agrarian sphere during realization of the concept of economic growth by the example of modern Russia. As methodological provision, the research uses the proprietary methodology of analysis of development of agrarian sphere of economy. As a result of the use of this methodology and analysis of development of agrarian sphere of modern Russian, the authors come to the conclusion that it has a lot of negative tendencies, which causes necessity for improvement of policy in this sphere. For this, the authors offer to use clustering. The authors develop the Pyramid of optimal economic growth and the Model of realization of the concept of economic growth on the basis of conduct of cluster policy in agrarian sphere.peer-reviewe

    The Formation of Agro-Food Clusters as a Competitiveness Growth Factor

    The article deals with the formation of agro-food clusters enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of the regional economy. The author studies the development features of agroindustrial complex of the region, its nature, and clarifies the economic content of the agro-food cluster concept, as well as defines the prerequisites and principles of clusters formation in the Russian agroindustrial complex and identifies features of their functioning. It is proved that the development of agro-food clusters entails both socio-economic and environmental benefits due to the composite nature of the agroindustrial complex and regional specificity. It is revealed that cooperation and integration, as well as the interaction of small, medium and large businesses are quite effective in the agricultural sector, because the different forms of management have their own unique niches, targeted at consumers with different income levels and quality requirements of food products. The composite nature of the agroindustrial complex and the implementation of cluster policy should lead to the blurring of sectorial corporate and technological boundaries in a number of production sectors, as well as to reduction of price disparities, raising the prestige and productivity of agricultural jobs, development of social sphere of the village, the transition from technological structure to innovation aiming at the protection of the environment. The author proposes to merge large economic entities into agri-industrial cluster, while small and medium size companies – into agri-ecological cluster, based on the principles of organic agriculture production. This will contribute to both the sustainable development of rural areas and increasing the competitiveness of the region. It is educed, that most substantially the training process of young tennis players 6–8 years on the program junior sport school influences on cardiovascular and respiratory systems, while on morphological indexes influence not considerable, and changes which pass in a greater measure are carried out in accordance with development of organism of childrenРассмотрен вопрос влияния тренировочных нагрузок по программе ДЮСШ (большой теннис) на морфофункциональные показатели, показатели сердечно-сосудистой и дыхательной систем юных теннисистов 6–8 лет. Выявлено, что наиболее существенно тренировочный процесс детей 6–8 лет по программе ДЮСШ влияет на сердечнососудистую и дыхательную системы, в то время как на морфологические показатели влияние незначительное, а изменения, которые проходят, в основном осуществляются в соответствии с развитием организма детейРозглянуто питання щодо впливу тренувальних навантажень за програмою ДЮСШ (великий теніс) на морфофункціональні показники, показники серцево-судинної та дихальної систем юних тенісистів 6–8.     The cytoplasmic actins (β and γ) play crucial roles during key cellular processes like adhesion, migration, polarization and cytokinesis. The understanding of their specific underlying mechanisms would be of major relevance not only for fundamental research but also for clinical applications, since modulations of actin isoforms are directly or indirectly correlated with severe pathologies. The major goal of the research was to elucidate the function of the actin isoforms during motile activities, adhesions and cell division and to investigate whether their expression and/or structural organization is related to pathological function. Selective depletion of β- and γ-cytoplasmic actins allowed attributing functional diversities of β- and γ-сytoplasmic actins. β-Сytoplasmic actin plays a preferential role in contractile activities, whereas γ-cytoplasmic actin mainly participates in the formation of a submembranous network necessary for cell shape flexibility and motile activity. The roles of isoforms in regulating the integrity of adherens and tight junctions respectively were demonstrated. Unique roles of β- and γ-cytoplasmic actins in normal cells were shown. Similar results were obtained in cancer cells compared with normal epithelial cells in culture and in human pathological tissue sections of mammary gland, colon, lung and cervix. Malignant cell transformation requires changes in the ability of cells to migrate. The disruption of actin cytoskeleton and intercellular adhesions is an important component of the acquisition of invasive properties in epithelial malignancies.Цитоплазматические изоформы актина (β и γ) играют важную роль в ключевых клеточных процессах, таких как адгезия, миграция, поляризация и цитокинез. Понимание специфических механизмов, лежащих в основе этих процессов, является связующим звеном между фундаментальными и клиническими исследованиями, так как модуляции актиновых изоформ прямо или косвенно связаны с различными патологиями. Исследованию функций цитоплазматических изоформ актина, связанных с подвижностью и делением нормальных и опухолевых клеток, адгезионными структурами, а также изучению соответствия их экспрессии и / или структурной организации нормальным и патологическим функциям клеток посвящен данный обзор. Селективная редукция β- или γ-цитоплазматических актинов позволила определить функциональные различия между этими изоформами. Преимущественную роль в сократительных и адгезионных активностях играет β-актин, тогда как цитоплазматический γ-актин участвует в образовании подмембранной сети, необходимой для клеточной пластичности и подвижности. Определяющую роль в установлении и поддержании нормальной архитектуры и динамики эпителиальных плотных и адгезионных межклеточных контактов играет связь с актиновым цитоскелетом. Продемонстрирована уникальная роль β- и γ-актинов в регуляции и поддержании целостности адгезионных и плотных межклеточных контактов соответственно. Похожие результаты были получены при сравнении опухолевых клеток с нормальными эпителиальными клетками в культуре и на срезах патологических тканей молочной железы, кишечника, легких и шейки матки человека.     Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is common in geriatric cats, and the most prevalent pathology is chronic tubulointerstitial inflammation and fibrosis. The cell type predominantly responsible for the production of extra-cellular matrix in renal fibrosis is the myofibroblast, and fibroblast to myofibroblast differentiation is probably a crucial event. The cytokine TGF-β1 is reportedly the most important regulator of myofibroblastic differentiation in other species. The aim of this study was to isolate and characterise renal fibroblasts from cadaverous kidney tissue of cats with and without CKD, and to investigate the transcriptional response to TGF-β1
