Profil Tingkat Kemampuan Daya Tahan (Vo2 Max) Atlet Tenis Meja Junior Putra Klub Malay Sport Pekanbaru

Based on the results of observations made by the researchers of the table tennis junior men athletes Malay Sport Club Pekanbaru, researchers found a problem that athletes often rely on during training, athletes are easily breathless during a physical tests, when the game was fierce and long, physical athletes looks decreases, when competing athletes are not optimal in return the hit of opponent when it entered into a last final, less good in the long rally game in returning the hit of opponent when the game goes longer. Because of that the purpose of this study is to determine the ability levels of (VO2Max) Endurance athletes junior men table tennis Malay Sport Club Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive that aims to describe or depict such things as they are. The population in this study are all junior men table tennis athletes Malay Sport Club Pekanbaru amounting to 8 people. Techniques of taking sample which is used total sampling techniques, where the total population sampled. To obtain data on profile of VO2Max ability level in junior men table tennis athletes in this study used a Bleep Test. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that from 8 samples junior men table tennis athletes of 0% have (VO2Max) in Superior category, 25% have (VO2Max) in Excellent category, 12,5% have (VO2Max) in Good category, 25% have (VO2Max) in Fair category, 25% have (VO2Max) in Poor category, and 12,5% have (VO2Max) in category of Very Poor. So It can be concluded that the rate of (VO2Max) Junior Men Table Tennis Athletes Malay Sport Sport Pekanbaru are Fair with average of (VO2Max) ability level in junior men table tennis athletes Malay Sport Club Pekanbaru are 42,3%

Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penggajian Berbasis Komputer dan Pengendalian Intern Penggajian terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Kemeterian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Bandung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi akuntansipenggajian berbasis komputer dan pengendalian intern penggajian mempunyaipengaruh positif yang signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan, serta berapa besarpengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian berbasis komputer dan pengendalianintern penggajian terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 3 variabelyaitu sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian berbasis komputer sebagai variabelindependen (Xl), pengendalian intem penggajian sebagai variabel independen (X2) dankinerja karyawan sebagai variable dependen (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakandalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah deskriptif (desciptive) yang merupakan surveiterhadap 30 orang karyawan yang bekerja pada Pusat Pendidikan dan PelatihanGeologi Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara teknik surveimenggunakan instrument kuesioner serta dilengkapi dengan teknik wawancara.Datayang diperoleh dari hasil analisis jawaban kuesioner, kemudian dilakukan pengujianhipotesis dan dianalisis menggunakan korelasi pearson dan koefisien determinasi.Dengan analisis regresi menunjukan besarnya variabel Xl (Sistem Informasi AkuntansiPenggajian Berbasis Komputer ) dengan variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan) sebesar 0,540variaber X2 ( pengendalian Intern penggajian) dengan variabel Y (Kinerja karyawan)sebesar 0,297 dan 6,186 terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat erat atau dapatdiandalkan,sedangkan tanda positif menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan searah.Untuk korelasi determinasi menunjukkan bahwa besarnya sumbangan atau pengaruhsistem informasi akuntansi penggajian berbasis komputer dan pengendalian internpenggajian terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu juga untuk menguji hipotesis denganmenggunakan uji-t, menunjukkan ditolaknya hipotesis nol. Metode analisis datadengan bantuan software SPSS versi 21.0 For Windows.Berdasarkan hasil pengujianstatistik tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yangsignifikan yaitu sebesar 40,3 % antara sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian berbasiskomputer dan pengendalian intern penggajian terhadap kinerja karyawan

Feasibility Study of Construction Additional Production Lines on Jelly Drink Plant at PT XYZ

Demand forecasting is the first step for production planning and control to fulfil market demand. In line with economic growth in Indonesia, number of jelly drink's sale PT XYZ also increasing especially in 2011-2013 period. Unfortunately, PT XYZ has an issue to fulfil its demand in eastern area, and increasing production is one of solution to solve it. This research aims to analyze market demand of jelly drink in eastern area for the next five years, select the optimal location in which plant production capacity need to be increased and feasibility study of construction additional production lines. Winter's additive time series method is used to analyze market demand and Comparative Performance Index (CPI) method is used to select the location for jelly drink's plant. Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Pay Back Period (PBP) are the parameter for financial aspect on this research. Demand forecasting shows increasing in market demand on 2014-2018 period with 16% MAPE value. The optimum location to increase its production lines is Sidoarjo Plant, East Java. Two production lines can be added with increasing 24.3 million cartoon per year of production. Production aspect, human resources and financial parameter shows that this project is economically justified to execute

Unfortunately, a previsit to the school has revealed a lack of facilities and computer skill among students and school facilities. This paper examines a training program held by members of Technical Faculty of Unisba to fill the lack of skill. A training program focused on Microsoft Excel Application for topography mapping was conducted. After the program being held, the skill of training participants in acknowledging, comprehending, and applying Microsoft Excel Application for Topography Mapping was increasing 58.33%. But surfer operating skill for topography mapping was still markedly low

Pengaruh Book Tax Differences Dan Aliran Kas Operasi Terhadap Persistensi Laba

Earning persistence is a component of Earning quality. This research aims to determine the effect of book tax differences and operating cash flow toward earning persistence. Book tax differences variable is projected with permanent difference and temporary difference variable because of the differences between accounting and fiscal policy. The population in this study are food and beverage sub sector manufacturer companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange during 2010 to 2014. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling and 15 companies that are included within five-years period in order to get 75 samples were observed. The method of data analysis used in this research is panel data regression using the software Eviews 8.0. The results showed that the Permanent Differences, Temporary Differences and Operating Cash Flow have simultaneously significant effect on earning persistence. While partially  Permanent Difference, Temporary Difference did not have any affect on  Earning Persistences and Operating Cash Flow significantly affects the Earning Persistence in a positive direction. This study aims to prove the effect of Functional Value, Emotional value, Social Value and Brand Identification towards Brand Loyalty Asus smartphone in Surabaya. This study also want to prove the moderating effects of Gender among these four relation. This type of research is causal research with quantitative approach. This study using purposive sampling approach, which is a sampling technique based on the consideration or personal judgment of researchers associated with the characteristics of the population according to the research sample. Respondents in this study amounted to 200 people. The analysis in this study using a model of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and processed using SPSS software version 16.0 for Windows and AMOS version 21.0 for Windows for testing Measurement and Structural Model. The result of this study indicate that 3 from 8 hypothesis were not supported such as the role effects of moderating gender between a positive relationship between emotional value towards Brand Loyalty, Social Value towards Brand Loyalty, and Brand Identification towards Brand Loyalty
