Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení vybraných prvků patrové budovy. Celá nosná konstrukce je navržena z železobetonu. Mezi posuzovanými prvky jsou sloupy, stropní lokálně podepřené desky, patky a schodiště. Práce obsahuje statický výpočet, výkres tvaru, výkresy výztuže jednotlivých prvků a výstupy z výpočetního programu.The Master´s thesis is focused on the assessment basic parts of the story building. All construction is made from reinforced concrete. The columns, flat plate slabs, flanges and stairways are between the design constructions. The thesis includes working-out of static calculation, drawing shape, reinforcement drawing of all design constructions and results from computer sofware.

An anomaly of chaetotaxy of pedipalpal chela in Neobisium carcinoides (Arachnida: Pseudoscorpiones)

Observations of anomalies in the trichobothrial pattern in pseudo scorpions are rare. Some aberrations in Neobisiidae have been described by CURCle (1992): irregular distribution of some trichobothria on both pedipalpal chelae although normal setal count is maintained; reduction in the number of trichobothria due to reduced size or some other anomaly of one or both pedipalpal chelae; and the occurrence of a supernumerary trichobothrium at a normal length of both pedipalpal chelae. One similar anomaly of chaetotaxy in Neobisium carcinoides (HERMANN, 1804) has been observed within our study of the pseudo-scorpion fauna in the Czech republic. Quality management in chemical laboratories

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém managementu jakosti a jeho funkcí v chemických analytických laboratořích. V literární části je věnován prostor pro analýzu vývoje a perspektivy v řízení chemických organizacích se zkoušebními laboratořemi a s laboratořemi působící jako samostatný celek. Zpracován je význam zavádění systému managementu jakosti (SMJ) podle požadavků normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 a sledovali účinek SMJ na poskytování kvalitních služeb a výrobků. V rámci bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny nástroje managementu jakosti pro zabezpečnování jakosti. V praktické části je vypracována příručka jakosti pro fiktivní laboratoř ICQS zabývající se analýzou vody v souladu s normou ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009.The bachelor‘s thesis is oriented on system management of quality and his function in chemical analytical laboratories. In the literary part the space is devoted to analysis of development and perspective in chemical‘s operating in organization with experimental laboratories and with laboratories occuring as independent unit. The meaning of implementing system management of quality is processed according to requierement of standard CSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and we monitored the effect of QMS on provide quality services and products. The tools of management quality for safety quality are mentioned in terms of bachelor’s thesis. In practical part the handbook of quality is worked out for fictive laboratory ICQS which deal with analysis of water in harmony with standard CSN EN ISO 9001:2009.

New and little known species of the pseudoscorpions from the Czech Republic are recorded

Nach der zuletzt publizierten Liste (DUCHAC 1999) waren aus dem Gebiet der Tschechischen Republik 28 Arten der Afterskorpione bekannt. Einige Arten (Mundochthonius styriacus, Apocheiridium ferum) sind auf dieser Liste angeführt, ohne dass bisher nahere Informationen über ihr Vorkommen und Fundumstande publiziert waren. In der Zeit von der Bearbeitung dieser Liste bis zu ihrer Publizierung determinierte der erste der Autoren dieses Beitrags weitere drei für das Gebiet der Tschechischen Republik neue Arten (Microbisium suecicum, Anthrenochernes stellae, Chernes vicinus) und eine Art, die in der Tschechischen Republik nach mehr als hundert Jahren wieder gefunden wurde (Roncus "lubricus"). Der zweite der Autoren bemerkte eine neue Lokalität der Art Syarinus strandi. Es ist notwendig zu betonen, dass einige interessante Funde direkt im Stadtgebiet Prags gemacht worden sind, einige fast im Stadtzentrum

Diplomová práce Politická mobilizace etnicity ve Rwandě zkoumá obsah rádiových projevů, které hrály nechvalně známou roli v šíření nesnášenlivosti vůči Tutsiům před a v průběhu rwandské genocidy z roku 1994. Pro účely tohoto zkoumání je použita metoda tematické analýzy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část této diplomové práce začíná konceptualizací klíčových pojmů včetně jejich teoretického ukotvení. Po teoretické části následuje historicko-analytický úsek práce, který mapuje původ a vývoj vztahu etnických skupin Hutuů a Tutsiů. Druhá, praktická část práce je zaměřena na studium diskurzu rwandské rádiové stanice Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines, která hrála klíčovou roli v budování nenávisti vůči Tutsiům a následné mobilizaci Hutuů v průběhu genocidy. Jádrem je tematická analýza anglických překladů rádiových projevů, jež byly odvysílány v průběhu let 1993 a 1994, kdy toto rádio existovalo. Cílem této práce je ukázat, jakým způsobem došlo k mobilizaci etnicity před a během rwandské genocidy v roce 1994. Počáteční pochopení historického vývoje komplexního vztahu mezi etniky Hutu a Tutsi umožní vysvětlit, co způsobilo nebývalou brutalitu a masovost zapojení do této smutné události.The master thesis Political mobilization of ethnicity in Rwanda examines the content of radio broadcasts that played an infamous role in spreading the hatred aimed against the Tutsi minority before and during the Rwandan genocide in 1994. For the purposes of this study, the method of thematic analysis was employed. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis begins with the conceptualization of key terms including their theoretical underpinnings. Following the theoretical part, the next section contains historical analysis of Hutu-Tutsi relationship while mapping both its origins and subsequent development. The second, practical part of this work studies the discourse of Rwandan radio station Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines that played an essential role in inciting hatred towards the Tutsi minority and subsequent Hutu mobilization during the genocide. The core of this part comprises thematic analysis of English radio broadcasts transcripts, which aired in the period of 1993-1994 when this radio existed. The aim of this work is to shed light on how ethnicity was mobilized before and during the Rwandan genocide in 1994. API for Displaying of Diagnostic Methods Outputs in Graphs

Import 06/11/2014Práce představuje jednotné aplikační rozhraní (API) pro generování výstupů diagnostických metod formou grafů. Je určeno pro potřebu firmy DAP Services. Zahrnuje analýzu a přepracování stávajícího rozhraní a vlastní knihovny grafů, vycházející ze standardní JFreeChart knihovny. Při stávajícím stavu jsou grafy obtížně definovatelné, mají mnoho redundancí a je komplikovaná rozšiřitelnost. Výsledkem je rozhraní, které má snadné zadávání dat a konfiguraci grafů.The aim of this work is create the uniform application programming interface (API) to generace outputs diagnostic methods in graphs. It is designed to meet business needs DAP Services. Includes analysis and recasting the existing interface and libraries graphs, based on the standard JFreeChart library. At the current state of the charts are difficult to define, they have a lot of redundancy and extensibility is complicated. Interpretation of the Term Packaging Using the Apple Brand as an Example

Bakalářská práce "Výklad pojmu packaging s využitím značky Apple jako příkladu" je rozdělena do dvou částí, které jsou vzájemně úzce propojeny. První z nich, teoretická, pojednává o historii a vývoji obalů a balení výrobků od samého počátku až do současnosti. Obaly zprvu naplňovaly především svou původní, ochrannou funkci, jejímž cílem byla bezpečná přeprava zboží a uchování kvality potravin. V současnosti se však pole působnosti obalu, potažmo balení, rozšířilo a pro vystižení všech jeho aspektů se používá výrazu packaging. Při zachování vysokých nároků na ochrannou funkci musí balení již sloužit také jako nástroj pro propagaci a odlišení. Vzhledem k důležitosti tohoto fenoménu pro současný marketing je součástí prvního oddílu i jeho analýza a zařazení do marketingového mixu, který slouží jako souhrn základních marketingových zásad. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na ilustraci komplexnosti a důležitosti packagingu v praxi jakožto plnohodnotného marketingového nástroje. Pro předvedení správného použití tohoto nástroje ve všech jeho významových rovinách jsem si vybral známou americkou společnost Apple Inc., jež vyvíjí a vyrábí softwarové aplikace a elektronické přístroje.Bachelor thesis "Interpretation of the term packaging using the Apple brand as an example" is divided into two parts which are closely mutually linked. The first, theoretical part, describes the history and evolution of product packages from their early beginnings up to the present. Packages initially mostly fulfilled their original protection function which aimed to safely transport various goods and to preserve the quality of food. Today, the operational range of wrappings, or packages so to speak, increased and a new term, packaging, is being used to represent all its aspects. While retaining high protection standards, packaging must also serve as a tool for promotion and differentiation. With regard to the importance of this phenomenon for contemporary marketing, I added an analysis of the term and its inclusion into the marketing mix, which serves as a summary of the basic marketing principles, to the first part of the bachelor thesis. The second part focuses on the demonstration of complexity and importance of packaging in practice as a full-valued marketing tool.
