Lattice ordered group has been developed by J.Vimala. After that J. Arockia Reeta and J. Vimala introduced Lattice ordered fuzzy soft groups(-FSG) and obtained real life applications. In this present work, we have attained some results on -FSGs under the operations of bounded sum and bounded difference

Science and Knowledge as a Tool of Subjugation: Perspectives of European Colonialism in India

The development of science as an integral part of society is evolutionary and goes hand in hand with the prosperity of the human intellect, resources available and the freedom accorded the society to think and prosper. India’s scientific heritage had reached its pinnacle in its own perspectives that are difficult to compare with western philosophy and thinking. The underpinning of India-centric eastern philosophies that knowledge i.e. truth can be approached by diverse means had epistemologically led to the evolutionof wide array of methodologies and inculcation of multidisciplinary learning processes in India’s indigenous education system. Hence science has historically been an inevitable aspect of India’s education curriculum since the ancient and medieval periods. Though the Islamic invasions and European colonisation of the Indian sub-continent during the medieval period were resisted, they had caused tantrums in the regular and active functioning of society and had therefore disrupted societal components such as education, economy and trade, culture, polity, agriculture, taxation system, etc. as there had been various external factors and tools such as colonisation, imperialism, mercantilism, exploitation, monopolistic trade, loot, slavery, inquisitions, violence, genocide, etc. that influenced the internal affairs thereby causing subjugation of the Indian minds. The pursuit of science and technology as a tool with an unethical intention to subjugate the Indian sub-continent and its polity has been explored in this paper. The introduction of the telegraph, railways and steam ships as a means of faster communication and transportation for militaristic, political and trade purposes proves that scientific superiority wasalso a means of subjugation by the European colonial powers, particularly the British. The paper also explores how the distortion of history, unethical misappropriation of India’s knowledge systems and dismantling of indigenous education concepts and structures such as gurukulas and patshalas by cutting off rural financial mechanisms through the adverse taxation system and the introductionof urban-based western education system had ultimately led to the subjugation of India’s national conscience

The present investigation involves antimicrobial and phytochemical evaluation of Cissus quadrangularis L. The antibacterial activity of Cissus quadrangularis was performed using disk diffusion method. The Results of study proved prompt efficacy of herbal extract against S. aureus and E. coli. The concentration dependent antibacterial activity of extract was observed against both organisms. Study also involves phytochemical investigation of herbal extract using HPTLC, IR and UV-Visible spectrophotometer. The result of study indicated that the methanolic extract possessed most potent antibacterial activity as compared to other extract. The antibacterial activity increases with the concentration and results indicated that the diameters of zone inhibition of the extract were comparable with the standard drug. The antimicrobial potential of plant extract may be attributed to the presence of specific phytoconstituents

The potential for conflict exists in all establishments and organizations employing and dependent upon human resources. Whenever an industrial dispute occurs, both management and workers try to pressurize each other to accept their views. The management may resort to measures like lock-outs whereas the workers may counter with strikes, gheraos etc. Though multiple causes can be cited that not only cause turmoil in the industry leading to a loss in production and profits but also affect the trust between the management and workers. This cannot or should not be overlooked. The employer expects profits on the financial investment made whereas the workforces nurture their own expectations. Numerous factors can be identified to be the root cause leading to the disputes and can be classified under various headings. The building of a strong nation is dependent upon a strong economy and to achieve this, an analysis of the basic cause has to be taken into account. Organizations are therefore required to adopt a strategy to curb this conflict at the initial stage. The objective of the present paper is to discuss the various causes of industrial disputes with special reference of Maruti Suzuki India. Cause of the dispute can be one or other but it affects not only the growth of the industry but workers and the economy adversely

Bird’s diversity important for endangered ecosystems because birds are good indicator species and their presence could give clues about the overall health of these systems. In the present study richness, abundance, and flight period of birds have been revealed in the tropical ecosystem of Narmada Valley in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The avian diversity of Narmada Valley and its surrounding areas at Jabalpur district was studied for a period of two years during January 2015 to December 2015. This area inhabits many residential and migratory bird species. In the present survey reported 86 species of birds belonging to 35 families and 13 orders out of which 65 species were prominent resident species of the study area. The great variety of different types of plants, availability of food in different seasons, agricultural land, water availability in surrounding areas were favorable conditions for birds to nesting and survival in this area. The study determines various species of birds which will help in preparing a list for the evaluation and comparison of possible changes regarding the bird fauna in the future and provide measures for their conservation
