    Waves of infinity in the goblet of the imagination

    The article was submitted on 23.05.2016.In this article, the poetic worlds of Fyodor Tyutchev and William Blake are analysed in terms of their comprehension of infinity. Both of them combine their notion of infinity with an understanding that the divine is manifested in the tangible world. The article demonstrates that Tyutchev talks about two infinities – the daily one, which establishes the divine unity of existence, and the nightly one, which leads everything into chaos. They can be easily recognised as the actual and potential infinities in the philosophy of Aristotle. Blake recognises infinity as the procedural deployment of the Universe and, at the same time, as the divine foundation of everything: this allows all things to be part of unified universal space. For him, the infinite and eternal essence of each thing (taking into account that everything is infinite and eternal at every point in space and time) fills things with their inner light and allows them to witness God. The opportunity to perceive nature like this is given by the loving heart and a vivid imagination, but is closed to both human and universal reason. The infinity perceived by reason is just a dark void, which closes worlds and separates them from each other.Анализируются поэтические миры Федора Тютчева и Уильяма Блейка с точки зрения их понимания бесконечности. Оба поэта связывают свое понятие бесконечности с тем, как Божественное проявляется в материальном мире. Показано, что Ф. Тютчев говорит о двух бесконечностях – дневной, которая манифестирует Божественное единство бытия, и ночной, которая ведет все к хаосу. Они вполне соответствуют понятиям актуальной и потенциальной бесконечности в философии Аристотеля. У. Блейк понимает бесконечность как процессуальное развертывание Вселенной и в то же время как Божественную основу всего. Это позволяет всем вещам быть частью единого вселенского пространства. Для него бесконечная и вечная сущность каждой вещи (учитывая, что все оказывается бесконечным и вечным в каждой точке пространства и времени) заполняет все своим внутренним светом и позволяет им свидетельствовать о Боге. Это дает возможность воспринимать природу так, как это дано любящему сердцу и живому воображению, но такое восприятие закрыто для разума, будь он человеческий или вселенский. Бесконечность воспринимается разумом лишь как темная пустота, которая закрывает миры и отделяет их друг от друга

    The teaching experience of former systems of education is now enticing the attention not only of some specialists but also from practicing teachers of different levels, and their findings can be used by educators involved in the practical work at schools and universities. In this chapter, the significance of the Aristotle’s approach to education is discussed. Four aspects of his approach are specifically investigated: (1) the integrity of knowledge, (2) wonder as the beginning of knowledge, (3) oral communication as a specific way of creating knowledge, and (4) knowledge as a necessary element of way of life. While nowadays, the individuality is the primary value, and the accessibility of information is becoming almost absolute, these points of the Aristotle’s way of teaching are becoming crucial

    THE ANALYSIS OF THE SICKNESS RATE AMONG THE CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS OF THE IRKUTSK REGION (BY EXAMPLE OF THE TAISHET DISTRICT)

    There is represented the analysis of the sickness rate among the children and adolescents on the typical areas of the Irkutsk region during 2003-2011 (by example of the Taishet district). We have established that the sickness rate of the Taishet district is typical for every south-west area, however significantly lower than in industrial centers of the Irkutsk region. Children and adolescents of the whole Irkutsk region as well as the Taishet district distinguish themselves by the increase of the sickness rate of respiratory diseases (the growth rate over the period of the analysis ranges from 18 to 117 %). There are calculated the values of the comparative risk of the priority types of diseases for industrial centers: respiratory diseases (for children RR = 1,4 (р < 0,05), for adolescents RR = 1,22 (р < 0,05)); injuries, poisonings and accidents (1,8 (р < 0,05) for both age groups)

    Dystrophy of the Sense of Incomprehension and its Consequences

    The problem under investigation directly relates to a radically new social situation – the possibility to immediately get any information, which has drastically changed the process of education. This situation has superimposed some previous tendencies, particularly the simplification of tasks and diminishing of challenging conditions of education from the very beginning, which leads to diminishing the joy of learning and efforts to overcome difficulties. The trend towards early specialization plays the same role, because in reality it usually only leads to the exclusion of some subjects. Special attention is given to the distinction between information and knowledge. The crucial difference is between “obtaining knowledge” and “being informed”. Generally speaking, in the first case, a person has to construct an integrated picture of the fragment of reality with different links and relationships between parts of this picture. In the second case, the bits of information are added to something already known without endeavor to continue any further work to understand the subject on a deeper level. In relation to the process of comprehension, this means that in the first case we move from the surface level to the deeper one, while in the second case we are left on the surface level. Short-term memory is used instead of long-term memory. Also, the changed ratio between oral and written communication is analyzed. Due to the habitual practice of communication using electronic devices, the predominantly oral verbal dialogues are replaced with written ones. Therefore, the connection between actors of communication becomes 1) stretched and more muddled due to the mediation of written text, and 2) much narrower, because it lacks additional hints usual for oral communication. The integral result of such education expresses itself in a certain quality of personality that can be described as “the acquired dystrophy of the sense of incomprehension.” It has extremely significant negative consequences related to the formation of a free personality, for social life, and for genuine professional education

    The influence of fluorine and its compounds on people’s health (literature review)

    The objective of this article is to analyse fluorine’s toxic effect on the health of children s population and population in general. Here are summarized the up-to-date data about the influence of natural and anthropogenic fluorine and its compounds on the health of different population groups. The researches conducted in zones of placement of aluminum productions in the Russian Federation, showed that priority specific polluting substances in the exhibited territory are compounds of the fluorine which average annual concentration make in atmospheric air of 6,2-1,4 maximum concentration limits, in the soil of 5,9-11 maximum concentration limits. The coefficient of danger of gaseous fluorine made (QH) = 1,1, risk of pathology of bone and muscular system (IH) = 1,9. It is established that compounds of fluorine get through a placenta, collect in an organism of a fruit and have toxic effect during the post-embryonic period, causing blood supply deterioration, braking of cell fission of a plate of growth of bones, easing of functional activity osteoclasts and osteoblasts, result of that is delay of growth of bones both in length, and thickness. The average levels of fluorine in biosubstrata of children living in industrial centers, above the reference sizes offered in documents of WHO. The analysis of joint action of factors of environment (lack of iodine and fluoric pollution) showed that excess intake of fluorine in an organism is one of the reasons of increase in a thyroid gland at children Thus, regardless of ways of receipt and/or influence conditions, fluorine, getting to a human body, makes toxic impact on the whole complex of bodies and systems, including cardiorespiratory, neuroendocrine, bone and muscular systems. Studying of influence of fluorine and its connections on health of the population is the important task, allowing to plan ways of prevention and correction of negative impact. Analysis of new results of researches allowed to reveal the direction of future explorations

The theory of resistence of wear of the laser based an analisis strengthening of interection of atoms complex particles of the powder and detail we showed the influence of the speed of ray and diameter of stain of the laser. The theory and experiments of BNTU (Minsk) showed satisfactorily agreement for the system Fe-Cr-B-Si.
