    Tato bakalářská práce má čtenáře seznámit s problematikou ejektorů. Tyto stroje patří do skupiny proudových čerpadel, jejichž představení je věnována úvodní část. V další části následuje představení a charakteristika ejektorů, vliv konstrukce na jejich funkci a charakteristika ejektorů podle různých kombinací kapalin a plynů jako hnacího a hnaného média. Nejrozsáhlejší část tvoří rešerše širokého využití různých ejektorů v průmyslu, zdravotnictví a dalších oblastech lidského života. V závěru této práce jsou nastíněny výpočetní vztahy pro návrh ejektorů, kde je hlavním problémem jejich účinnost.This bachelor’s thesis deals with the area of ejectors. These machines are included in a group of a jet pumps, introduced in the first part of thesis. In the next part is an introduction of ejectors, their principal, characteristic, its design and function and differences of using gas and liquid in different combinations of driving or drifting medium. The most extensive part is about utilization in industry, medical care and other parts of life. In concluding part are some equations and laws using in design of ejectors. The biggest problem is their efficiency.

Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na výrobu demonstračního panelu, na kterém můžeme vidět principy zapínání světlometů.The aim of this thesis is to analyze the issue of the system of daytime running lights which is the integral part of the automotive industry and plays an important role in a road safety. The first and the second chapter is devoted to a daytime running headlights resources which are implemented by the headlights and the daytime running lamps. The third chapter describes the automatic and the manual switching on of the side lights.     Remotely Controlled Diffusion from Magnetic Liposome Microgels

    The reversible, temperature-dependent change in the permeability of a phospholipid bilayer has been used for controlling the diffusion rate of encapsulated molecular payload from liposomes. Liposomes were preloaded with a fluorescent dye and immobilized in calcium alginate hydrogel microparticles that also contained iron oxide nanoparticles. The composite microparticles were produced by a drop-on-demand inkjet method. The ability of iron oxide nanoparticles to locally dissipate heat upon exposure to a radio-frequency (RF) alternating magnetic field was used to control the local temperature and therefore diffusion from the liposomes in a contactless way using an RF coil. Several different release patterns were realized, including repeated on-demand release. The internal structure of the composite alginate–liposome–magnetite microparticles was investigated, and the influence of microparticle concentration on the heating rate was determined. In order to achieve a temperature rise required for the liposome membrane melting, the concentration of alginate beads should be at least 25% of their maximum packing density for the nanoparticle concentration and specific absorption rate used

    Import 03/11/2016Cílem této práce je ukázat aplikaci vícečipové led diody v hlavním světlometu pro hlavní funkce potkávací a dálkové. Práce je členěná do několika kapitol. Druhá až pátá kapitola se věnuje rešerši základní teorie o led diodách. Další kapitoly se zabývají konstrukcí projektorové jednotky s led diodou, kde jsou ukázány optické výstupy z jednotky a celková konstrukce všech dílů. Na závěr porovnáváme mini projektor s xenonovým a halogenovým projektorem.The aim of this thesis is to show the application of multichip led diode in the headlamps for the main function especially for low beam and high beam function. This thesis is divided into several chapters. Chapters two to five deal with the basic theory of the led diodes. The next chapter is focused on the projector construction unit with multichip led diode where are presented optical outputs from projector unit and all construction parts.     Development of "in vitro-in vivo" correlation/relationship modeling approaches for immediate release formulations using compartmental dynamic dissolution data from "Golem" : a novel apparatus

    Different batches of atorvastatin, represented by two immediate release formulation designs, were studied using a novel dynamic dissolution apparatus, simulating stomach and small intestine. A universal dissolution method was employed which simulated the physiology of human gastrointestinal tract, including the precise chyme transit behavior and biorelevant conditions. The multicompartmental dissolution data allowed direct observation and qualitative discrimination of the differences resulting from highly pH dependent dissolution behavior of the tested batches. Further evaluation of results was performed using IVIVC/IVIVR development. While satisfactory correlation could not be achieved using a conventional deconvolution based-model, promising results were obtained through the use of a nonconventional approach exploiting the complex compartmental dissolution data

    Factors Affecting the Content of Ergosterol and Zearalenone in Selected Grass Species at the End of the Growing Season

    The objective of the study was to assess the safety of forage prepared from selected grass species by means of the analysis of ergosterol and zearalenone. Graminaceous plants studied at the end of their growing season were Festulolium, Dactylis glomerata and Arrhenatherum elatius. Other indicators assessed were the content of ergosterol and zearalenone during the autumn and the intensity of grassland use in the summer season as related to the studied contents of metabolites. Grasslands were harvested either in October, November or December. The secondary metabolites were analyzed by means of high performance liquid chromatography. At the end of the growing season, the ergosterol content was the lowest in the Festulolium forage (110.04 mg kg-1), the highest contents were observed in the Dactylis glomerata and Arrhenatherum elatius forages (145.73 mg kg-1 and 139.55 mg kg-1, respectively). The safety of Festulolium was also corroborated by the low zearalenone content (0.357 mg kg-1). On the other hand, the high ergosterol content in Arrhenatherum elatius was combined with a high content of zearalenone (1.554 mg kg-1). Although Dactylis glomerata exhibited an ergosterol content comparable with that of Arrhenatherum elatius forage, its zearalenone content was comparable to the Festulolium forage. Among the three species under study we found a significant difference (P P -1). The higher (P -1) was caused by the Arrhenatherum elatius forage. Moreover, the contents of ergosterol and zearalenone were affected (P < 0.01) also by the number of cuts in summer. The higher ergosterol content indicated a higher forage infestation by fungi and the inherent risk of the occurrence of mycotoxins. However, the high ergosterol content not always correlated with the high content of zearalenone. When cattle is grazing in winter, a higher occurrence of mycotoxins in the feed may be expected and the related damage to animal metabolism may increase the number of diseased animals with consequent impact on animal production, performance and health and animal husbandry economics
