Third, To know the effort that can be done to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of roadside parking levies generally based on Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2009 in the District Handsome Pekanbaru.This study is a kind of sociological research or empirical jurisdiction. Location of the study is the Regional District of Handsome Pekanbaru. Source of data, supported by the primary data source, secondary data sources, data source tartier, while the data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires and library studies. After the data collected was then analyzed qualitatively using the deductive method to analyze the problems of a general nature and is then drawn to a conclusion in particular based on existing theory.From the research problem there are three things that can be inferred, first implementation of curbside parking fees in general, based on Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2009 in the subdistrict of Pekanbaru City Handsome not performing as it should be because of the lack of socialization of the local government to arkir officers and lack of coordination between government the field coordinator. This is because of the barriers faced by local governments. Both the obstacles faced in the implementation of roadside parking levies common in Pekanbaru City Regional District of Handsome operational shortage of officers involved in the supervision and inspection of the field to the parking attendant who sometimes banyaak parking attendant who do not have official permission to carry out their duties

    The soil that classified as CL-ML soil have range of plasticity index around 4% s/d 7%, and liquid limit with range 12% s/d 30% according to the Casagrande Plasticity graph, this soil condition is very susceptible to the addition of water content so that cause soil at winter season being easily melted as a porridge and cracked as of existed at retrieval specimen location at dry season. This retrieval specimen location located at Government Office of Pekanbaru Area, Indonesia. This situation being problem if there is construction work above it such as road construction. Soil restoration is necessary for stabilizing soil. In this case used stabilizing soil chemically. Ihis research focuses to cycle process of wet-dry toward soil mechanical characterize effect that stabilized by cement. This research result showed that value of unconfined compressive strength toward wet-dry cycle have different values. Cement addition to CL-ML soil get very significant increasing of unconfined compressive strength. Highest increasing unconfined compressive strength is on 7 days curing, 3x 24 hours, drying second cycle about 1.636,51 kPa, this thing caused by cement that contained in 7 days cured soil reacted and turned into paste dan eventually cement that contained in soil start hardened, so that is able to increasing unconfined compressive strength value high enough

    Leuser National Park is a conservation area with saved abundant natural resources. The existence provide benefits for people living around. Where the community can utilize its natural wealth in order to meet the day-to-day life. This study aims to determine what types of forest products used by local communities and model/patern of interaction in their utilization. The method used combination of Documentation Study and Direct Methods with interview techniques and field observations. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to obtain representation of each desired goal. The results of this study indicated that forest products which used by the community around the Mount Leuser National Park were water, glugur acid (Garcinia atroviridis), sago palm leaves (Metroxylon sagu), kacer bird (Copsychus saularis), jurung fish (Tor soro), setekep plant (Elatostema umbellatum), tiga urat plant (Melastoma malabathricum), wood and firewood.     Investigating the Image of Japanese Food on Intention of Behavior: Indonesian Intention to Visit Japan

    Country-of-Origin Image (COI) has been recognized as a possible factor to influence the image of product especially toward international products. COI occurred due to the consumers behavior which uses the nation image on some international products to consider the quality before they build a bearing on the products. The better the countrys image in some products, the greater influence and impact will be given to their products image. Many previous studies have been done on COI toward foreign products, focused on the intention behavior. The intention behavior in this study is including a purchase intention or intention to try a product. However, research about its impact in the term of tourism is limited. Moreover, the use of international food as an object is limited as well. This study addressed an insight of tourism impact about Indonesian intention to visit Japan which influenced by image of Japanese food, which given by countrys image (Japan). The results showed that the image of Japanese food perceived after they consumed it, significantly influence an intention to visit Japan. Therefore, marketing and promotions of a countries as one entity should focus to use their traditional food (international product for other people from other countries) to promote their country as tourism destination.     Analisa Performance Mesin Screw Press Menggunakan Metoda Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Studi Kasus: PTPN V Sei Pagar)

    The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is one of the methods of maintenance activities, which aim to preserve and maintain the quality of the equipment or machinery. The OEE in maintenance activities may include measuring the level of availability, level of performance, and level of quality of the machines to produce a product. This research aims to analyze the performance of machine using OEE method (case study: the machine screw press in PTPN V Sei Pagar). The research was carried out on screw press machine in the PTPN V Sei Pagar. The company is engaged in palm oil processing industry that produces crude palm oil and kernel. The research method used the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach to analyze the value of OEE based on the Statistic Software of SPSS 21. Analysis result over a period of eight weeks of OEE values were obtained on a screw press,which was 47.3%. The OEE values of the screw press machine were still below the standard of OEE\u27s world class, which was over 85.4%. Based on analyzing of the value of six big losses that was known as the affecting factor of the low value of the OEE on the screw press machine, that was found the very significant losses on the set up and adjustment losses. The value of OEE on the set up and adjustment losses of the screw press was 45.6%. Using cause and effect diagram was obtained the root causes of the low value of OEE due to very high the schedule of stand by the machine. By using SPSS 21 software proved that each of six big losses factors have a relationship and affect the value of OEE with significant value under 0.05

    ANALISA PENGARUH KEMIRINGAN SUDUT SCREW EXTRUDER PADA PROSES PEMBUATAN FILAMENT 3D PRINTER PADA MESIN EKSTRUSI SINGLE SCREW

    The purpose of this research is to calculate the effect of the screw extruder angle on the results of 3-dimensional printer filaments that are printed using a single screw extrusion machine. The machine parameters used in this study were: pull speed 16 rpm, extrusion speed 28 rpm, extrusion mold diameter of 2 mm, and temperature of 180oC. The material used is recycled HDPE plastic. While the tilt angle of the screw in the research conducted by providing 5 variants of the angle of inclination (0o, 10o, 15o, 20o, 25o) where the diameter of the screw shaft used is the same. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression method. Where the results obtained were: 1) the smallest filament diameter was 0.9 mm when using a screw with an angle of 0o, and 2) the highest diameter was 1.86 mm when using a screw with an angle of 25º. The conclusion obtained is that the tilt angle of the helical screw affects the results of recycled HDPE plastic extrusions, where the effect of the screw angle tilt is directly proportional to the filament diameter. In other words, with the addition of the tilt angle of the screw, the diameter of the resulting filament will also increase. In addition, based on the results of measuring the diameter of the filament, the conclusion that can be drawn is that with the increase in the diameter of the extrusion result, the outflow obtained will also be greater. ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemiringan sudut screw extruder pada hasil pembuatan filament 3d printer menggunakan mesin ekstrusi single screw. Kemiringan sudut screw pada penelitian ini dibuat dengan 5 variasi kemiringan (90º, 10º, 15º, 20º, 25º) dengan dimensi screw yang sama. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa parameter pada mesin ekstrusi dengan kecepatan ekstrusi 28 rpm, kecepatan penarik 16 rpm, diameter cetakan 2 mm dan temperature heater 180ºC dengan bahan plastic recycle HDPE. Data hasil pengujian dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana. Hasil pengujian mendapatkan nilai diameter filament paling kecil 0.9 mm pada sudut kemiringan screw 0º dan yang paling besar nilai diameter filament yaitu 1.86 mm pada kemiringan sudut screw 25º. Dari data hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kemiringan sudut helix screw pada proses ekstrusi plastic recycle HDPE, semakin besar sudut kemiringan maka semakin besar diameter filament yang dihasilkan dan dari hasil peengukuran diameter filament dapat disimpulkan semakin besar diameter yang dihasilkan semakin besar nilai outflow yang dihasilkan.   Kata Kunci : Screw, Plastic Recycle HDPE, Sudut Helix, Diameter,    Rpm, Temperature, Regresi Linear Sederhana   &nbsp

    An Open-Label, Noncomparative, Multicenter Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of NASHA/Dx Gel as a Bulking Agent for the Treatment of Fecal Incontinence

    Fecal incontinence (FI) is the involuntary loss of rectal contents through the anal canal. Reports of its prevalence vary from 1–21%. Studies, have demonstrated a positive effect on FI symptoms with injectable bulking agents. This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of NASHA/Dx gel in the treatment of FI. One hundred fifteen eligible patients suffering from FI received 4 injections of 1 mL NASHA/Dx gel. Primary efficacy was based on data from 86 patients that completed the study. This study demonstrated a ≥50% reduction from baseline in the number of FI episodes in 57.1% of patients at 6 months, and 64.0% at 12 months. Significant improvements (P < .001) were also noted in total number of both solid and loose FI episodes, FI free days, CCFIS, and FIQL scores in all 4 domains. The majority of the treatment related AEs (94.9%) were mild or moderate intensity, and (98.7%) of AEs resolved spontaneously, or following treatment, without sequelae. Results of this study indicate NASHA/Dx gel was efficacious in the treatment of FI. Treatment effect was significant both in reduction of number of FI episodes and disease specific quality of life at 6 months and lasted up to 12 months after treatment
