МЕТОДОЛОГІЯ АУДИТОРСЬКОЇ ОЦІНКИ СИСТЕМИ ВНУТРІШНЬОКОРПОРАТИВНОГО КОНТРОЛЮ

 It is substantiated and proposed in the article the methodology of audit assessment system of quality state of intercompany control, its components and the tools of practical use. It is presented the basic parametric model and the corresponding test questionnaire designed to establish the reliability level of the system of internal corporate controls of client-companies and the risk of its inefficiency. The logic of constructing a parametric model for testing: the intercompany corporate control system (ICCS) in the author's representation is to perform the following consecutive steps: to set the direction of testing in accordance with the system approach; to define the evaluation elements of the ICCS; to support the relevant areas of testing; to establish the relationship of certain valuation elements of the system of internal corporate control with the relevant components of the COSO ERM model; to determine the testing parameters of the ICCS as detailed components of the relevant assessment elements, taking into account the risk-oriented nature of the components of the COSO ERM model. It is substantiated that the directions of evaluation (testing) of the intercompany control system in the process of external audit are four aspects of the manifestation and existence of this system: structural, functional, sociopsychological, and informational. The sequence of stages of the assessment of the system of intercompany corporate control is determined by the following logic: determination of the reference state - testing and identification of the actual state of the parameters - identification of the actual level of reliability of the system of intercompany corporate control and its level of risk of inefficiency. The result of the evaluation of ICCS will be a certain amount of points - an integrated sum according to the specific indicators for the relevant parameters, based on their significance and degree of manifestation. The proposed methodological principles and methodology for carrying out an audit of the ICCS provide an indication of the risk of its ineffectiveness for the subsequent determination of the impact on the size of the risk of non-detection of distortions, the nature, timing and volume of external audit procedures.В статье обоснована и предложена методология аудиторской оценки качественного состояния системы внутрикорпоративного контроля, ее составляющие и инструменты практического применения. Представлена базовая параметрическая модель и соответствующая ей тестовая анкета, предназначенная для установления надежности системы внутрикорпоративного контроля компаний-клиентов и риска ее неэффективности.У статті обґрунтовано та запропоновано методологію аудиторської оцінки якісного стану системи внутрішньокорпоративного контролю, її складові та інструменти практичного застосування. Надано базову параметричну модель та відповідну їй тестову анкету, що призначено для встановлення рівня надійності системи внутрішньокорпоративного контролю компаній-клієнтів та ризику її неефективності. Логіка побудови параметричної моделі тестування системи внутрішньокорпоративного контролю (СВКК) у авторському поданні полягає у виконанні таких послідовних кроків: встановлення напрямів тестування відповідно до системного підходу; визначення оцінних елементів СВКК, що підтримують відповідні напрями тестування; встановлення взаємозв’язку визначених оцінних елементів системи внутрішньокорпоративного контролю з відповідними компонентами Моделі COSO ERM; визначення параметрів тестування СВКК як деталізованих складових відповідних оцінних елементів з урахуванням ризик-орієнтованого характеру компонентів Моделі COSO ERM. Обґрунтовано, що напрямами оцінювання (тестування) системи внутрішньокорпоративного контролю у процесі зовнішнього аудиту є чотири аспекти прояву та існування цієї системи: структурний, функціональний, соціопсихологічний, інформаційний. Послідовність етапів оцінювання системи внутрішньокорпоративного контролю визначено за такою логікою: визначення еталонного стану – тестування та ідентифікація фактичного стану параметрів – ідентифікація фактичного рівня надійності системи внутрішньокорпоративного контролю та відповідного йому рівня ризику неефективності. Результатом оцінювання СВКК виступатиме певна сума балів –  інтегрована сума за конкретними показниками щодо відповідних параметрів, виходячи із їх значущості та міри прояву. Запропоновані методологічні засади та методика здійснення аудиторської оцінки СВКК забезпечують індикацію ризику її неефективності для наступного визначення впливу на розмір ризику невиявлення викривлень, характеру, часу і об’єму зовнішніх аудиторських процедур

Corporate culture and its existential meaning

Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем екзистенціонального смислу корпоративної культури, зокрема загрози збереження екзистенціальної особистості в умовах зростаючих процесів відчуженості. Мету публікації визначено як з’ясування комунікативного повороту корпоративної культури, що сприяє формуванню нового суб’єкта комунікативного простору корпорації, налагодженню симетричної комунікації та виходу із духовної кризи сучасного суспільства.Автора цікавить комунікативний поворот корпоративної культури, що сприяє налагодженню симетричної комунікації та виходу із духовної кризи. Відзначається, що комунікативний аспект корпоративної культури, яка, утворюючи мережу вертикальних та горизонтальних зв’язків, перетворюється на інтеркультурну комунікацію. Наголошено, що саме комунікативний поворот у дослідженні корпоративної культури надає імпульси оновленню, налагодженню симетричної комунікації та подоланню зон нерозуміння. Автором відзначено, що процеси глобалізації, корпоратизація суспільства, мультикультуралізм багато в чому стали причиною духовної кризи європейської культури. The purpose of the publication is to define the communicative turn of corporate culture that promotes the creation of a new subject of the communication space of a corporation, establishing symmetrical communication and overcoming the spiritual crisis of the modern society.The author points out that the communicative aspect of corporate culture, creating a network of vertical and horizontal connections, turns into intercultural communication. It is emphasized that this communicative turn in the study of corporate culture provides stimuli to symmetrical communication renewal and establishment as well as overcoming the areas of misunderstanding. The author states that the processes of globalization, corporatization of the society and multiculturalism have caused the spiritual crisis of European culture. At the same time the possibility of overcoming spiritual crisis within corporate culture is emphasized, as it reveals the capacity for transformation and convergence of humane forms.The author comes to the conclusion that philosophical­anthropological approach to corporate culture problems leads to further research which will enable to detect the human potential meeting the needs of modern mobile and active society

The vertex coordinates of the Galaxy's stellar systems according to the Gaia DR3 catalogue

We present the results of determining the coordinates of the vertices of various stellar systems, the centroids of which are located in the Galactic plane. To do this, the positions, parallaxes, proper motions, and radial velocities of red giants and subgiants contained in the $Gaia$~DR3 catalogue have been used. When determining the components of the deformation velocity tensors in local coordinate systems, we found the coordinates of the vertices of the stellar systems under study. It turned out that there is a complex dependence of vertex deviations $l_{xy}$ in Galactocentric cylindrical ($R, \theta$) and Galactic rectangular ($X,Y$) coordinates. Based on the approach proposed in this paper, heliocentric distances to vertices have been determined for the first time. The results obtained show that in addition to the fact that the angular coordinates of the Galactic center and the vertices of stellar systems do not coincide, their heliocentric distances do not coincide as well. This presumably indicates that there are structures in the Galaxy that noticeably affect its axisymmetry.Comment: 10 pages, 14 figures, 1 table

Differences of craniotype distribution and types of face among apparently healthy men from different regions of Ukraine

Established peculiarities of craniotype distribution and types of face in somatically healthy men depend on regional affiliation. In all regions of Ukraine, markedly greater brachycephaly percentage was found, indicating the trend towards brachycephalisation and prevalence of men with narrow and very narrow face, which confirms gracilisation. The study showed a small number of regional differences in the distribution of specific types of the skull and face, indicating that the population of Ukraine is very homogeneous in anthropological composition and none of the presented Ukrainian regional types is beyond anthropological type, common to people in general

Optimization of surgical-orthodontic treatment tactics in patients with impacted teeth

Introduction. Impacted teeth is complex anomaly of teeth eruption that requires a balanced approach not only in the differential diagnosis of its forms, but choice of rational methods of treatment. The aim of the study. Optimization of the tactics of orthodontic-surgical treatment of patients with impacted teeth based on the development and implementation of computed tomographic indices (KT) and photometric indices (FM) of opening of surgical access (OSA) to crowns of impacted teeth Objects and Methods of research. The results of treatment of 48 patients with delay of permanent teeth eruption have been analyzed. For an objective assessment of treatment results , a group of 24 (aged from 9 to 19 years old ) was formed. All 24 patients had typical clinical situation. Results. Orthodontic correction of patients envisaged, first of all, the elimination of obstacles in the way of teeth eruption, if necessary to provide space in dental arch and simultaneous treatment of associated bite malocclusions. Surgical exposure of impacted tooth crown was carried out and at the same time a triangular shaped guiding channel was formed, base of channel was at the impacted tooth and its angle finished into the dental arch. Precise dimensions and depth of the channel were preliminary planed on computed tomography slices with 3D reconstruction. Mean values of CT width (7,13±0,54mm), and length (6,42±0,78mm) of OSA and CT index (130,79±8,19%) of OSA to impacted teeth crowns were determined. Conclusion. To improve the quality of diagnosis and optimization of methodological approaches to treatment of patients with teeth impaction, we have proposed CT and FM OSA indices to the crowns of impacted teeth. The developed indices serve as specific reference points for optimization of diagnostic process, for reducing of probability of repeated surgical interventions and choosing the optimal path for instrumental orthodontic treatment of patients with impacted teeth

Distance learning: opportunities and challenges in quarantine.

The urgent introduction of distance education into the learning process due to the COVID-19 pandemic has become a spontaneous experiment, requiring urgent decisions, effective mechanisms to implement into the educational process and analysis of ongoing educational process. The possibilities of modern digital technologies made it possible to quickly set up the information component of education and to controle student’s knowledge. A detailed analysis of the communication between the faculty members of the department among themselves and analysis of the features of teaching and self-education of students in the field of medical radiology and oncology based on answers and comments with using Google classroom, Socrative, Messenger Telegram, etc. was made. Issues of communicative interaction between faculty members and students, psychological aspects of distance communication, language of instruction, logistics of distance education and methodological problems are described in details. It has been suggested that distance education may be equally effective for theoretical subjects in full-time study form, but when studying clinical disciplines, the priority should be given to traditional methods of teaching, involving student's bedside training. Taking into account technical possibilities and high risk of development of extreme and emergency situations, it is suggested to introduce permanent readiness for distance education, to create all – Ukrainian distance imitation service of patients’ follow-up. The importance of using the state language in training as the basis for mastering the professional Ukrainian and English language as the basis for mastering international medical experience is indicated
