    All-to-all connected networks by multi-frequency excitation of polaritons

    We analyze theoretically a network of all-to-all coupled polariton modes, realized by a trapped polariton condensate excited by a comb of different frequencies. In the low-density regime the system dynamically finds a state with maximal gain defined by the average intensities (weights) of the excitation beams, analogous to active mode locking in lasers, and thus solves a maximum eigenvalue problem set by the matrix of weights.     Pencarian informasi yang relevan dari suatu kumpulan informasi memerlukanproses stemming. Stemming adalah proses menggabungkan atau memecahkansetiap varian-varian morfologi suatu kata menjadi kata dasar. Berdasarkanstruktur dasar morfologi kata, stemming Porter terlihat cocok untukmelakukan pencarian kata dasar pada dokumen berbahasa Indonesia. Untukkebutuhan tersebut dibuatlah aplikasi untuk mencari kumpulan kata dasaryang sesuai dalam Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) dari dokumenberbahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode stemming Porter.Implementasi aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Php(Hypertext Preprocessor) dan basis data server MySql (My Structure QueryLanguage). Dalam program terdapat 5 tahapan stemming Porter untukmenghapus imbuhan pada kata. Pengujian dilakukan pada 20 artikel dokumenProsiding Kommit 2012 untuk menilai keberhasilan aplikasi dalam mencarikumpulan kata dasar. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian tersebut adalahaplikasi dapat beroperasi dengan baik dalam mencari kumpulan kata dasarbahasa Indonesia

    Abstract The objectives of this research were to know the diameter and hatching rate of eggs, development rate of embryos, and survival rate of larvae of three subspecies of giant gouramy. Design experiment used in this study was completely randomized design (CRD). Eggs were incubated at 29°C and larvae were reared at the same temperature until post larvae stage (most of the yolk sac completely absorbed). The results showed that there was no significant difference among subspecies (rt=5%). The average diameter of the eggs were 2.61. 2.47. and 2.39 mm for bule. bastar. and bluesafir, respectively. The highest hatching rate was reached by eggs of bluesafir, followed by bastar and bule. In addition, survival rates of larvae were 93.80%, 91.60%, and 84.20% for bule. bastar, and bluesafir, respectively. The highest specific length growth rate reached by bluesafir (7.4% per day) followed by bastar (6.80% per day) and bule (5.72% per day). The highest specific weight growth rate was reached by bule (6.85% per day) followed by bluesafir (6.65% per day) and bastar (5.37% per day). Key words Bastar, Bluesafir, Bute.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh: latar belakang pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kierja karyawan account officer (AO) Bank BRI Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah keseluruhan karyawan account officer (AO) Bank BRI Sumatera berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan total sampling dimana responden yang kurang dari 100 maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert yang telah diuji kesahihan dan kehandalannya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji t dan uji f. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t latar belakang pendidikan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, uji t pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan uji f pengaruh bersama-sama positif dan signifikan antara latar belakang pendidikan dan pelaihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 32,90% dan sisanya sebesar 67,10% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk kedalam model penelitian

    This study aims to examine the impact of new media and supply chain knowledge management on community economy in Indonesia. This quantitative research method is distributed questionnaires to 157 respondents from retail sector in Indonesian. Based on dimensions of new media literacy, the strongest dimension is visualization with the highest average value of 3.40. Visualization enhances entrepreneur innovation in supply chain knowledge management. The results of this study indicate that new media literacy helps consumers on community economy in Indonesia

    Cellulose and TiO2–ZrO2 Nanocomposite as a Catalyst for Glucose Conversion to 5-EMF

    This work demonstrated the use of green material catalysts, produced from Sengon sawdust waste, to obtain nanocellulose biopolymers. The green material catalysts were utilized as catalysts support of TiO2−ZrO2 binary oxide in the form of nanocomposite materials with superior synergistic properties. The isolation of nanocellulose was achieved using a hydrolysis method with a yield of 63.40%. The TiO2 and ZrO2 nanoparticles have average particle sizes of around 25 and 15 nm, respectively, and the binary oxides of TiO2–ZrO2 pretained an average particle size of 30 nm were used. Furthermore, the nanocellulose combined with the TiO2−ZrO2 binary oxide had formed a cellulose/TiO2−ZrO2 nanocomposite with an average particle size of 30 nm. This indicates that the supporting nanocellulose can stabilize the nanoparticles and avoid aggregation. Moreover, the nanocomposites can be used as a catalyst for the conversion of glucose to 5-ethoxymethylfurfural (5-EMF). The catalytic activity increased with the nanoparticle effect obtained ZrO2, TiO2, TiO2-ZrO2, and cellulose and TiO2-ZrO2 nanocomposite, in 15.50%, 20.20%, 35.20%, and 45.50% yields, respectively. The best yield of 5-EMF was 45.50%, with reaction conditions of 1:1 TiO2–ZrO2 ratio, 4 h reaction time, and 160 °C reaction temperature. The use of nanocellulose biopolymer generated from Sengon sawdust waste in Indonesia provides a promising catalyst support material as an alternative green catalyst. In addition, the glucose carbohydrates can be converted to biofuel feedstocks in the development of a renewable alternative energy. Copyright © 2021 by Authors, Published by BCREC Group.
