PEMERIKSAAN JUMLAH SEL LEUKOSIT PADA PENDERITA TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI UPT KESEHATAN PARU MASYARAKAT DINAS KESEHATAN PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA

Tuberkulosis paru atau sering disebut TB paru merupakan suatu penyakit infeksi paru yang disebabkan oleh kuman mycobacterium tuberculosis yang ditularkan melalui udara. Salah satu pemeriksaan penunjang pada penderita TB paru adalah pemeriksaan jumlah sel Lekosit. Lekosit berfungsi dalam memerangi infeksi yang disebabkan oleh virus, bakteri, ataupun proses metabolik toksin. Pada penderita TB paru ditemukan sedikit peningkatan jumlah sel Lekosit yang disebut dengan istilah Leukositosis. Tujuan peneltiian ini untuk mengetahui jumlah sel Lekosit pada penderita Tuberkulosis paru di UPT Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Disain penelitian bersifat deskriftif cross sectional. Penulis ingin melakukan pemeriksaan jumlah sel Lekosit dengan menggunakan alat Auto Hematology Analyzer Mindray BC-300 Plus dengan sampel sebanyak 50 orang, bahan yang digunakan adalah darah dengan antikoagulan EDTA. Penelitian dilakukan di laboratorium UPT Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh Lekosit yang normal sebanyak 30 orang (60%), meningkat sebanyak 20 orang (40%)

Penerapan Kriptografi RSA dalam Mengamankan File Teks Berbasis PHP

- Along with the development of communication technology human needs in the use of technology are increasing, especially in data storage. One way to improve security for data is by using cryptographic methods. RSA Algorithm (Rivest Shamir Adleman) is one method in the branch of cryptography, where RSA is a type of asymmetric cryptography that uses 2 keys, namely public and private keys. The problem of increasing the security of the public key and private key in RSA (Rivest Shamir Adlema) is that the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) method is needed, LCG is used to generate a set of random numbers to n, where a set of random numbers will be taken that have a number value prime. One method for generating prime numbers is The Sieve Of Eratosthenes algorithm, The Sieve Of Eratosthenes algorithm is a classic algorithm for determining all prime numbers until the n-number is specified. The way the The Sieve Of Eratosthenes method works is to eliminate numbers that are not prime numbers, resulting in a collection of prime numbers. On automatic class insertion with overloading

But actual hierarchies all include overriden and overloaded properties that these algorithms handle either very partially or not at all. Partially handled means handled provided there is a separate given function f able to compare overloaded properties [DDHL95, GMM95].In this paper, we describe a new version of our algorithm (named Ares) which handles automatic class insertion more efficiently using such a function f. Although impossible to fully define, this function can be computed for a number of well defined cases of overloading and overriding. We give a classification of such cases and describe the computation process for a well-defined set of nontrivial cases.The algorithm preserves these important properties:- preservation of the maximal factorization of properties- preservation of the underlying structure (Galois lattice) of the input hierarchy- conservation of relevant classes of the input hierarchy with their properties

This research aim to analyze the impact of empirical utilization of information technology, the application of regions Financial Accounting System and application of the government accounting standards on the quality of regions financial reporting area in Riau province. Analysis method used in this research was multiple regression using SPSS Version 20. Population in this research is the all of Echelon III and IV Unit in the Riau provincial government amounting to 1063 people. Respondents of this research is some have maintained echelon III and IV in each SKPD (satuan kerja perangkat daerah) Riau Province. Echelon III and IV was chosen as respondents with the reason to look at managerial performance in the financial quality reporting area. Base Shear Struktur Beton Bertulang Yang Menggunakan Base Isolator Akibat Beban Gempa Dengan Menggunakan Etabs

The sudden release of energy within earth creates seismic waves on earth’s surface that is earthquake. This research was carried out using a base isolator type of HDR with  Certification Number MVBR-0516 (XO.3R) to reduce base shear, displacement and internal forces acting on the structure. This study uses time history analysis method with some earthquake loads in the form of acceleration acceleration. The objectives of the study were to determine the base shear of a reinforced concrete structure building using a base isolator and without using a base insulator. The results of this study indicate the use of base insulators reduces base shear by about 20% -67% and 14% -70.5% for earthquakes in the x direction to the east and west. PENGARUH STORE ATMOSPHERE TERHADAP REVISIT INTENTION YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH KEPUASAN PELANGGAN (Survey pada Konsumen Bioderm Clinic Padang)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Menganalisa pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan konsumen Bioderm Clinc Padang. 2). Menganalisa pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Revisit Intention konsumen Bioderm Clinic Padang. 3). Menganalisa pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap Revisit Intention yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Pelanggan konsumen Bioderm Clinc Padang. Data didapatkan dengan survei kuesioner. Analisis ini diuji menggunakan SmartPLS. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dengan uji hipotesis diketahui menunjukkan bahwa Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention. menyimpulkan bahwa ada efek mediasi parsial kepuasan pelanggan antara atmosfer pada niat untuk mengunjungi kembali toko.
