APPLICATION OF THE TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION MODEL OF LEARNING IN INCREASING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS' LEARNING MOTIVATION

This research was conducted to determine the increase in learning motivation and student responses to the application of the Team Assisted Individualisation learning model on elasticity material. This type of research is a pre-experiment research with One-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was taken with random sampling technique. The results of the data analysis of the learning motivation questionnaire after the application of the TAI learning model resulted in a very high category and an N-gain value of 0.45 which is in the medium category. This is evidenced by the results of the data analysis test using the t-test: Two-Sample Assuming Equal Variances with α = 0.05 assisted by Ms.Excel produces good results (P (T <=t)) 0.000 for one-tail and two-tail less than the value of α = 0.05. Based on the results of data analysis of student response questionnaires showed a percentage score of 87% in the very high category

Geoscience Literacy Profile of Junior High School Students

The purpose of this research is to find out the geoscience literacy profile of junior high school students in Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The test is done online through google form. The problem used in the test instrument is an adaptation of the TIMSS (Trends in Mathematics and Science Study) question in the Earth Science sub-discussion. The question instrument contains 10 points of multiple choice questions, and 3 items of description questions that are the result of the development of indicator slices of TIMSS (Trends in Mathematics and Science Study) 2019 and basic competency indicators of curriculum 2013. The study subjects were 85 respondents who were grade VIII students of State and Private Junior High in Surabaya. The results showed that the geoscience literacy capability profile of junior high school students in Surabaya with an average score of 58.2% is included in the low criteria, there are two indicators that have low achievement criteria, namely identifying or describing changes in the earth's surface, and the impact of geological events; and describe the process of hydrological cycles and know the sun as a source of energy for the hydrology cycle, sufficient achievement criteria, contained in the domain of cognitive knowing and reasoning. Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of digital learning based on Cambridge curriculum in class VII science learning at SMP Islam Al-Azhar 13 Surabaya in Surabaya. The background of this research is the explosion of information technology in the digital era that was utilized in the learning process. This research is a qualitative case study. Data collection techniques used are triangulation techniques which include interviews, observation, and document study. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman methods and then tested their validity by triangulation. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of Cambridge digital learning based cambridge curriculum in science learning at SMP Islam Al-Azhar 13 Surabaya in Surabaya as a whole has gone well with the support of the School and students. Keefektifan Model Pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Devision (STAD) Berbantuan Media Puzzle untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep IPA pada Siswa Kelas 4 SD Negeri 1 Prigi

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using the Student Teams Ahievement Division (STAD) learning model assisted by Puzzle media on understanding the concept of science in class IV students at SDN I Prigi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research design that is a quasi-experimental design in the form of a non-equivalent control group design. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. SDN 1 Prigi as the experimental class and class IV SDN 3 Prigi as the control class. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Independent Sample T-Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study indicate: (1) There are differences in the student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model assisted by media puzzles in terms of understanding science concepts in experimental class students and the student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model without puzzle media, this is evidenced by a significant level 0.000 which is <0.05 using an independent sample t-test. (2) There is an influence of the student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model assisted by media puzzles on increasing students' understanding of science concepts, this is evidenced by a significant level of 0.002, which is <0.05 using a simple linear regression test. (3) The student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model assisted by puzzle media can improve students' understanding of science concepts, this is evidenced by a significant level of 0.000, which is <0.05 using a paired sample t-test. PENGARUH UMUR PERUSAHAAN, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP PENGHINDARAN PAJAK DENGAN LEVERAGE SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap penghindaran pajak dengan leverage sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 data perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 sampai 2017. Analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan program aplikasi E-Views versi 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Umur Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penghindaran Pajak, Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Penghindaran Pajak, Profitabilitas dan Leverage berpengaruh negatif&nbsp;&nbsp; dan signifikan terhadap Penghindaran Pajak, Leverage mampu memoderasi pengaruh umur perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Penghindaran Pajak, namun Leverage tidak mampu memoderasi Profitabilitas dan Penghindaran Pajak.This study aims to analyze the influence of company age, company size and profitability on tax avoidance with leverage as a moderating variable. Sampling uses purposive sampling method. The sample of this study is 70 data of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2014 to 2017. The analysis was carried out with the help of the application program E-Views version 9. The results showed that the Company's age had a positive and significant effect on Tax Avoidance, Company’s size had no effect Tax Avoidance, Profitability and Leverage negatively and significantly affect Tax Avoidance, Leverage is able to moderate the influence of company age and company size on Tax Avoidance, but Leverage is not able to moderate Profitability and Tax Avoidance

Jhon Farlis, M.Sc Program Studi Peternakan Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Andalas Padang, 2017 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran dinamika dan komposisi populasi sapi potong di Kecamatan Sijunjung Kabupaten Sijunjung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dilakukan pada tanggal 03 Januari 2017 sampai 11 Februari 2017 di Kecamatan Sijunjung Kabupaten Sijunjung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder, metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 314 peternak. dari faktor input sebanyak 689 ekor atau 22,95% dari total keseluruhan populasi sapi potong responden. Jumlah populasi sapi potong dari faktor output sebanyak 480 ekor atau 15,99% dari total keseluruhan populasi sapi potong responden. komposisi populasi yang dimiliki responden 3001 ekor sapi potong, terdiri dari 1033 ekor sapi potong jantan, 1968 ekor sapi potong betina, sapi potong umur 0-1 tahun berjumlah 220 ekor, sapi potong muda umur 1-2 tahun berjumlah 1100 ekor dan sapi potong dewasa umur >2 tahun berjumlah 1681 ekor dari total populasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa populasi sapi potong di Kecamatan Sijunjung Kabupaten Sijunjung mengalami kenaikan sebanyak 65 ekor atau 2,2% dari total populasi. Profile of Junior High School Students' Constraints in Online Science Learning

This research aims to determine the online learning constraints of Junior High School students in Nganjuk on science subjects. The change in learning methods that were originally carried out face-to-face to online learning experienced several obstacles such as internet connection, lack of enthusiasm for learning, difficult materials, unclear teaching materials, and teacher’s teaching methods. The type of this research is descriptive survey research, the data of this research was obtained from 70 junior high school students in Nganjuk. The data collection technique in this research was a questionnaire (questionnaire) while the instrument used in this research was an online Google Form questionnaire, which is distributed through the WhatsApp application. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. ANALISIS SUMBER DAN PENGGUNAAN MODAL KERJA PADA PT. LAMBUNG KARANG SAKTI PALEMBANG

This final report title is “Analysis of the sources and the use of working capital at PT. Lambung Karang Sakti Palembang”. This company is located at Residen H. Abdul Rozak street number 9A Kelurahan Bukit Sangkal, Kecamatan Kalidoni Palembang. PT. Lambung Karang Sakti Palembang is company engaged in the services of contractors. Based on data from the company’s financial statement in the from of Income Statement and Balance Sheet for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015 can be concluded that the main problem faced by the company has not been efficient management of working capital PT. Lambung Karang Sakti Palembang yet. This is caused by accumulation of working capital in accounts receivable and achieved profit levels were still very small companies for three consecutive years. The results show that this company did not apply the sources of working capital appropriately. In fact, there was an over lapping receivable at company and the running of operational activities of the company was not effective yet. Of existing problems, the author gives advice to company with greater emphasis on collection management, control of the interens account receivable quickly become cash money cash and increases its profit by way of costs and uses office facilitties as necessary

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) conducted in the home environment is one of the main sources of livelihood for residents in kalong rawa village, GunungSindurSubdistrict, Bogor, West Java.to conduct a business well of course required adequate resources such as working capital, the ability of human resources to manage its business and also the available of markets for resulting products. Skills and competence of human resources is the main factor of business continuity. How about limited working capital, a micro and small business should continue to survive. The ability to manage finance to keep the business running and meet the needs of everyday becomes a major problem in the management of micro and small businesses at home, especially when business man have problems in health,children's education or other problems that require more funds than their regular expenses.
