Multiobjective optimization to a TB-HIV/AIDS coinfection optimal control problem

We consider a recent coinfection model for Tuberculosis (TB), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) proposed in [Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst. 35 (2015), no. 9, 4639--4663]. We introduce and analyze a multiobjective formulation of an optimal control problem, where the two conflicting objectives are: minimization of the number of HIV infected individuals with AIDS clinical symptoms and coinfected with AIDS and active TB; and costs related to prevention and treatment of HIV and/or TB measures. The proposed approach eliminates some limitations of previous works. The results of the numerical study provide comprehensive insights about the optimal treatment policies and the population dynamics resulting from their implementation. Some nonintuitive conclusions are drawn. Формування матеріально-технічної бази відродженої Острозької академії (1994–2000 рр.) (The formation material and technical base revived Ostroh academy (1994-2000 years)

У статті проаналізовано процес формування матеріально-технічної бази відродженої Острозької академії в 1994 – 2000 рр. Охарактеризовано чинники, що впливали на нього. Простежено становлення академічної бібліотеки, з’ясовані джерела фінансування, показано проблеми і перспективи подальшого розвитку університету. (The article analyzes the formation of logistics revived Ostroh Academy in 1994 – 2000 years. The process of restore and actually create very dependent on material factors. Ostroh is not rich city, which could be sponsored university, so the money is so important. The article describes factors that influenced of the formation resource base. Observe of the formation of scientific library, as an important component of the university. The financing sources deals, attracting patrons, establishment of paid services, state funding, and their share in financing of the University. Special attention is given to show the problems that arose and which must also decide. It is specially noted display prospects for the development of logistics. Also, characterized achievements in this field, which are essential for the further activities of the university.

Сутність та зміст навичок художньої імпровізації майбутнього вчителя музики

The article reveals the relevance of studying the problem of the skills of future Music teachers’ artistic improvisation in the instrumental performance activity. Based on teacher observation and analysis of performance practice, the impact skills of improvisation on performing activity of a musician is defined. Disclosed the essence and meaning notion of «improvisation skills» of future Music teacher. In the way of analysis and comparison concepts «improvisation», «improvisation as a quality of performing» the author determines that instrumental and performing freedom is the basis of artistic improvisation skills.В статье раскрывается актуальность изучения проблемы формирования навыков художественной импровизации будущего учителя музыки в процессе инструментально-исполнительской подготовки. На основе педагогического наблюдения и анализа исполнительской практики, определяется влияние навыков импровизации на исполнительскую творчество музыканта. Раскрыта сущность и содержание понятия «навыки импровизации» будущего учителя музыки. Проведенный анализ и сопоставление понятий «импровизация» и «Импровизационность» предоставило возможность определить, что в основе навыков художественной импровизации лежит инструментально-исполнительское свобода.У статті розкривається актуальність вивчення проблеми формування навичок художньої імпровізації майбутнього вчителя музики у процесі інструментально-виконавської підготовки. На основі педагогічного спостереження і аналізу виконавської практики, визначається вплив навичок імпровізації на виконавську творчість музиканта. Розкрито сутність і зміст поняття «навички імпровізації» майбутнього вчителя музики. Проведений аналіз і співставлення понять «імпровізація» та «імпровізаційність» надало змогу визначити, що в основі навичок художньої імпровізації лежить інструментально-виконавська свобода
