Pengaruh Industri Multi Level Marketing (MLM) terhadap Peningkatan Jiwa Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa dan Masyarakat

This research aims to 1) analyze the influence of Multi Level Marketing Industrytoward the upgrading of the students' entrepreneurship interest and spirit, 2) describethe steps carried out in improving the image toward Multi Level Marketing, and 3)analyze the influence of MLM industry in creating work field.This research employed descriptive-inductive analysis using 50 respondents inSleman Regency, DIY. The result of the research was processed using SPPS programfor Windows 11.00. For the accurateness of the questions the researcher used themethod of dominant variable analysis, consisting of validity and reliability test whilefor the analysis of all the factors the researcher used double-linear regression method.The result of the research reveals that MLM has a great influence in upgradingthe students' and society's entrepreneurship spirit. This is proven by 1) the great numberof the students and society developing MLM, 2) the image improvement toward MLM ishighly needed by improving the product quality, personal service, and development.The score of adjusted R square 0.406 or 40.60 means that the independent variablesconsisting of MLM quality variable (X1), product quality variable (X2), personaldevelopment variable (X3), carrier variable (X4), and join variable (X5) have a positiveinfluence toward the productivity of MLM (Y) while the rest 60.60 is influenced by otherfactors. T-test shows that MLM quality variable has the most dominant influence towardMLM productivity (Y). It means that variable X1 is the most dominant variable towardthe MLM productivity, 3) MLM industry gives the positive contribution in creatingwork field. This can be seen from the data showing the great number of societies whohave benefited from the existence of MLM

Many factors may affect investors in making investment decision, some of them are overconfidence and competence. Those factors thought to have an influence on investment decision making. This research objectives to determine the effect of competence and overconfidence on investment decision. This research is a kind of quantitative research using survey method given to beginner investor. The sampling method used  judgment sampling with the number of samples in this research are 30 respondents of beginner investor. The analysis used is MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis). Identifikasi Daerah Rawan Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas (Black Spot Area) Berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis

Hampir seluruh kegiatan yang dilakukan membutuhkan sarana transportasi, jika sarana transportasi tidak berjalan dengan baik diakibatkan adanya kecelakaan lalu lintas maka kegiatan yang dilakukan tidak akan berjalan dengan baik. Untuk itu, maka dibuat sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung yaitu SIG (Sistem Informasi Geografis) untuk dapat memperoleh informasi mengenai daerah rawan kecelakaan sehingga dapat melakukan upaya-upaya untuk mengurangi dan mencegah kecelakaan. Data yang ditampilkan merupakan sebagian ruas jalan arteri dan kolektor yang ada di Kota Bekasi, yaitu berupa identifikasi daerah rawan kecelakaan secara visual, yang terdiri dari theme jalan dan ruas jalan , informasi tabel, grafik, dan foto. Berdasarkan data tahun 2007-2009, tingkat kecelakaan terus meningkat sebesar 48% dengan pertumbuhan rata-rata 400,67 per tahunnya. Lokasi kecelakaan yang memiliki bobot paling besar adalah pada jalan Siliwangi, dengan 61 kecelakaan dan bobot 426. Sedangkan severity index (indeks tingkat keparahan) terjadi pada jalan Perjuangan sebesar 0,409. Kendaraan yang mengalami kecelakaan adalah sepeda motor sebesar 60,223%. Apih Fish merupakan USAha skala menengah yang mengelola pembelian dan penjualanikan air tawar yang berada di daerah Sumedang, tepatnya beralamat dijalan Raya Serang no 66 Cimalaka. Kegiatan di Apih Fish ini masih menggunakan cara manual, seperti pencatatan, perhitungan transaksi pembelian kepada supplier, penjualan ikan kepada konsumen, pembuatan laporan transaksi pembelian dan penjualan serta pencarian laporan transaksi pembelian dan penjualan.Untuk metodologi pembangunan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metodologi Waterfall dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi sistem, pengujian sistem dan pemeliharaan sistem, serta digambarkan dalam bahasa pemodelan berorientasi objek atau UML (Unifed Model Language).Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkan adanya fasilitas komputer dan perangkat lunak program aplikasi dengan proses lebih mudah dan terkomputerisasi. Untuk membuat sistem informasi pembelian dan penjualan. The effects of minimal tillage, contour cultivation and in-field vegetative barriers on soil erosion and phosphorus loss.

Runoff, sediment, total phosphorus and total dissolved phosphorus losses in overland flow were measured for two years on unbounded plots cropped with wheat and oats. Half of the field was cultivated with minimum tillage (shallow tillage with a tine cultivator) and half was conventionally ploughed. Within each cultivation treatment there were different treatment areas (TA). In the first year of the experiment, one TA was cultivated up and down the slope, one TA was cultivated on the contour, with a beetle bank acting as a vegetative barrier partway up the slope, and one had a mixed direction cultivation treatment, with cultivation and drilling conducted up and down the slope and all subsequent operations conducted on the contour. In the second year, this mixed treatment was replaced with contour cultivation. Results showed no significant reduction in runoff, sediment losses or total phosphorus losses from minimum tillage when compared to the conventional plough treatment, but there were increased losses of total dissolved phosphorus with minimum tillage. The mixed direction cultivation treatment increased surface runoff and losses of sediment and phosphorus. Increasing surface roughness with contour cultivation reduced surface runoff compared to up and down slope cultivation in both the plough and minimum tillage treatment areas, but this trend was not significant. Sediment and phosphorus losses in the contour cultivation treatment followed a very similar pattern to runoff. Combining contour cultivation with a vegetative barrier in the form of a beetle bank to reduce slope length resulted in a non-significant reduction in surface runoff, sediment and total phosphorus when compared to up and down-slope cultivation, but there was a clear trend towards reduced losses. However, the addition of a beetle bank did not provide a significant reduction in runoff, sediment losses or total phosphorus losses when compared to contour cultivation, suggesting only a marginal additional benefit. The economic implications for farmers of the different treatment options are investigated in order to assess their suitability for implementation at a field scale

Researchers can provide suggestions for changes to the perfection of action research in the future are: teachers must understand learners and gives children the opportunity to try a variety of activities that can develop a child's social, so permbelajaran more conducive and attractive to children should be more creative teachers in designing learning activities present in the form of the game. This research applied a simple random sampling technique to get samples. After the students are given the pre test, they are given the treatment for four meetings. Then, the data is analyzed using the t-test method to find out whether there is significant difference between the achievement in listening comprehension before and after being taught by using Breaking News English.com. It is supported by significant result of the post test which was higher (58,2) than the result of pre test which was (34,1). Pengaruh Pembiayaan Mudharabah,musyarakah, Murabahah, Istishna dan Ijarah terhadap Profitabilitas pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia

This research aimed at knowing the effect of mudaraba, musyaraka, murabaha, istishna, and ijarah financing on the profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The profitability is measured by using return on assets (ROA). The data used in this research were collected from the Quartely Financial Report Published by Sharia Commercial Banks during period of 2009-2013. The sampling method of this research is using purposive sampling. The samples consist of three Sharia Commercial Banks. Those are Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Syariah, and BRI Syariah. The technical analysis used in reasearch is multiple linear regression. This research found that the mudharabah and musyaraka financing have negative effect, while murabahah, istishna,and ijarah have positive effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. However, only murabaha and istishna have significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia
