Presenting and Explaining the Organizational Performance Model Based on the Digital Status of the Organization in the Corona Eera with the Foundation Data Approach in the Ministry of Samt
Digital transformation, which has always been important as a fundamental and strategic action in organizations, has become more important in recent years following the outbreak of coronavirus and the pressures of the coronavirus epidemic have accelerated the efforts of organizations to create digital transformation. The purpose of this study is to design an organizational performance model based on the digital status of the organization in the Corona era with the data foundation approach in the Ministry of Silence. This research was conducted with a qualitative-inductive approach and the method of Strauss-Corbin contextual theory. The research tool (data collection) was a semi-structured interview. Using the grounded theory method, the data obtained from interviews with 27 elites and qualified specialists of the Ministry of Silence were analyzed in three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. 18 general categories in the form of a paradigm model in which these factors include causal conditions (individual factors, organizational factors, technological factors, and environmental factors) central phenomenon (digital status of the organization), underlying conditions (digital context, management context, individual context, technology context), conditions Intervener (individual factors, cultural factors, and organizational factors) and strategies (individual strategy, managerial strategy, and organizational strategy) and consequences (individual results, organizational results, and social results)
The association between fat mass and obesityâassociated ( FTO ) genotype and serum vitamin D level in breast cancer patients
Abstract: The preventive effect of vitamin D against breast cancer can be influenced by gene polymorphisms. This study aimed to investigate the association between serum level of 25(OH) vitamin D and FTO genotype in breast cancer patients. A crossâsectional study was carried out on 180 newly diagnosed patients with breast cancer in Tehran, Iran. The blood samples were collected from the participants in order to assess the FTO gene rs9939609 polymorphism by the tetraâprimer amplification refractory mutation system (TetraâARMS) PCR method. The serum level of 25(OH) vitamin D was measured using the direct competitive enzymeâlinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. The association between vitamin D and the FTO genotype in patients with breast cancer was assessed after adjustment for cofounders. The frequency of TT, AT and AA genotypes in the breast cancer patients were 43% (n = 77), 49% (n = 89) and 8% (n = 14), respectively. All patients with higher than 40 ng/dl of serum 25(OH) vitamin D had one or two copies of FTO rs9939609 risk allele (p = 0.019). No linear association was found between the number of FTO risk allele and the level of serum vitamin D. All patients with high serum level of 25(OH) vitamin D had one or two copies of FTO rs9939609 risk allele. FTO gene polymorphisms may counteract the beneficial effects of vitamin D in breast cancer prevention. Further studies can help to better understand the genetic factors predisposing to breast cancer and their effect on the association between vitamin D and breast cancer
The westward journey of alfalfa leaf curl virus
Alfalfa leaf curl virus (ALCV), which causes severe disease symptoms in alfalfa (Medicago
sativa L.) and is transmitted by the widespread aphid species, Aphis craccivora Koch, has been
found throughout the Mediterranean basin as well as in Iran and Argentina. Here we reconstruct
the evolutionary history of ALCV and attempt to determine whether the recent discovery and
widespread detection of ALCV is attributable either to past diagnostic biases or to the emergence
and global spread of the virus over the past few years. One hundred and twenty ALCV complete
genome sequences recovered from ten countries were analyzed and four ALCV genotypes (ALCV-A,
ALCV-B, ALCV-C, and ALCV-D) were clearly distinguished. We further confirm that ALCV isolates
are highly recombinogenic and that recombination has been a major determinant in the origins of the
various genotypes. Collectively, the sequence data support the hypothesis that, of all the analyzed
locations, ALCV likely emerged and diversified in the Middle East before spreading to the western
Mediterranean basin and Argentina
Microstructure and corrosion characterization of the interfacial region in dissimilar friction stir welded AA5083 to AA7023
Microstructure and the corrosion behaviour of friction stir weld region in an aluminium AA5083/AA7023 dissimilar joint was studied using SEM/EDS, potentiodynamic polarization, EIS and AFM/SKPFM techniques. In the presence of an inhomogeneous borderline consisting of Al-Mg-Zn precipitates, a galvanic cell was formed at the interfacial region. Corrosion tests showed that the corrosion resistance of FSW region is in between that of AA5083 and AA7023. AA5083 possesses lower Volta potential compared to AA7023, however, corrosion initiates from both the FSW borderline and areas around intermetallic particles, particularly in AA7023 side
Prediction of corrosion initiation sites in dissimilar FSW AA5083/AA70232 aluminum alloys joint by quantitative multimodal-Gaussian histogram analysis of AFM-SKPFM microscopy images
A common way to evaluate the topography and other functional signals (such as Volta potential, magnetic domain) obtained as image by the SPM-based results such as AFM and SKPFM is taking the advantage of line profiles through the data maps. However, in this presentation, it will be shown for the first time that histogram-based data analysis and power spectral density analysis provides more information about the impact of the properties of surface constitutive phases based on desired signal distribution. The de-convolution of data histograms into multimodal Gaussian distributions was performed and the approach has been employed recently to quantitatively analyze the AFM and SKPFM results. Three parameters were acquired from de-convoluted histograms comprising the number of multimodal distribution peaks, the mean value and the standard deviation value. Each parameters were correlated to the various properties of surface constituents of the system as an indication of their chemical composition changes, their heterogeneity in size and micro-galvanic driving forces for corrosion initiation. Examples of data analysis and interpretation will be demonstrated on candidate corrosion systems as the interfacial region in in dissimilar friction stir welded AA5083 to AA7023. The results indicates that quantitative multimodal-Gaussian histogram analysis can be used as tools for prediction of corrosion initiation sites. While the AA5083 surface shows lower Volta potential value, it gives less heterogeneity in compare with AA70232 which shows higher Volta potential value but more heterogeneity. Therefore, micro-galvanic corrosion occurs around intermetallics on AA70232 and also on FSW borderline. PSD analyses of SKPFM images showed that lowest Volta potential in highest spatial frequency is related to AA5083 and also, highest Volta potential in lowest spatial frequency corresponded to intermetallic particles mainly on AA7023 matrix. Immersion test showed that intermetallic particles in two matrixes and especially FSW interface were susceptible to corrosion attack due to a high driving force between these surface constituents
Stability and thermal behavior of molybdenum disulfide nanotubes: Nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulation using REBO potential
This study is an attempt to perform equilibrium molecular dynamics and non-equilibrium molecular dynamics (NEMD) to evaluate the stability and thermal behavior of molybdenum disulfide nanotubes (MoS2NTs) by reactive empirical bond order potential. The stability of nanotubes, cohesive energy, isobaric heat capacity, and enthalpies of fusion in armchair and zigzag structures with different radii were calculated. The observed results illustrate that SWMoS2NTs, which have larger diameters, are more stable with more negative energy than the smaller ones. Moreover, it was found that the melting point is increased with an increase in the nanotube\u27s radius. During the melting process, the structural transformation of nanotubes was investigated using a mean-square displacement and radial distribution function diagrams. Afterwards, using a NEMD simulation, the thermal conductivity of nanotubes with various diameters was calculated at a constant nanotube length. The obtained results show that the thermal conductivity coefficient increases with increasing nanotube diameters when the nanotube length is constant
Correlation between the histogram and power spectral density analysis of AFM and SKPFM images in an AA7023/AA5083 FSW joint
Microstructural and Volta potential behavior of a friction stir welded dissimilar joint of AA7023 to AA5083 has been investigated. Interfacial regions were characterized by SEM-EDS, AFM, SKPFM and optical microscopy techniques. A quantitative correlation between corrosion data from histogram and power spectral density (PSD) analysis, which are related to Volta potential distribution, was established. PSD analysis of SKPFM images showed that the lowest Volta potential in the highest spatial frequency belongs to AA5083, while the highest Volta potential in lowest spatial frequency corresponds to intermetallic particles mainly on AA7023 matrix. Immersion test showed that intermetallic particles in the two matrices, and especially FSW interface, were susceptible to corrosion attack due to a high driving force between these surface constituents
ABT-737, Synergistically Enhances Daunorubicin-Mediated Apoptosis in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Cell Lines
Purpose: Intensive chemotherapy with daunorubicin (DNR) is associated with serious side effects in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. In this study the effect of small-molecule BH3-mimetic, ABT-737, on the sensitivity of HL60 and U937 AML cell lines was investigated.
Methods: The cytotoxic effects of DNR and ABT-737, alone or in combination were assessed using MTT assay and combination index analysis. The effects of treatments on the cell proliferation was determined by trypan blue assay. ELISA cell death assay was used for measurement of apoptosis.
Results: IC50 values of DNR and ABT-737 were 2.52 and 0.59 ÎŒM for HL-60 cells line and 1.31 and 0.80 ÎŒM for U937 cell line at 24 h, respectively. Surprisingly, combination treatment significantly lowered the IC50 values in a synergic manner in both cell lines. Moreover, treatment with a mixture of two agents had more growth inhibition effect relative to the monotherapy. Results of apoptosis assay showed that the cytotoxic effects are related to the enhancement of apoptosis.
Conclusion: Our study suggests that ABT-737 synergistically enhances the cytotoxic effect of DNR in AML cell lines and therefore may be useful to overcome chemoresistance of leukemia patients
