Die Sprachstil Im Artikel In Der Deutschland Magazin Im April/ Mai 2010
As a communication, language produce a shape that called text. Article is one of written text. In understanding a text, while oral text although written text, language has important act. the meaning. The statement of the problem are the style of language that usually the autor using in written deutschland magazine and the kinds of style of language that usually the author using in written Deutschland magazine. The objectivities of the problem are to know the language style have been in the article of deutschland magazine and to know the kinds of style of language that usually the author using in written deutschland magazine. This research using qualitative descriptive are display data about the words and sentence finds in the articles of Deutschland magazine. The data analyse by the style of language. The result of the research shows the language style using in the article are of language hyperbola, allusion, zeugma, figurative, anticipate, anticlimax katabasis, paralelisme, climax. The most of style of language is symbolic that contained compare of language. The author hopes this thesis has benefit for the reader. So can support of the study especially deutsch.

Patient Satisfaction: Comparative Study between Joint Commission International Accredited and Non-accredited Palestinian Hospitals
Background: Patient satisfaction is one of the important
indicators in the health system that should be considered
when evaluating the quality of health services provided
and the impact of accreditation systems. This study aims
to assess the level of patient satisfaction in accredited and
non-accredited hospitals in Palestine.
Methods: Quantitative descriptive cross-sectional design
used to compare patient satisfaction in two Palestinian
hospitals. The researcher measured the patient
satisfaction between October and November 2016 using
the SERVQUAL tool to assess five dimensions of quality
(reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and
responsiveness). The sample size included was 332
inpatients, who were recruited by the researcher through
convenient sampling method, and the data was analyzed
using SPSS version 18.
Results: The patients have a high level of satisfaction with
a total mean of (4.34) out of (5) and a (0.70) standard
deviation. The results indicated that there are statistically
significant differences at the level (P ≤ 0.05) between the
means of patient satisfaction relating to patient
demographic characteristics (with the exception of
gender), and also indicated that there are no statistically
significant differences related to hospital characteristics.
Moreover, for all satisfaction dimension patients have
more satisfaction in non-accredited hospitals than
accredited ones.
Conclusion: The study indicated that there are no
significant differences between the means of patient
satisfaction attributed to accreditation status. The results
reinforce that the patient perspective should also be given
much importance in the health system, and certifies that
it should be taken into consideration to ensure the quality
of services provided by healthcare organizations
Revelation of Nano Topology in Cech Rough Closure Spaces
The concept of Cech closure space was initiated and developed by E. Cech in 1966. Henceforth many more research scholars set their minds in this theory and developed it to a new height. Pawlak.Z derived and gave shape to Rough set theory in terms of approximation using equivalence relation known as indiscernibility relation. Further Lellis Thivagar enhanced rough set theory into a topology, called Nano Topology, which has at most five elements in it and he also extended this into multi granular nano topology. The purpose of this paper is to derive Nano topology in terms of Cech rough closure operators. In addition to this, we also establish the continuous functions on Cech rough closure space and its properties. From these, we evolve a Cech nano topological space that satisfies the topological axioms on infinite universe
An Efficient Block-based Image Compression And Quality-Wise Decompression Algorithm
In this paper, we propose a block-based lossy image compression algorithm that makes use of spatial redundancies of neighboring pixels in image data. Compression is achieved by replacing a block of pixels with their statistical mean. The algorithm helps in decompressing the image at different quality levels. Quality matrices constructed from the quantization table of the JPEG baseline algorithm are used to achieve different qualities of the reconstructed data. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms existing polynomial-based algorithms both in computation time and complexity
