There have been many publications written about Henry VIII. It was his private life, because of which he primarily went down in history. Henry inherited the royal throne at a very young age. The Tudor dynasty ascended the English throne just for one generation. Henry's father ended the long−standing civil war. However, the fear of its continuation still remained. The most important task for the young king was to stabilize the position of the dynasty and to protect the throne against other pretenders. His whole life Henry lived in fear, that without a male heir, his family would be brought down. Catherine of Aragon became Henry's wife. There were many benefits from this union for England. The island kingdom was actively involved in continental policy. Nevertheless, Catherine was not able to give birth to an heir to England and fell into disgrace. Her nephew, Holy Roman Emperor, was the most powerfull ruler of the Christian Europe. Although he tried to prevent the annulment of their marriage by various means, he failed. Throughout his reign Charles was in a war conflict with the French king. He needed England like an ally against France even at the cost of his aunt's repudiation, which would remain without retaliation.O Jindřichovi VIII. byla napsána již spousta publikací. Především o jeho soukromém životě, kterým se zapsal do dějin nejmarkantněji. Jindřich zdědil královský trůn ve velmi mladém věku. Tudorovská dynastie seděla na anglickém trůnu pouze jednu generaci. Jindřichův otec vyvedl zemi z dlouholeté občanské války. Strach z jejího pokračování však přetrvával. Nejdůležitějším úkolem mladého krále bylo stabilizovat pozici dynastie a uchránit trůn proti uchazečům. Jindřich žil celý život ve strachu, že bez mužského dědice, jeho rod padne. Jindřichovou manželkou se stala Kateřina Aragonská. Z tohoto spojení Anglii plynuly mnohé výhody. Ostrovní království se aktivně zapojovalo do kontinentální politiky. Kateřina však nebyla schopna dát Anglii dědice a upadla v nemilost. Její synovec, císař Svaté říše římské, byl nejmocnějším panovníkem křesťanské Evropy. Přestože se různými prostředky snažil zabránit anulaci manželství, neuspěl. Po celou dobu své vlády byl Karel V. ve válečném konfliktu s francouzským králem. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posílení konkurenceschopnosti banky prostřednictvím rozvoje její značky. Stávající situace firmy je rozebrána dle teoretických poznatků a metodiky Ko Floora. Následně je firma porovnána s vybranými konkurenty. Na základě porovnání a provedení dalších analýz jsou pro firmu stanovena opatření zahrnující vlastní návrhy na podporu rozvoje značky.The master´s thesis is focused on strengthening the competitiveness of the bank through the development of its brands. The current situation of the company is analyzed according to the theoretical knowledge and methodology Ko Floor. Subsequently, the company compared to selected competitors. Based on the comparison and further analysis for the firm set of measures involving their own proposals to support brand development.

Lease of the business premises

Lease of the Business Premises The aim of the thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of a lease of the business premises, as it is currently contained in the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (Civil Code). With the date of effectiveness of the Civil Code on 1 January 2014 numerous amendments were introduced in the area of a business lease. The previous legal regulation was contained in particular in the Act No.116/1990 Coll., on the lease and sublease of non-residential premises, as a special legal regulation to the Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code. With regard to the transitional provisions of the Civil Code which regulate the application of its provisions on a lease of non-residential premises established before the effectiveness of the Civil Code, the thesis also includes the comparison of the both mentioned regulations. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter contains a historical excursion into the period from the end of the WWII to the end of 2013, and it focuses on the legal regulations relevant for the non-residential premises, especially the above-mentioned the Act No. 116/1990 Coll. In the second chapter the term of a business lease is analysed, its aspects, including the comparison with the preceding term "non-residential premises" and emphasizing the...Nájem prostoru sloužícího podnikání Cílem této rigorózní práce je analýza právní úpravy nájmu prostoru sloužícího podnikání, jak je tato nyní obsažena v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník (Občanský zákoník). S účinností občanského zákoníku od 1.1.2014 došlo k významným změnám v oblasti podnikatelského nájmu. Předchozí právní úprava byla obsažena zejména v zákoně č. 116/1990 Sb., o nájmu a podnájmu nebytových prostor (ZoNebytech), jakožto speciálním právním předpisem k zákonu č. 40/1964 Sb., občanský zákoník. S ohledem na přechodná ustanovení Občanského zákoníku, která upravují aplikaci nové právní úpravy na nájmy nebytových prostor vzniklé před jeho účinností, je v rigorózní práci obsažena i komparace právní úpravy Občanského zákoníku s právní úpravou v ZoNebytech. Práce je členěna celkem do šesti kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje historický exkurz do období od konce druhé světové války do konce roku 2013 a zaměřuje se na právní úpravy relevantní pro nájmy nebytových prostor, zejména pak zmíněný ZoNebytech. Digital image analysis of mitotic chromosomes

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na obrazovou analýzu mitotických chromosomů. Zabývá se návrhem celého procesu zpracování digitálních snímků – od předzpracování snímků, až ke klasifikaci jednotlivých chromosomů, včetně jeho testování na sadě obrázků. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány cytogenetické metody, které se používají pro vizualizaci chromosomů. Tato práce se v praktické části zabývá morfologickými operacemi a klasifikačními postupy. Klasifikace chromosomu byla do 5 skupin (A - G). Všechny algoritmy jsou realizovány v prostředí MATLAB.This master’s thesis is focused on digital image analysis of mitotic chromosomes. It deals with the design of the processing of digital images - from image preprocessing to clasification of each chromosomes, including testing on a set of images. This work introduces used cytogenetic methods, that are used to visualize chromosomes. In its practical part describes morphology operations and clasification procedure. Classification of the chomosomes was divided into 5 groups (A-G). All algorithms were created in the MATLAB program.

Concept for Motivational System Change in a Company

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je návrh změn v současném systému motivace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část je zaměřena na personální řízení, motivaci, vztahy mezi motivací a spokojeností s prací. Dále se práce zabývá druhy zaměstnaneckých výhod. Praktická část analyzuje a zhodnocuje stávající systém motivace zaměstnanců. Jsou zde zjištěny zaměstnanecké výhody, které firma poskytuje. Na základě dotazníkového šetření je zaměstnanci zhodnocen současný systém motivace společnosti. V závěru práce jsou ze získaných dat vypracovány návrhy změn v systému motivace zaměstnanců.The aim of the Master's thesis is the proposal changes in the current system of employee motivacion. The theoretical part focuses on personal management, motivation, relationships between motivation and job satisfaction. It also concern with types of employee benefits. The practical part analyzes and evaluates existing system of employee benefits. There are established employee benefits that the company provides. Based on the survey's staff assessed the current system of employee motivation in a company. In conclusion, the data are obtained for design changes in the motivation of employees.

Swimming pool with gym

Předmětem projektu je novostavba krytého plaveckého bazénu s posilovnou o rozměrech 63,2x32,4 m a návštěvní kapacitě cca 250 000 osob za rok, nacházející se ve Valašských Kloboukách (parc.č. 2210/1, 2200/11, 2203, 2194, 2210/3, 2210/35 v k.ú.,Valašské Klobouky) v majetku města Valašské Klobouky. V sousedství je umístěn objekt základní školy, mateřské školy, polikliniky a penzion pro seniory. Situování stavby na pozemku (zastavěná plocha cca 1934 m2) vychází z požadavku návaznosti na stávající komplex objektů, za předpokladu maximálního využití plochy a orientace ke světovým stranám. Objekt je členěn do dvou objemových částí. Z provozního hlediska je rozdělen na tři funkčně rozdílné části tj. kavárna, posilovna a krytý bazén. Materiálově jsou tyto dva základní objemy odlišeny tak, že kavárna, vstupní a provozní objekt je nosného skeletového systému, který je opatřen fasádou z obkladových panelů v jednotném rastru v kombinaci se skleněnou fasádou. Nosnou část haly s bazény a posilovnou tvoří lepené dřevěné vazníky, které vynáší střechu i obvodový plášť s oplechováním z TiZN. Jihozápadní fasáda bazénové haly směrem k poliklinice je celoprosklená. Prosklené pruhy jsou rovněž mezi jednotlivými segmenty dřevěných lepených vazníků haly a zajišťují rovnoměrné přirozené osvětlení haly.The subject of the project is new building of indoor swimming pool with gym with dimensions of 63,2x32,4 m and guest capacity of approximately 250 000 people per year. The project is located in Valašské Klobouky (parc.č. 2210/1, 2200/11, 2203, 2194, 2210 / 3, 2210/35 in the cadastral area of Valašské Klobouky) owned by the city Valašské Klobouky. In the neighborhood, there is took place building of primary schools, kindergartens, health centers and boarding house for seniors. Location of buildings on the property (built-up area of approximately 1934 square meters) is based on the requirement to continoue to the existing complex of objects with maximaly utilization of space and orientation to the quarters. The building is divided into two parts by volume. From an operational point of view is divided into three functionally different parts ie. A cafe, gym and indoor pool. The parts are divided by materials. Café, entry and operational facility is from supporting skeleton system, which is equipped with a facade of cladding panels in a uniform grid in combination with glass facade. The supporting part of the hall with pools and gym is consisted of laminated wooden trusses, which hold up the roof and cladding with sheeting of TiZN. Southwest facade of pool hall, toward to the health center, is fully glazed. Glazed stripes are also between individual segments of glulam wooden trusses of hall and ensures even natural lighting of the hall.

Insurance intermediaries activities legal regulation

Cílem diplomové práce je komplexně zpracovat problematiku regulace činnosti pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů. První dvě části práce jsou zaměřeny na seznámení se současným rozsahem regulace v České republice a na analýzu trendů v oblasti dalšího vývoje včetně jejích očekávaných dopadů na jednotlivé trhy. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na představení základních přístupů k regulaci ve vybraných evropských zemích tak, aby umožnila konfrontovat jednotlivé přístupy k regulaci činnosti pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů a posoudit úroveň regulace v České republice nejen na základě znalosti dané věci, ale i v interakci s dalšími aplikovanými přístupy.The aim of the thesis is a complex analysis of insurance intermediaries legal regulation problems. The first two parts of the thesis focus on the contemporary extent of legal regulation in the Czech Republic and on the analysis of the further develpment trends including their effects on particular markets. The third part introduces the basic approaches to the subordinate insurance intermedaries legal regulation in selected European countries, allows further confrontation of the approaches and provides an objective evaluation of the subordinate insurance intermediaries legal regulatin standard in the Czech Repblic as a result of complex know-how and the interaction within other applied approaches

Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením tepové frekvence, jejím monitorováním a vyhodnocením, které je významné pro diagnostiku dysfunkcí srdce. První část práce popisuje anatomii srdce a jeho činnost, dále je zmínka o srdečním rytmu a jeho poruchách. V bakalářské práci je uvedeno několik metod, které se využívají při vyhodnocování tepové frekvence. Další část se zabývá popisem přípravku pro snímání tepové frekvence a popisem virtuálního přístroje v prostředí LabView.Bachelor’s thesis deals with measurement of heart rate, its monitoring and evaluation which is relevant for the diagnosis of cardiac dysfunction. The first part describes the anatomy of heart and its activity. In the next part is further mention of the heart rhythm and its disorders. In the bachelor thesis is described several methods that are used in the evaluation of heart rate. The next part deals with the description of the device for scanning heart rate and description of the virtual instruments in LabVIEW.

Profitability Analysis of the Company in the Building Sector

Import 11/07/2012Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza rentability společnosti pomocí vybraných metod v letech 2006 až 2010. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti částí. Nejprve je popsána metodologie, ve které je vysvětlen pojem finanční analýzy, dále jsou uvedeny zdroje dat a obecné rozdělení metod. Hlavní část teoretické kapitoly se zabývá popisem rentability, pyramidového rozkladu a analýzy odchylek. V další části je představena analyzovaná společnost TONDACH Česká republika. Aplikační část obsahuje vypočtenou horizontální a vertikální analýzu účetních výkazů a dále analýzu ukazatelů rentability za období 2006 až 2010. Poté následuje pyramidový rozklad ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu a je provedena analýza odchylek třemi různými metodami. Na závěr poslední části je předložen predikční model IN05.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the company profitability by applying selected methods during the period 2006 to 2010. The bachelor thesis is divided into five parts. First, it is describes the methodology in which the concept of financial analysis is explained. Next, the data sources and general method classification are described. Main part of the theoretical part deals with the description of the profitability, pyramid decomposition and analysis of deviations. In the next, company TONDACH Czech Republic section is introduced. Application part includes horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and analysis of the profitability indicators for the period 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, pyramidal decomposition of return on equity indicator and analysis of deviations by three different methods is executed.
