    Evaluation of Tennis Sports Developmen in Pekanbaru City

    The problem in this study is to determine the evaluation of tennis sports coaching in Pekanbaru City through management organizations, facilities and infrastructure, athlete development, coaches, funding, training programs, and parental support. This type of research uses the CIPP evaluation model, namely (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documents. Data analysis techniques through: (1) data reduction (2) data presentation (3) data collection (4) conclusions and data verification (5) final conclusions. The results of research through context are still quite good because the athletes, coaches are not accompanied in such a way by the administrators. In terms of input through management organizations, facilities and infrastructure, coaching athletes, coaches, funding, training programs, and parental support is still quite good. Apart from that, the process which includes funding, training programs and parental support is still quite good because there is still a lot that needs to be fixed. In terms of product, the achievements achieved are still relatively low, because the athletes who perform at this club can only compete at the Riau level, for the National level it still needs to be improved in sustainable development. In conclusion, the evaluation of tennis sports development in Pekanbaru City based on context, input, process and product perspectives is in a fairly good category

    The Influence of Pedagogic and Professional Competencies on the Performance of Physical Education Teachers of Elementary Schools in Padang

    The goals of this research was to analyze the Influence of pedagogic and professional competencies, and its effect on the performance of the Physical Education teacher of the Elementary School level in Padang, West Sumatra. This study applies the causal associative method, and uses  54 samples. The data collection techniques  using tests and questionnaires. The data is processed by using the IBM SPSS software application. The result of this research shows  that from 54 physical education teachers who have competence in the poor category, 63.45%, consisting of pedagogic competence 64.87% is in the less category, and 64.43% professional competence is in the less category. For male teachers, pedagogic and professional competencies are correlated with teacher performance. The data also shows that there are differences in the relationship and influence between the pedagogic and professional teachers of male and female teachers. Based on the analysis, we could make the conclusion that the pedagogical and professional components are the main factors regarding the success of the performance of physical education teachers  at the elementary school level in the city of Padang, West Sumatera

    Pengaruh Metode Latihan dan Motivasi Berlatih Terhadap Keterampilan Bermain Sepak Bola Pada Pemain SSB PSP Bangko: (The Effect of Training Methods and Motivation on Practicing Against Football Skills on PSP Bangko SSB Players)

    This study aims to look at the effect of global training methods, elementary training methods, and motivation to practice on soccer playing skills. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental. Motivational instrument practice is measured by using a soccer skill test consisting of four forms of tests namely dribbling, short passed, shooting at the goal, and ball control. The data obtained were then analyzed by analysis of two-way variance (ANAVA) and continued with the Turkey test. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that (1). Global training methods are better used to improve the skills to play football. PSP Bangko (A1) SSB players = 63.75 are better, than Elementary (A2) training methods = 61.25, (2). High motivation groups have the skills to play football (B1) = 63.57 better than the low motivation group (B2) = 61.41, (3). There is an interaction between the training method and the motivation to practice the pregnancy playing football in the PSP Bangko SSB player, (4). In the PSP Bangko SSB players the high training motivation (A1B1) = 68.31 was better than the Elementary training method group (A2B1) = 58.86, and (5). In the PSP Bangko SSB players the low training motivation level (A2B2) = 63.63 was better than the Global training method (A1B2) = 59.19 to improve the playing skills of SSB PSP Bangko football players

    The problem in this study is the rise of kindergartens that provide calistung learning because to enter the next level some elementary schools apply the calistung test. While in early childhood there should be several fields that must be developed, one of which is the physical motor field. This study aims to see the suitability of the kindergarten curriculum, especially in the motor field in the learning process. This type of research is an evaluation of the evaluative approach, CIPP research design (Context, Input, Process, Product). The informant researcher was a kindergarten teacher from Kemala Bayangkari 3 in Fifty District, Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation methods. Research Results 1) context evaluation in the evaluation of the motor curriculum in Kemal Bayangkari 3 Kindergarten learning is in accordance with curriculum 13, 2) evaluation of input in the evaluation of the motor curriculum, namely the suitability of the qualifications of kindergarten teachers, namely diplomas or bachelors of Early Childhood Education and Infrastructure Facilities used by Kemal Bayangkari 3 Kindergarten in accordance with the Infrastructure Facilities Standards, namely good,  3) evaluation of the process of implementing the motor curriculum of Kemal Bayangkari 3 Kindergarten is included in the good category, 4) evaluation of products resulting from the learning process of the motor curriculum, namely students develop according to expectations in accordance with STPP

    The Effect of Back Swing and Foreward Swing Toward Forehand Drive Performance on Tennis Learning

    The problem of the research was student’s lack forehand drive ability that resulting  less points obtained while playing or hitting the ball.  This research aimed to  identify  factors that causally and positively effecting the student’s forehand drive  performance, namely back swing and forward swing phases.  This study involved 31 male student’s who learning tennis subject in Sport Science Faculty, Padang State University. The samples  tested using Broer-Miller-Tennis Test, and observed by judge. The data was analyzed by using Regression Analysis utilizing IBM SPSS software. To find out the causal factors which independently and dependently influence each variable, it is used the significance level <0.05  The results shos that Backswing had significant and positive effect on the accuracy of the forehand drive (p <0.05) . The significance level was p <0.05  or H0 was rejected. Furthermore, Forwardswing had significant and positive effect on the accuracy of the forehand drive (p <0.05) or H0 is rejected.   The results of the study show that there is a positive causal effect of backswing and forwardswing on athlete's forehand drive performance

    The problem in this study was the low accuracy of the smash in the men's volleyball athletes from the Genesa Ringan Ringan Club. This type of the research was quantitative research with a causal associative correlation approach. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of direct, indirect and simultaneous arm muscle explosive power, leg muscle explosive power, eye-foot coordination on the accuracy of volleyball smashes. The research sample was the men's volleyball athlete in the Ganesa Ringan Ringan Club, totaling 26 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, which totaled 26 male athletes. Data was collected using a test to measure the explosive power of the arm muscles, leg muscle explosive power, eye-foot coordination, and the accuracy of the volleyball smash. Data analysis technique was path analysis. The results of data analysis show that; (1) there was a significant direct effect of the explosive power of the arm muscles on the accuracy of the volleyball smash with a value of 5.07%. (2) there was a significant direct effect of the explosive power of the leg muscles on the accuracy of the volleyball smash with a value of 0.94%. (3) there was a significant direct effect of eye-hand coordination on the accuracy of the volleyball smash with a value of 0.83%. (4) there was an indirect effect of the explosive power of the arm muscles on the accuracy of the volleyball smash through eye-hand coordination with a value of 4.20%. (5) there was an indirect effect of the explosive power of the leg muscles on the accuracy of the volleyball smash through eye-hand coordination with a value of 1.88%

    Effectiveness of E-Modules for Physical Education, Sports and Health Subjects in Improving Learning Outcomes of Junior High School Students

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of E-modules in physical education sports and health subjects in improving the learning outcomes of junior high school students. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE model.  The population in this study came from students of SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci. The research sample came from 2 classes, namely class VII B as an experimental class) and class VII C as a control class. The data collection technique is random sampling. The instruments used are tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. The results showed a T-Test value of 0.00 <0.5. These findings explain that the development of e-modules is very effective in increasing student knowledge in physical education, sports , and health learning subjects.
